Visit this store 2 to 3 times a week. I am so grateful they did not close this store when they took over the larger old Bi Lo . The people that work here are nice and helpful. The deli staff always listen and slice my meat how I want it. That is not the case in some other stores. All over great place to Shop. Thanks for being here!

Had an amazing experience. The costumer service is amazing I had a nice pretty girl named Melanie take care of me and she was the absolute best! I will definitely be back and make sure that I get her as my cashier every time

Food lion has always been my to go but this food lion there’s a lady in there called “trina” very bad service I came up to her to at the register she was making faces and threw the change on my hands I said have a good day she just frowned her face

I just want to let Tabitha know that she was amazing in helping me through a minor issue with food lion and what was most likely a mistake but Tabitha is the only employee that I have dealt with that took the time to listen to my concerns and quickly and efficiently had everything figured out and looked into what had happened while through the whole process I was aggravated and probably making her job harder she never once made me feel I was wrong. That is excellent customer service and she is an asset to any company especially a company with many customers such as food lion. She deserves recognition for her professionalism and calmness during a customer complaint she gets 5 stars from me and I will be returning as a customer for this reason alone and only at her store. Before I spoke with Tabitha and she figured this out I had made a decision to never shop food lion again job well done thank you Tabitha

Absolutely my most favorite Food Lion store of all. It has the down home feel and the employees are kind, respectful and very helpful. This being a small store doesn't carry some of the items that the larger do. I have requested for them to carry a few items that I buy regularly and though it took a while they did get the products and keep them in stock. The building is old, but the store is clean and items are easy to find. Highly recommended.

Awsome fresh produce , great value and nice looking fruits and veggies , Salads in a package are little pricey , Meat good and deli is good but high priced . Over all much better than other FL I have shopped .

Call me bias, but my first job was working for Food Lion. That was over 20 years ago. The great thing is the store is just as clean and well managed as it was then! I enjoy how wide the isles are, they clean the carts daily, and have the nicest employees! You cant beat the fresh fruit selection, hand cut meats, and let's not even bring up the bakery... my family and I really enjoy shopping here and will continue for as long as they're open!

Always a great place to go. Always have the best produce and meats to choose from. Store is always clean and well setup. I love it when I can look up or ask and know exactly where to go to find the item I'm looking for. They always have sales and deals going on which makes shopping easier on a budget!!

I was worried about going with a new bakery. I am beyond pleased with my experience with the bakery here!! They did exactly what I wanted with the cake and the baker was amazingly sweet. She was great to work with. I will certainly return here!! :)

The store lost power during my visit. Not only was power restored quickly (whereas the other stores in the shopping center were without power for a while), but the registers never lost power. So the employees were able to continue to check out customers during the outage. Even though it was taking place in the dark

I am a quadriplegic and they helped me out very very much and I'm so thankful for the men and the women who work it here. I wish there were more people in this world that showed the amount of care for people with disabilities as this group of individuals do. Thank you all from the deepest part of my heart

I have been going to food lion for decades but since covid came I can never buy anything that I really want that is on sale such as the brand of toilet paper and paper towels that I like. Perhaps you could temporarily place a limit on some of the sales items?

The staff are nice, the food sometimes has great deals, but other foods are really cheap, and tastes delish!!! It's really close to us and very accessible!! I wouldn't/would recommend this place it's just a maybe. But if you want to go there, you do you!! 🍲🦁

Normaly shop Salisbury store but was in Mocksville area , store was very clean and produce was fresh and clean looking , bought some things I normaly would not at my local store cause this store looked cleaner , employees were very freindly and helpful , would shop here more often if I lived in the area .

I like this Food Lion cause I know the location of bout all the products I go in to get & to me this is important due to the fact I am most of the time in a hurry. Also there is no wait at the registers if there is there isn't much of one. This Food Lion is the 1 I shop the most at.

Love this store! Shop there multiple times per week. It's actually a little farther to drive there than the closest Food Lion, but worth the extra couple of minutes.

The store across town is somewhat better. This one is a frustrating experience! Many commonly purchased items have disappeared, being substituted for with odd items the average person would not think of buying, particularly at the cost of these somewhat effete items. Just randomly thinking on why I wish they hadn't run Lowe's out of town...all those years ago...WHEN the powers-that-be remove items, it's frequently the "wrong" item that goes, an example being progresso soups (which, by the way, is more than 40 cents...MORE a can than at Walmart): they removed the progresso "Traditional split pea soup with ham" but kept the "Split pea flavored with bacon" that, interesting enough at the same price, doesn't sell nearly as well as the "Traditional" variety. Also, Oreo cookies have taken up a considerable amount of shelf space, in every flavor and thickness (of filling) sold, while The perennial favorite Keebler Fudge Sticks were removed. As they've made an effort to introduce their own soup brand, they seem to have taken the Campbell's soups "standards" and substituted them with "heart healthy" or low-fat (which I personally find disgustingly flavored and textured). No sense writing a book, and I guess I'm glad the store is there so I don't have to drive all the way across town to get a half gallon of half-and-half; hope the impression is they're using this store just to try out new items on people that really like the old tried-and-true items and brands. Oh, one pet peeve: I have made at least 14 request that they provide sugar free whipped cream in a can for their diabetic customers. They just don't care! They have rows of fat free, creamy texture...any NUMBER of sugar-sweetened varieties, BUT WILL NOT give their diabetic customers a single row of sugar free whipped cream cans! It took only two attempts at Walmart for them two start selling Land of lakes sugar free whipped cream in cans. Come on Food Lion! You already know that Walmart is your biggest competitor. You are going to have to sell what people want and need if you're going to compete. (By the way, today, Cinco de Mayo! I am just leaving the house to go to Walmart across town to get a couple of cans of that sugar free Land of Lakes whipped cream, and a few limes for about half the price you're selling them for, AND large (double) sized package of beautiful large fresh raspberries for the same price that you sell small packages of small, old and mildewed raspberries.
