The manager with the pink hair is very rude and and sarcastic and the attitude is disgusting. She has not put my all my items in my bag on two separate accusations purposely. She’s very much borderline racist as well and this store will not longer be getting my service.

I love this store don't get me wrong, but I absolutely felt totally rushed and whoever that manager was was hollering down the aisles about it being 20 minutes or 15 minutes till closing. He was very nice and I know that closing time comes yes oh, I was making my way to the front but so are a lot of other people. Since I had a lot of clearance items and sale items, I was last to check out but I was totally rushed and some of my stuff was just thrown in the cart and then I did appreciate the help of the gentleman walking me out with my stuff, however he just threw my stuff in the back of my car and it was items that obviously needed to be handled with care. Four of my items were completely ruined. And it was so unprofessional. I did take pictures and you wanted my honest opinion oh, here it is. It does not matter if it's closing time or not, never ever make a customer feel like they are a burden. It was only 10 minutes that the doors had been locked and I was literally being pushed out the door and my items were wrecked and ruined. If they don't like working there or if you guys shut the registers down too early for customers to check out then you don't need to be in business. I had gifts. Now I'm going to have to take back or really throw away. Spending $110 oh, I think shows that obviously I like the items.

I would like to praise this store because from what I saw today, I will definitely come back! There were two employees, a man and a woman. (I didn’t pay attention to their name tags honestly). The man was stocking the shelves quickly and efficiently! 😊 the woman was behind the register in the middle of her lunch and stopped to help me get checked out! 😊 they were both extremely friendly! I will see y’all again soon!

I prefer this store over some others. I am AWAYS greeted when I walk in the door, which is nice. Layout makes it easy to find things. The store went through an overhaul in the past 2 years, and it is much better now and offers great home decor for reasonable prices.

I always enjoy shopping here because I feel like I always walk away with good deals. Last week when I went they had all their outdoor stuff buy one, get two free! And everything was clearance! I got bird seed, hummingbird feeders, all kinds of good stuff. The cashier was very friendly and helpful with the thirteen million price checks I had :-)

Dollar General is a good place to go for lots of small items that one might need. They have a broad selection of merchandise, all at modest prices. if you need groceries (non perishable, canned or packaged items), cleaning products, a cold drink - you can probably find it there. Very convenient. And I like being able to go into a store without being overwhelmed by the size of the store and the shopping crowds.

Crystal is absolutely terrific!She was very friendly and has great customer service skills : )We will shopping at this location from now on! This place is much nicer and easier to get in and out of than the Old Charlotte Rd. location, traffic wise and the parking spaces are to tight, I am always afraid someone will back into our car while trying to get out. The employees aren't so nice there either... once, we arrived an hour before closing there and the employees were all standing outside smoking so they said "We're closed!" when we got out of the car. Haven't been back!

First I was sort of annoyed with 3 different things I looked at that did not have prices on the item or the shelf. Then when I went to check out, I had already run my card through and I told the girl that the mints I had purchased were down in front of her register and marked as $2.00, not the $2.15 they rang up as. She got my receipt off the register, looked at it and just shoved it in my bag and spun my bags to me. No offer of a price check, there change back or anything. Will not go back to that store!!! Outright theft!!

I would like to see Dollar General everywhere have to close, especially corporate. Never shopping here again.They want your money, but claim no responsibility when you have a claim against them. I guess they figure their power lawyers will handle it. Go ahead and keep shopping here, you’ll find out.

Prices are never right when you get up to the register. There are one or two people that work there that are friendly. Thank Goodness they just built one closer to my house. Hoping it's a lot better.

Love this place. A guy out on his own legally seperated and getting a divorce.have to spend money wisely this is the place. People working here are very friendly and polite.like I say I'm not use to shopping and they explain everything.

I love Dollar General but they just need more room to shop. It's just too congested. There is always a line and just one person working while someone else is in the back doing stock.

Nothing special, but that's not what DG is for. The variety of goods is fairly impressive given the store's size, and the prices are usually good.

The aisles are too narrow, there is always clutter, hard to get up and down the aisles, prices say one thing but when it's wrong up it rings up something else.
