Best place to buy corals! I don't live close to QCC. But man the customer service has been top notch.I had 2 torches die ok me during shipping with two different shipments and I emailed QCC and he sent me out a replacement every time. So questions asked. Didn't give me any trouble at at all.More then I can say for TSA & WWC alot of back and forth with them.This place is my go to!

Queen City Corals is a great company! I made my order and it arrived quickly and I was able to track it. When the shipment arrived it was packed very well with a cold pack inside, each coral was individually packed. All corals were thriving and are doing well. I won't hesitate to order them again.

I was in Charlotte last week and had to go to Queen City Corals since I had heard so many great things about them. I had previously ordered a few corals from them and they came in so beautiful & healthy. I was lucky enough that one of the owners Graham was in the shop when I came in and he was so helpful. He help me pick out so many corals. He also help me with several of the questions I had on certain corals. Everyone was extremely nice & knowledgeable. The tanks were spotless and I can’t wait to get all the corals we picked out.

Hands down, this is the best place in the Carolinas for coral, and now, QT and medicated fish! My entire $15,000 system has come from QCC. Over 20 torches, 15 hammers, and endless Zoas have all come from Kevin and his crew. Amazing staff who helps answer any questions you may have and always willing to order and try to find a piece you may be looking for. If you are in and around Charlotte, make the drive over to QCC.

Ordered 8 corals + 2 mystery corals. Mystery corals were things I would have ordered. Also received a freebie that fit in with the variety of corals I ordered. Everything arrived in great condition. Corals were packed very securely and insulated with a heat pack. Delivered when 38f outside and coral water temp was just about 73f. Corals were double bagged with the plug in a hole in a cup secured by rubber band very nicely done. Acclimated and dipped corals. Almost no pests were found. Corals all opened within 3 hours of intruducing in tank. Very happy with will order from again.

Buy buy buy!!! This shop is amazing! 1 day shipping and you choose the day, but the selection is amazing, the sales and standard prices are equally amazing! If you have questions or leave a note at checkout they are quick to respond, and the health of the corals is unbelievable, I done a dip, and found virtually no pests, and Frag plugs beautifully coated in coralline algae, I'm now addicted to this shop!

I order all of my corals from Queen City Corals and it is because everything comes perfect. I have never had an issue with shipping, packaging is spot on, and my corals are always above excellent. I dip my corals as a matter of practice and can honestly say I have had no issues with any pests. Everything is always exactly as WYSIWYG. Love QCC!

Perhaps the best experience I've had ordering coral online. Excellent selection and very fair pricing. Coral arrived packaged in individual containers to help prevent damage (an absolutely genius idea). Purchased half a dozen Frogspawn and Torches. I was able to easily select a delivery date during the checkout process. All arrived healthy and are doing very well in our tank. Will definitely be ordering again!

This might be a good store if you live locally but my experience with mail order is not so good. I'm no noob to reefing and I've had very little loss over my career. Very meticulous about my water standards. I got tired of my local shops having poor selection so I figured i'd try online. I placed 4 orders with them over the course of 2 weeks and had over $200 in loss. A rosta torch, a rosta zoad another zoad a mushroom and a mystery frag. Thank God the holy grail torch wasn't one of the losses. They have a great selection and great prices but when you have $200 in losses it's kind of moot. They have a dead on arrival policy but it's kind of hard to tell if a piece of corral is dead until a couple of days after you get it. It's been 6 weeks since I ordered from them and still have a Zoa that hasn't opened. Technically not dead but who the hell wants to look at a little tiny nub.I was told to try Facebook and I actually found a private dealer locally with a decent selection. Bought 8 pieces from him, zero loss so far. I guess the 30 minute car ride opposed to 20 hours of being tortured by ups makes a difference.

I don’t usually write reviews. But this place is 100% worth it. The guy is very helpful! Always show me all the selection he has. Very responsive. His corals are very clear, and healthy. You pay for the quality, and health for the corals so the price is worth it for me. And this is coming from a person who tried multiple vendors on the market. And i couldnt find nothing that compare to it.
