Our cashier seemed reluctant to take our order. Came over with an attitude. When he made my small sundae, I heard him give the caramel pump fast hard pumps, like it was out? Then this is what I got. In the past, the small cup was almost to the rim and the caramel was plentiful. He just stuck it up there and walked off. He did “announce” it. But seriously?

A miracle has happened!Frankly, we had given up hope and stayed away until a week or so ago. We like to get chix-strip meals, go to a park and enjoy. The fries were fresh, chix perfect, toast and onion rings perfect. Order takers were new, friendly, courteous, and prompt.We came back for blizzards a couple of times. The soft serve was thick and good - not "cut" with milk - ingredients generous and whipped up just right. Same way on a second trip. Yesterday, we came back for some more chix strips and used the mobile app.Everything was "DQ Perfect" .You've obviously changed management who has raised the bar on quality and customer service. We will be back as loyal customers again.

I walk in and stand in front of the register for 30 seconds waiting for the cashier to be done having a non work related conversation with her coworker. She nods me to go ahead and order. As soon as I start she once again continues this conversation with her coworker. Feel like I'm talking to a wall and not sure she's even listening to what I'm saying. Pickup area was absolutely soaked with water and not like it was just mopped but like a whole bucket of water was just dumped on the floor to where it would take days to dry. Whole place had a nasty stagnant water smell because of this. Would have stood outside just to eat but was too cold. Go to Matthews location if you can as it is way better.

Slop burger, only 1 car ahead of me and still took 5 min to order once ordered no rush on food. Was not impressed with this burger. Fries are fresh an good. Change menu!! If you don't offer Dr. Pepper remove it i don't care for PIBB

The ice cream has a rotten milk taste!! I think they are not cleaning the machines properly! The milk could also be rotten bc the machine is not working properly or wrong temp! The last 2 ice cream’s I got went straight to the garbage!

Service was bad food was disgusting we took our food back because soon as we got it fries was cold they told us to pull up the young lady that brought our food out name was Marilyn she was VERY RUDE TOLD US SHE REDROPED THE FRIES WE GAVE HER BACK WHICH BURNT THEM EVEN MORE AND SHE WAS VERY RUDE DISRESPECTFUL DONT RECOMMENDED NOBODY GO HERE WILL NOT BE BACK ‼️‼️‼️

I think I’ve reviewed them before and it was great! The food was hot and the customer service was great! Last two times have been so below board!Today, the girl on the drive thru was so unintelligible. She’s mumbled thru the greeting and I had no idea what she said until she repeated. She rushed me through my order and when I asked if I could add something else, she said, “Ok, what?”Pull up to the window and she’s yelling at another worker to shut up…several times. Opens windows, says total and tells other workers to shut up again because she’s having a bad day.Hands us the blizzard with ice cream all over the cup. Hands us the ice cream cone, then food box. I ask for ketchup, she snatches the bag from the other worker, and proceeds to throw packets in with an attitude. But, didn’t get the bbq sauce that was ordered. I ask for napkins and she pulls 2 out of the holder and says it’s broken and asks if the 2 are enough. I tell her no because he needs to wipe the ice cream off of his cup. She puts forth a little more minimal effort, yawns into her hands, then gives me the napkins. I. Can. Not.Not sure if there was a manager in the building or not. I tried to call 3x and there was no answer. I preferred to call as opposed to reviewing, but couldn’t reach anyone.

Really bad experience, this is my second time coming to the store and it’s always something. The first time they made me leave the store and go through the drive thru to place my order. My second time they tell me they do not have ice cream!! Come on get it together.

Food was middle of the road as far as taste. Fries seemed soft, maybe i just got an older batch. Flamethrower burger had an OK amount of heat but it wasn't anything to write home about taste wise. Cheese curds were probably the best, though a little salty (not too salty, but I tend to like food).I realize it's fast food, but I wasn't impressed. While we were in a lunch hour line, it moved pretty quickly. My passenger got a blizzard and enjoyed it.

Service has went downhill! So I visited today. I ordered a kids meal since I was on my way to work, but didn't need to eat a lot with constantly being on the go. I was given cold fries and tenders!! They also gave me 8 fries, and claimed that's how a kids meal comes. The icing on the cake was the guy making the food I looked once giving them my food back he took the fries I touched poured them into a container. Reason it was in a container was because it was about 920 they had broken the fry station completely down. Their plan was to use the fries remaining in the container. Hence why I received so little portion of fries. The worker was also eating food while packing drive thru orders!! But for him to take fries from my order to give someone else is disgusting. I drove off, I will be calling corporate and higher up. By the way I waited 24 minutes in line!!

I order food through the drive-through. And my order was Almost $40 they refuse to take my $50 bill because they say they're not taking bigger bills than 20. My order was already ready she was about to give it to me but she said she wasn't gonna take my $50 bill. I waste my time on the drive through this is so ridiculous...

I ask for a strawberry blizzard. I got it but it was dripping ice cream melting. Also I bought a large. It was half strawberry and other half plain ice cream. Sorry employees working there. I called back and store manager said save my receipt and I can get another one free. Why employee not get it right first time. I will get the free one and I'll just take my business else where

I have two situations in which I have now put a kibosh on dairy Queen at least this local one I love dairy Queen but this one just hasn't really gotten it right anytime I've ordered. From it either the only thing cooked right is the ice cream or they burn my burger to a crisp so burned it makes charcoal jealous.

Dairy Queen offers quick meals that are good on the go, but their ice cream is something you will want to go back for! I adore their chocolate ice cream with chocolate syrup sundae. Yes, it is a chocolate lover"s delight! Service is quick and the restaurant is always clean. Have a bite to eat, then enjoy the very best ice cream around!

Server at the window was not enthusiastic at all, she had a RBF and didn’t put on a single smile and never said you’re welcome or “hi how are you”. Very low customer service skills. She needs to work on that.

So I went into the Monroe NC store. The lady acted like she hated her job. No smile not friendly. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name as she treated me like I was a vagrant. I bought 2 orders of pretzels and a kids meal. I’ve worked in the food business for a long time in my life. I never acted as such. Especially when she was the one at fault then shake her head at me when I confronted her. First of all my Pretzels were stacked in top of each other not covered up. She throws ketchup Mayonnaise and cheese in the bag exposed my food to all these items. A old piece of lettuce was also attached onto one of the pretzels. So when I told the Cashier what she did. The lady doing the ice creams ask LOUDLY was she yelling at you? I hope she wasn’t yelling at you. I politely said “I have pictures of what I’m saying” and “NO I did not yell at anyone“. “I have more respect than that” while telling the cook she says “Oh it had a little piece of lettuce on it. I told her now tell him what really happened. You threw condiment packets all over fresh Exposed food. I think the corona virus live on styrofoam and plastic’s. I don’t know. But she doesn’t need to be the first person to see when you walk through the door thinking you are about to have some good food. It would seem they would want customers 🤷🏻‍♀️I do love to eat at Dairy Queen, I just don’t think people need to be treated like I was today. I do have pictures

Love the Reese's blizzard! Good selection of soft serve, cones, sundaes and shakes. Some of the staff leaves a bit to be desired in the personality department while others more than make up for it. It has a drive thrufor times when you know your order and want to get it on the go. The location is at the far end of Monroe and not in the best part of town but worth the drive if you are craving ice cream!

I've never gotten food from here, always desert. The only thing I saw was that my Oreo cupfection was not filled up as it should. They practically gave me half a cup. It was great nonetheless!
