I ordered a car seat for my puppy 5/1 because I was going on vacation by 5/8 the web site still said still processing I called twice and no one could tell we when it would be shipped I finally get upset and ask to talk to the manger I was told she would call or text I received nothing I called the next day and told them I needed to hear from the manager today which I said several times the owner did call back and was rude she said the company couldn’t tell her when it would be shipped later that day she emailed me the tracking number I checked with FedX and they said the package was on the way to California I live in PA the FedX customer service told me that’s the mailing address and they couldn’t do anything about it will I finally receive it and come out they gave me the wrong Tracking number I would tell anyone not to order anything from this company and I wish I had read other reviews before I ordered from them👎👎👎
