Great Place to shop and the employees have always been very helpful in answering my questions and letting me know where items are! The only problem I have ever had is all the items being in the way where you can barely get down the aisles but that’s not the employees fault it’s the management’s fault due to short staffing! If they offered more pay and incentives then they would probably have employees who would stay!

Absolutely ridiculous!!! Every single day on my way to work, I stop in.. 3 Days this week I have stopped in, and they have been standing outside smoking!!(employees) Just to tell me they are closed!! I'm not blind, I can see the merchandise sitting ALL OVER THE STORE, NOTHING IS WHERE IT BELONGS. HOWEVER WHEN THE STORE IS CLOSED, I WOULD ASSUME THEY WERE STOCKING THE STORE!! WRONG!!! GET SOME EMPLOYEES IN THERE THAT WANT TO WORK!! GET IT TOGETHER DG !!!!!

Very clean and organized. I have been to quite a few that are very messy, unorganized shelves, products in isles waiting to be put up. This store ( Mocksville, NC), was like that at one time, but now it looks very nice and organized. 👍👍

Employee standing outside talking to a man in a vehicle smoking her cigarette talking about they are closed. I asked "we're closed?" She just shakes her head as she turns back around to dijish her conversation. Corporate should shut this dollar general down if the employees are getting paid to smoke cigarettes all shift long.

New location! Very Respectable employees! Always make you feel comfortable coming in and going out! I walked around and could here them acknowledging other customers! So it just wasn't me! Clean always stocked & shelves are always nice and neat!

I'm just gonna say that the two women working tonight were awesome ! Between having computer issues and trying to satisfy a customer. They held it together well! Great job to this staff.

Dollar general products are great for the price. Customer service is POOR. Answering a personal phone call on speaker while checking a customer out is rude and unacceptable.

This DG is clean not cluttered like some are sometimes. The line is pretty quick so your not standing there forever and the employees are nice and helpful.

Manager is a real piece of work !! Unfriendly, lack of store knowledge,and a flippant arrogant attitude ! Will not be shopping there and I'll be sure to tell friends and family to avoid that store also !!

New store is nice. Staff can be a bit unprofessional at times, carrying on inappropriate conversations in front of customers, but overall not a bad place to shop.
