Ben and Taniqua were extremely helpful and pleasant. Ben went above and beyond and helped me with wound care and even explained the pharmacy products I was purchasing. He then gave me directions on how to avoid further infection, he didn’t have to take the time out to help me but he did and it meant a lot.

They are slow rude and disrespectful. And why close for lunch when you should have some staff go at different times so you can stay open at that time to help your customers. Some people don’t have time when they are working just to pickup there medicine when it’s convenient to cvs they should be there for the customer.

The store is usually clean. I mostly find what I need. The cashier was friendly. The manager was and is so unhelpful. There are times when my CVS coupons don't scan, and nothing is done about it.

If I could give zero stars I would. The pharmacists are rude and very unpleasant. There seems to always be a problem getting medicines filled and they will blame either the insurance company, a technician or supply. I changed pharmacies because the service and the pharmacists were so subpar. I would give 5 stars to using any other pharmacy besides this location.

The pharmacy techs I come in contact with are always cool so it’s not them but most of the customer service ppl up front have zero customer service skills! I walked in and there was one chick on her phone and a middle aged dude in a blue shirt who didn’t speak to me but watched me as I proceeded to pick out my feminine products… like I came to steal. I got my stuff, used self check out and exited. Weird energy.

Terrible service!!! First time I was waiting here for 1.30 until they figured out my prescription.Now I’m here for the refill that supposed to be ready s week ago and still not ready and the staff doesn't care at all. they told me to wait 30 min. and didn't even say sorry.I tried to talk to pharmacist, but no help she was rude, no apologies and no resolve. she just said you have to wait periodI've never experienced such a terrible service they do not care about you at all and make you feel invisible. They did not even say sorry even though it was their mistake and they won't try to help to resolve the issue.If you have an option, choose another pharmacy. I'm switching to locally owned one. The medicine there is much cheaper. Moreover, this way I'm going to support small business not a big corporation who don't care about people.

This location is absolute garbage. The pharmacy takes days to fill a prescription. I had mine sent in June 9th and on June 15th, they still had not filled it. I arrived at 8pm and was told 15-20 minutes. My husband went at 830pm and they told him an additional 15-20 minutes. WHY!? It was a 5 pill prescription they had for SIX DAYS! This location never lets me know when they've received a prescription. I always have to call and get them to fill it. They pharmacy techs are less than thrilled to be working there and their attitude reflects every bit of their misery. I'm not sure why they're disgruntled because they take their sweet precious time even completing an order. I will be switching over to a different pharmacy entirely. The CVS across from Walmart lost a prescription of mine, that's why I switched to this location. Learn work ethic or find a different career.

The pharmacist are friendly but they never have enough staffing to help with the volume of customers. The wait for picking up a prescription takes forever. Due to the volume it takes hours or a day to get a prescription filled. Staffed seemed over worked due to lack of staffing.

Place needs cleaning and nicer ppl to work there. The carpet looks extremely dirty the plastic in the back where you pick up your prescriptions at the plastic that protects you from what I'm assuming is germs and other things has not been cleaned since the day it was put in and installed in place when it was first opened years ago it's got smudges and smears and nastiness all over it nobody that works there looks clean at all their hair looks greasy and they just look nasty all the counters need to be cleaned it just looks like the place is superly run down definitely needs an update in and outside

went to drop off a prescription and i asked the lady at the window if it was possible for her to tell me the cost of the prescription before i came back to pick it up (I’m young and learning everyday), so she laughed and said no. I then said what was funny to my boyfriend in the passenger seat because what is funny about that? As I’m pulling away, she opens the window and yells. This is so unprofessional and uncalled for. Act your age, treat your customers with respect, and just have a good heart. Bless.

Have Covid and was on phone waiting first time got hung up on after waiting and then called back and was told could I hold and I waited 10 minutes and then someone came on said this is our lunch break and hung up. Then called for store manager then and they were gone to lunch to. No one was there. To help now I’m here and they said my meds would be ready by 230 well it’s now 253 and now they tell me it’s going to to be 10 mins It ain’t but one prescription. Should be ready. When they say This place seem to be going down hill. No one waiting in line For drive thru now I know why. Not happy.

I was at CVS for the pharmacy to pick up a prescription, and CVS just like a lot of other businesses are understaffed. I do want to commend Chieraqui for her excellent customer service, she was the only person and she took a page from Quick Trip and she was working both cash registers and never once lost her smile or the great tone that she kept with all of us... Kudos to you Chieraqui and thank you...

Wish there was something lower than a 1 star review. Worst Pharmacy in the history of pharmacies! Workers are rude and stupid. Can't even fill a prescription--let alone find it! Stood there for an hour for them to say they didn't have it. Went back the next morning. The time stamp shows it was filled while I stood there the night before. That's great customer service, isn't it?

