This past Fri I was in line at the Monroe Burlington with my daughter and must say some entitled customers should stay home. There was a man that was yelling at one of the managers about a price. The manager tried to explain why same items can have different prices but this man was absolutely rude. This man actually tried to make it about race because he was white and the manager was black, but what's funny the lady in front of me turns and says That guy is an idiot because that manager is married to a white woman. The manager couldn't get the man to stop yelling and making a scene so he told the guy at the other register to check the man out and walked away.Ive worked retail for over 30 years and customers have really become entitled and rude.

Got to the cash register bought two items that were $ 7.99 but the third was $9.99, asked the manager who was checking me out to match it. He said he would not. So I put back about $300 of items, my wife was in the next checkout aisle, She bought 160 and I brought 110, still, however, this location does not deserve my business.The manager (Marcus) did this because the color of my skin ( I am Jewish), at least that’s what I believe. When I told him that, he threw a fit while 20 other customers was behind me and told the other guy next to him who to check me out, then he ran to the back of the store all the time yelling slurs all the way. WOW this man definitely does not need to be a manager of a store, I have been an operation manager for over 20 years, and a CEO of my own company for for another 20 more, it is sad 😢 that Burlington does not screen their operations managers better, I normally spend over $1000 A month, here buying for kids that have needs not met, way to go Burlington your three dollar discount cost you two customers - But due to your manager lack of customer service training, It has caused you 1000,s in the long run. Going to Gabe’s, TJ max and Ross.

Love my Burlington at Monroe. It has lots of selection of children's clothing, toys, women's blouses, shoes, jackets, as well as men's coats, shoes, etc...at a very affordable prices. I just checked the Christmas decorations and gifts, and they are great!!! Check it out!!!

Great deals like always. Got some Guess brand shoes for $13 and a pack of socks that I needed. Be sure to ask for a discount if the item you're purchasing is damaged

Good place to shop. It is a small store, but it has a variety of items to choose from. Men, women, and children clothing. Pocketbooks, shoes, jewelry, perfume, socks, home goods, pet supplies and more.

Love this place! You can find named brand stuff cheaper than the original price, i found this cologne really cheap and it cost anywhere from 35 to 40 dollars. Love it!

Went with my wife.She found some cool looking green Nike's.Guess I should say Lime Green. Only problem is they only had 4 pair.Wish I had gotten the pair for myself that day. Went back next day to get them, they was already gone.As the ole saying goes....A day late and a dollar short. Next time I will just get them. lolStaff was super friendly and two of them even went to see if they had more? Unfortunately, they did not.

The place is clean includingthe bathrooms. However, it's a bit disorganized on some of the racks but it's probably due to not enough employees. The prices are great and affordable and they have a lot of great products and brand names to choose from.

Went in with hopes of finding a coat for a friend visiting who didn't bring a heavier coat with her. She found what she wanted and at a pretty good price. Staff was friendly and professional.

The store is incredibly dirty. We went shopping in the morning, shortly after they opened. There was trash in the dressing room and the bathroom lock is broken. Only good thing was nice staff at the register and decent selection of clothes.

Ever since they took the "Coat Factory" off the name and the locations got smaller, the inventory changed drastically. The brands aren't the same. The shoe selection is weaker. Not the same Burlington nowadays, seems to be a Budget version of Ross and TJM.

This store is an amazing store BUT. the plus size clothing selection is very small or none at all. And the largest size they go to in ladies shirt and shorts ( athletic) is XL.
