We've been going to Fuzzy Faces over 2 years now. We love this place. They are so friendly and very detailed oriented. My little Morkie has major separation anxiety and Lori knows exactly how to calm her. Grooming is always on point and my little always smells so good when she comes home. Highly recommend!

It had been awhile since I got my two dogs hair cut. The staff was so friendly and I was told my girls was going to have a day at the spa. When I picked them up they were beautiful. I am 100% pleased with Fuzzy Faces and I recommend them to anyone who wants their pet to have such great care.

We've been taking our Border Collie Pete to Fuzzy Faces for a long time. He's a hand full (he's a Border Collie) The staff is excellent with him and know how to keep him focused while he's being groomed. They're friendly, professional and do a GREAT job. They treat your pet like family and like they're the only one in their shop. I highly recommend them for your pet's grooming!! You won't be disappointed! Thank you Fuzzy Faces!!

They are an amazing group of ladies! I’ve been taking my dogs there for years! They love their Auntie Lori! When my husband drops them off I am not a bit worried. They do a remarkable job and are always friendly, caring and very professional. I highly recommend Fuzzy Faces!

This is my go-to groomer for my two dogs and has been for several years. They are located in the best place ever! Right on the corner of two main roads with a large parking lot and you can back right up to the front door. It makes getting my two dogs in and out so easy. They love animals. They do a great job of welcoming the animals and keeping them secure and they're very good at what they do. Also, they are super affordable!

I love Fuzzy Faces! And most importantly my fuzzy face, Honey, loves it! The ladies are so good with Honey and all of the dogs. They do a wonderful job on her hair, nails etc. we've been going here for years and will keep coming back! They're very friendly, professional and I love supporting a local business!

The customer service was great. They gave us a friendly welcome for our first visit!I like the openness of the facility and being able to see who has my pup and what's being done. It could use some TLC and deep cleaning, though.I'm definitely not satisfied with the appt. length. I dropped Meeka off around 9:15am and got the call that she was ready at 2:40pm. That's almost 6 hrs. Over the phone I was told 3-4 hrs so that's what I expected. I live an hr away so waiting almost 6 hrs is excessive and not preferable.However, the price was VERY reasonable for Meeka's size, breed, and fur type. I was very pleased with that.Her fur feels and looks really smooth, silky, and shiny. But the cut on the back of her front legs is choppy and uneven.Overall, it was a good experience but if the next appt. is more than 4 hrs, we won't be back. Hopefully that's not the norm!

Have been to this groomer 4-5 times and every time have had shotty nail work done or completely forgotten, but they never forget to charge for it. Most recent time I came in for bath and nail trimming and was met with the apparent owner saying we don’t do anything without appointments but every other time I never needed one. Owner was very short and almost argumentative when saying in 17 years she’s never done a single dog without an appointment which I know first hand is a lie, but she passively was “trying to help” I won’t be back and gladly she seems to not care. Poor quality of work on my parents English Bulldog too, shampoo kept irritating skin and no adjustments were made to prevent. Sad

Wouldn't ever recommend for anyone to get a hair cut for their goldendoodle from here. They charged me $80 to completely shave my dog, which I specifically told them not to do. I could have done that for free. They clearly don't understand that you cannot shave certain breeds hair, as it can affect their future hair growth. This $80 was also supposed to include a nail trim, which was apparently forgotten about too. Very disappointed.
