Absolutely FANTASTIC burgers, hot dogs (allll the way baby!) and shakes! Worlds best onion rings (add salt) and great fries (ask for extra crispy and add salt). You have to get there early when they open because there is always a crowd. We go every weekend 😍

Food is probably the best/freshest in Midland and the ice cream is something you definitely don’t want to forget to order! Awesome and quick service and with very reasonable pricing :)Kid-friendliness: Perfect place to bring kids after games or just for special treat!

Good place for burgers and shakes.. classic old style burger stand. Low prices and fast service. They are right on the corner so parking lot is big enough for larger trucks.

Waited a good while for our food. Upon inquiring about the wait, the girl found our food sitting on the bar in the back, forgotten about. There was so much gristle in the burgers that my 2 kids wouldn't touch them and I ate about half of my double burger before throwing it out. The BananaSplit was really good . Shouldve kept my $40 that we spent on dinner and just gotten Ice Cream after a run to Five Guys.

We were on our way to a job in Oakboro and saw this little walk-up burger joint on the corner....CROWDED. The service was friendly and the food was great. I will drive here again just to bring the kids!

I love this little shop! We love the ice cream and we take our dogs there for pup cups. Their food is good and their prices are excellent. I've planned on moving out of the area and it's going to be hard to leave this iconic place behind.

Been here several times over the years and it’s recently went down hill. The service and quality has declined. I stopped by a few weeks ago and got a vanilla waffle cone. They use to have paper around the cones but no longer do and the staff was holding it with bare hands. No gloves which I found pretty unsanitary. Then after asking her to make a new one using gloves, she got an attitude and remade it. Even after all that and driving home the cone ended up being stale.Fast forward, came back today for another shot. Friend and I ordered hot fudge sundaes. It was laughable (see below). Little ice cream and hot fudge in the cup. I asked if they could give some more hot fudge and the girl said “we are only allowed to do one pump now.” I’d rather pay more and get what I want then suffer quality. Lots of young kids with attitudes working. Need better training. Won’t be returning.

Amazing little place. The food is excellent the staff is very friendly. The parking lot is always full but the wait times are not bad. This place is great! There's a reason they have been open since the 70s.

Hours says 9pm closing for Saturday. 8:05 it was closed. Drove 20 miles for nothing. Very disappointed.

Sometimes when i venture out I like to try different places to eat… this choice however wasn’t the healthiest but hey you only live once… the sweet girl that took my order from the window to the right of building was very helpful in telling me what she recommended.. so I went for an ice-cream Sundaes… ummm yummmy, hotdog ( stale bun) but hotdog was good.. The best thing was the loaded hamburger omg yaaaas.Ok now for the not so good.. the bologna sandwich was very black, I mean I love a good fried bologna sandwich, but not charrred to black???the slaw I had ordered on the side was dumped also in the bag, apparently the lid wasn’t intact… as I was there they became very busy, I’m thinking with good reason… seriously I don’t have burgers often & this is definitely my top 5..The owner Mick or Nick was very accommodating & you could tell he was passionate about his business.I most certainly will be back if I ever come around these parts again.Keep smiling 💙To the other girl who handed me my food the window on the left.. try to have a better attitude towards customers, & I assure you it will pay off in life..God Bless

It's a destination! I feel like it's the place you meet your boyfriend to have a milkshake in country music song. Ice cream is amazing and so is the food. You will leave with a smile!

It's a treat to stop when I'm in the area. I can't say about the food being I've never had any, but the soft serve twist ice cream with sprinkles on a cone is fab! Fast service, tips welcome, always busy, great selections and decent prices. Would always recommend 👌

Was disappointed in the fries. I asked for cheese fries and I got fries with like a slice of cheese on it. Burger was decent but I kind of expected better from feedback from other people. Best thing I had was a Oreo shake! Burger and fries wasn't nothing special. First time ever going to that place. If I were to go back it would be only be for a shake no food.

Old school feel with good food. Burgers are amazing.. haven't had their ice cream as of yet but this is a good spot for quick eats.It would be nice if they'd get some form of microphone and speaker so people would hear when their order number is called.

Love this little sundae shop! Great old time hamburgers like I use to get at a place called the Dairy Bar. People are friendly and the food is delicious! Can't wait to go back whenever possible.

I had the opportunity to try this place. Although it doesnt have a dine in option, they do have a few picnic tables that your more than welcome to use. The food doesnt take a few minutes to be ready but that just means your food will be fresh. Although i only had their burger with fries, they were still good. I hope on stopping by again and giving their chili dogs a try.
