They do a great job in every way. I am glad they let all the dogs hang out so each dog gets some socialization. But they also do a great job with my Bernedoodle. They have done way better than PetSmart. She smells good and is clean, and everything is trimmed as asked. My dog looks perfect!

Do not recommend. I have been taking my pup here for 4 years and the last 2 visits have been absolute hell. They had really bad attitudes and was aggressive with my pup. I watched them grab him aggressively and hold him down, of course he’s gonna get defensive. And proceeded to muzzle him ( which has never ever been needed in previous visits) Keep in mind he’s only 20 lbs. And never had an issue with him before until this point behavior wise or getting his nails cut. It’s To the point he doesn’t like his paws being touched anymore. So I took him back yesterday this time I figured I’d give them one last chance since he’s been there so much so I gave him calming treats. Well I go in they acted like they didn’t want to cut his nails to begin with and again was addressed with bad attitudes. I told them I had given him calming treats this time and the cashier proceeded to yell across the salon ( I have a doped up dog her for nails) Absolutely UNCALLED for ! Megan she’s amazing and the only one there I actually trust to handle my pup. Anyways I dropped him off, come back to pick him up, and I gave then $10 cash (keep in mind it’s always been $7 every single time I’ve ever taken him there over the past few years. Suddenly they decided to charge me $15 “because it took 3 of them to cut his nails” 2 to hold and Megan cut his nails) I only had $10 cash and was met with another attitude by the manager and cashier because they decided to suddenly change the price. The managers response was “just take the card” said with another attitude. Very very unprofessional and very disrespectful the past 2 visits. As a dog groomer you are trained to cut doggy’s nails there’s no reason as to why my little 20lb dog should be such an issue as this is what you are trained to do. Now I have to find somewhere else to take him in the future and NOW because of their aggression towards my pup he absolutely does not like his paws being touched anymore. He is 6 years old and this is the first 2 times this has ever happened. It’s Absolutely uncalled for the treatment me and my pup has received recently after being customers their for 4 years!!

This is the best grooming salon in Monroe! Located on HWY 74, Doggie Depot features great groomers who love dogs and a salon that well-behaved dogs can roam freely while they wait. Myra and her staff keep the salon immaculately clean and they are kind and patient with dogs that aren't as fond of pampering as others!

We just had our dog Buddy groomed at Doggie Depot. Myra and her team were excellent. From the moment we walked in our experience was top notch. Buddy has never looked better and I think he even knows it, by the way he struts around. I highly recommend this team for your grooming needs.

I love how soft Candy's fur is when she comes home from grooming, wherever they wash her with makes her smell so good. She looks extra cute with the Christmas bandanna they gifted her with her grooming and nail service. The cost is fair and the staff is very friendly. They have become our regular place to visit for all of her regular grooming services!

Extremely nice people. I had an appointment but came in on the wrong day and they still fit him in. My dog was very uncooperative and they worked very well with him and the prices are cheap

Laurel does an amazing job with Daisy. She takes care of her as she is a bit shy around other dogs. The staff is super friendly and welcoming.

This place is the best highly recommend. After taking my Jack to two different groomers and being told they could not groom him because he was too fearful. Myra was able to cut his hair completely. She took her Jack and had patience with him. Goes to show that they truly care about the dogs. We have found our permanent groomer. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Bama loves his visit to the Doggie Depot. They are always so good to him and happy to see him. He got his nails done,he's a handful but they always get the job done, much appreciated, little sad his hair wasn't cut on paws this time :-(, husband even left a tip :-(. In response to the reply: yes he is a very happy and rambunctious fur baby especially when he gets to see other animals and people. He's so very loving and will listen when told NO and SIT... Guess it's like taking a child for their first haircut,you kinda know they aren't going to be still so you have to make adjustments?... hoping the NO and SIT will work a little better. Thanks for all that you do, he loves his visits

Just stopped in to get some information on nail clipping and bathing. Technician that I spoke with was very polite and answered all my questions. Had my dogs nails clipped and out in less than 5 minutes. All Tech's were busy and seed very good to all dogs I'm their care. Starting next month we will be taking our dog there once a month for bath and nail clipping. Thank you very much Doggie Depot.

I got both my dogs groomed today. My golden retriever got a nice trim and my red heeler was cleaned up as well. They were great with both of my dogs and I couldn’t be happier with the great service. Thank guys!

Great place to bring your dog!!! Mine always leaves smelling wonderful, they also take great care of your pup even if you have to run errands after dropping them off. My pup hates nail trimmings and they make him as comfortable as possible!

Highly recommend. I am a truck driver from Texas so at times it is difficult to fit in a visit to the groomer because of how much I travel. I am staying in Monroe this weekend and I called the Doggie Depot orig to get Lyla a nail trim. They said their apps for a bath were all booked. When I arrived they said they had a bath cancelation. I was thrilled.. We took it. When I picked her up she was shiny clean and in good spirits. I love the bandana the groomer chose. Love the service!! Thank you again for taking such good care of Lyla

This is an average groomer and you only get what you pay for. However the owner Myra does not respect her client confidentiality. Recently my ex took her dog to this store and Myra went out of her way to discuss private matters between my ex and myself. My ex found this most embarrassing and unnecessary, as do I. Needlessly to say we will both be looking for a new groomer

This was my first time using doggie depot they groomed my little shihtzu Sydney and he looked amazing when I picked him up I will most definitely be using doggie depot from now on I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a groomer to check them out I’m very pleased with my experience and the staff was very friendly