I guess I can’t leave a 0 but this pharmacy needs to be CLOSED! I walk in to pick up 2 prescriptions after being at the oncologist all morning, I’m at the window at 1:30 and this young lady with no personality tells me they are closed for lunch, take in mind she’s ringing someone’s prescriptions up. I explain I have been at the Doctor all morning, she could have cared less, I tell her I’m moving my prescriptions to Walgreens, she could have cared less! I definitely lost my temper and I hate I did that. As I was leaving this elderly lady on a cane was going towards the pharmacy, I explain they are closed she dropped her head and says I drove all this distance and their closed!My question is can you not have someone to cover lunch brakes so that no one has to be so inconvenienced!They don’t have to worry about being an inconvenience to me ever again!Shelia Laney

I have been getting my prescriptions here for years. The staff here now are rude and not unprofessional. Need to replace the ones waiting on customers. I was the only one waiting in line one at drive Thru and two inches other area just completely ignored me. I asked if I needed to go thru drive thru I was irritated at that point and told her so she told me I could go to another pharmacy so you know what I will.

This is the WORST CVS!!!! They DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. So when you finally realize the only option is to go to the place … you get there and OF COURSE they are out of your medication. Don’t even bother asking when the prescription will be back in stock because they literally will just look at you like you’re crazy !!! Like believe it or not some people NEED THEIR MEDICATION TO LIVE !!!!!!!!! This CVS really needs to SHUT DOWN ….& please DO NOT LOCATE THESE PEOPLE ANYWHERE ELSE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had so many terrible experiences at this particular CVS, and only continued to use their services because of the location to my home. However, I will drive out of my way from now on, just to avoid this pharmacy.My husband went to pick up my medicine today, and the pharmacist was rude and demeaning to him. I called to speak to her to try and understand why she treated him so badly. She was beyond rude, condescending, and persisted to interrupt me while I was trying to speak. I’ll be calling corporate. This type of behavior is unacceptable, especially in the healthcare/customer service industry.

If could I would give no stars. This is a horrible pharmacy, they don’t answer the phone. After being on hold for over a hour and a half I decided to call the front of the store. The clerk stated that she has received several calls similar to mine and that all she could do is run to the back and ask them to pick up the phone. Definitely will be transferring to a better pharmacy.

After 10-15 years of using this pharmacy, we will definitely be moving elsewhere. The service has become frustratingly slow (waiting anywhere between 20-30 minutes in the drive thru line to pick up a prescription that should have been ready 2-3 days prior to pick-up; no one answers the phone; and the service is so underwhelming, that I made my very first call (ever) to leave a complaint this morning after Sharecka (in the pharmacy) became argumentative with me and then proceeded to make the comment: “I don’t need this job…I can go home if I need to”. Gone are the days where CVS (Convenience, Value, and Service) actually stood for its name. After this morning, I would rather pay more for my prescriptions at Walgreens or Wal-Mart in return for better service. I mean, let the other Google/Yelp/online reviews speak for themselves.

I actually worked at this CVS for a Brief time, I must say that the people here work very hard to satisfy any needs YOU the customer may have. Despite the hardships from other abusive customers, they keep a positive attitude to get what you need done. Please be patient and Courteous as these People really do try to help you!

The employees at this location are clueless, rude, and don't care about the customers!! I have tried going to them for numerous of things and they have never helped! I had a cold once, made an appointment to see the doctor they have, I waited for 4 hours before my doctor finally had an opening and I still never got a call from them! I've went in to ask for help looking for something, and found myself running around the store from this employee to the next, and never got an answer! I've went to pick up medicine and the woman was very very rude when I had questions about my medicine which was new to me. I like CVS, but not this location or there employees!!

This is one of most unprofessional pharmaceutical company!!! First off they charged me for and over the counter that I DID NOT ask for nor was I ASKED did i want it. They just assumed !!!???Second my card was declined , she did a void and ALL of my money that was my card is now gone and I rudely told that I would have to wait for a refund. My issues with that is who is going to put gas in my car for me to get to work!!! Now that all my money is tied up in a refund.Last but not least I don't have my medication even though my bank statement says I paid.Never again!!

I literally called twice today and was told they had a prescription in stock that my brother really needs like NOW!! Just to be told by the time it would be filled that IT IS OUT OF STOCK when I went to go pick it up. This is a huge inconvenience and I’m terribly upset by this. Please make sure you give accurate inventory information on medication. HUGE WASTE OF TIME!!!!!

don’t know why it’s a low average rating. all the employees have been very nice on multiple visits. they even let me into the bathroom despite it saying it was not for public. i thank the lord for that every day.

I had to have CVS because the New Blue Cross from Obama Care-- I switch from Walgreen to CVS at 625 East Roosevelt Blvd Monroe NC 28112 --I have tried not only today to call them to speak with a pharmacist. I was put on hold the first time for at least 15 to 30 minutes they came back and picked up and hung up. Then I called again and they wouldn't pick up. I could understand if this is the only time but it has not been -- I decided to try and get in touch with someone about a customer compliant but they do not have a place on their website. Several days ago I tried to call because I thought maybe the other 3 or 4 times might have been at a bad time. I have called and all different times. I went to the store to complain and they said they have 8 lines into the pharmacy and only 2 or 3 people working -- not enough of them to do the job. I want to switch back to Walgreen but my insurance will not work. Can anyone help me with this -- I guess I could google it and hope every who answered is not lying and is telling the truth about medicine--(don't think so) is there anything else I can do?

I don't normally do reviews but here goes.. I had to switch to Walgreens this month because after DAYS of being promised my much needed meds they still couldn't help me. I don't understand how a pharmacy could do this to people!!!!
