Ordered this small bone shaped cake for my dog 1st birthday and it was exactly what I asked for. Cake was ready on time at pickup and the baker was so nice and made sure I was satisfied before leaving the store. Everyone loved his cake and so did he! I always buy dog treats from their bakery but this was my first time with purchasing a cake. Reasonable price and amazing customer service !!

First time getting my pups groomed here. They have a retail space that includes cute trinkets for your fur babies. Various treats, toys, bathing items, attire. The owner was very nice. My pups looked and smelled good. My retired groomer referred this spot, I trust her wholeheartedly. I will be back. I appreciate how sweet and caring they were to my fur babies.

They refused to groom my dog when I mentioned I gave him an anxiety pill. (first one ever from the vet)A little later that day, they sent me a long text canceling my future appointment and did not want my business. They suggested I take him somewhere else, so I did, and he looks awesome.

Robyn and her groomers are professionals who care for the fur babies they handle, and the human customers. The 3rd groomer we have tried since moving to town 2 years ago, our Papillon is in the best hands every time we take her there! Robyn is very kind and scheduled our appointments for the entire year, leaving me one less thing to have to follow up with on my calendar.

Robyn is the absolute best!! Our experiences at Barks, Bones, and Biscuits are always second to none! My Goldendoodle LOVES going to the groomer, because of the care and attention they give him, and he ions so great that people stop us EVERYWHERE we go to ask where we have him groomed! As a first time Dog Mom, Robyn has been helpful to give me tips along the way with things beyond grooming when I have questions. She’s really become more of a friend, and Booker and I are lucky to have her!

I have been bringing my shih tzu to Pawz for over 2 years now and I absolutely love the groomers they show nothing but hospitality and great customer service to ensure that your pet needs are being met before they are serviced. The owner Robin is absolute wonderful she’s my dog main groomer and knows how to be attentive when grooming him and takes her time everytime and adores my dog so much that she calls him ham lol. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a groomer for their fur babies and prices are affordable not to mention.

Robyn is the absolute BEST groomer! She not only loves her job and the animals she grooms, but she’s very attentive to their needs and their owners, detailed in her work and is honest. You couldn’t ask for a better groomer to give your fur baby a pampering, especially the older ones (my yorkie is 15). Did I mention all her credentials?! She’s absolutely AMAZING!!

I called on Wednesday because I forgot to pre-book an appointment for my two Shiz tsu. They were able to squeeze me in the next day and provided excellent service. My dogs are treated well and look good. It is nice to have certified groomers so close!They have a cute shop and wonderful dog bakery as well.

I have a 13 year old Papillion mix. I have taken him to so many different groomers only to be left so upset by the things that happened. My husband brought me a business card to Barks, Bones, & Biscuits, so I called and made an appointment. They treated Patch with care. I told them he wasn't a cage dog and they let him roam in the grooming area. I told them what I wanted, and they went over and beyond. My baby looked amazing, smelled amazing and was so happy. I would recommend this groomer to anyone in need of a great experience for their fur baby!

What a wonderful place for Cooper's first groom! Robyn is the perfect mix of professional skill and a loving heart for animals. It's rare to experience both. She takes great care to run her business with integrity and excellence. She listened intently to how I wanted him to look even though I am a new cockapoo owner with little knowledge about grooming. This was my 3rd time using the self wash service and I had to walk out due to the groomer with the pixie/short hair being dismissive and discriminated. All of the time I’ve been here the same groomer has always made me feel unwelcome. I wanted to give this place another shot for the 3rd time and I can say I will not be returning back. This time I came in and waited 15 min for the self wash before walking out. The same groomer didn’t acknowledge me and had a full blown conversation with a customer who came to picked up their dog. I clearly have been there first and she just dismissed me like I was invisible.

My girl Barley went in for grooming yesterday - her first time at PAWS. They did such an amazing job. Not all groomers get it right but Robin did! More importantly, they check for vax paperwork on all dogs and only work one dog at a time so Barley didn’t have to sit in a kennel all day during a piece by piece grooming. Robin and Mandy gave her lots of love and she came out a happy - and pretty! - girl. We will definitely be back!

Very unprofessional treatment and inconsiderate of others time. I had an appointment scheduled for my fur baby at 830am and was told it would be an 1hr and half for his services to be complete. I showed back up at 1130am (3 hours later) and no work had been done! I was then told that it was due to another appointment that was scheduled at the same time and a sprained wrist. What is the purpose of an appointment if we are not going to be serviced at said time. We will not be coming back due to the poor customer service that was provided.

Robyn was really busy when I took my dog in yesterday. She fell behind due to a very unmanageable dog prior to mine but that could not be helped. It just seemed very hectic and I know my little old dog was stressed more than I prefer. Hopefully next time won’t be so crazy! Otherwise it’s very obvious Robyn and her staff adore the dogs and she does a really good job! I plan to continue taking Rosie there!

The store is cute and the grooming area has clear glass so nothing they do is hidden, I like that. Robin is very matter- of- fact and takes care of business, but just in a confident, we’ll get it done, kind of way, not rudely. She listened to my preferences and followed them to a T, whereas with other groomers it’s just been I get what I get, regardless of what I say or how much they coo over my dog, or me. You can’t uncut the dog.Another thing, my dog was really happy to see me when I picked him up, but he was not acting terrified and straining for the door, like at other places. He has severe anxiety, and to see him wagging that tail after a groom says so much about the care he received.I’ve been back, and I’ll continue to go back.
