Owner will lie to you about grooming services that I paided to have done. I had our dog groomed here and went to the vet the follow day and was informed of ear infection and twas informed by our veterinarian that her ears had not been cleaned in months. Beware of actual care and service they provide and charge you for.

Love this place they always do his mail fast and good. The treats they sell homemade are also very affordable and my dogs like them. His prices on nail trim are also cheaper then most. Very nice man.

Very Very good place to take your pet! I rescued a little chihuahua that was being abused and neglected by his owners he wouldn't let anybody cut his nails without biting them! When I took him in they were very nice to us! They cut his nails without a problem without a muzzle! Thanks again for being so nice to us!

They are super friendly and care about the furbabies❤my Chihuahua loves going to get her nails done and enjoys the goodies we her her after !! They have super cute treats and clothes and neat stuff in the shop, always a good experience

I rated at a 2 star due to the cute items they have for pets and pet owners, at reasonable prices. As far as the grooming, new to the area took both my boys one being a teacup yorker the other a miniature schnauzer, for which I wanted the schnauzer cut. Left my boys with a very nice young lady and feeling very confident as to my boys being in good hands. Approx four hours later they called the boys were ready my hubby and I drove downtown to pick them up, when they brought them out I could not believe my eyes, they were so gapped up they cut off all their whiskers, they looked as if they had the mange, l cried all the way home not only did they ruin my boys cuts a week before Thanksgiving they set them an appointment for a trim just before Christmas!! Although I was so impressed with all the goodies, gifts and charm of the little Shop and a basket full of goodies to buy when they brought the boys out and the shock of seeing them, needless to say I didn't buy anything! My husband paid and we left. BTW: cost for having two puppies cut (gapped up) $120.Reasonings for the long wait for review: wasn't even going to give one, till research has brought me back to find a groomer once again. Memories resurfaced and brought once again tears to my eyes.

Another star in the middle of Mocksville. I love walking my freshly groomed baby around downtown, she gets so many compliments. The staff is friendly and treats my dog with care.

My husband brought our Shih tzu in for a trim and when he picked him up his hair was so choppy. Horrible job for $45. I was so disappointed. Will never take our baby back there again .
