The customer service is horrible especially the managers itself. I bought stuff worth of 2k at this store and many other times in a period of a week. And they can’t even say hi or say Thankyou. I’m too of that they are rude. Like no body wants to come shop at a store like that. That is ridiculous. I’ve never have been treated badly like I have at this store. I asked for a gift receipt and they told me it’s in their policy not to give extra receipts like what?? The girl at the register filled up the medium size bag full of sweaters that was heavy and breaking from extra load on it so I asked if I can’t get another one and apparently that’s against their policy as well. Just ridiculous.

Visited the store on 4/5 at 8.40 , the store was empty yet absolutely pathetic customer service . The lady checking us out was so rude and did not answer a single question straight. Upon asking when we found out that an outlet discount was available so asked her to apply that and bill, the eye rolls, sighs and punching on the screen . Was just so over the top !!!! We are paying customer being totally polite and this the customer service they provide . Pathetic will not be retuning and will file a complaint at the headquarter as well.

Depending on each visit, whether you get a good crew working or not. When it isn't good, they stalk you, and you feel judged when asking a question like you can't afford it. Then they act differently when you buy $250 in items at check out.

This store is supposed to open at 11:00, customers are standing outside waiting on the store to open up but they are told they won’t open yet due to one of their employees have not shown up for work yet. Oh wait, here she is now it’s 11:12 am. Every other store in tanger outlet center is open.If your opening time is 11:00 then open your doors. Some people drive a good distance to come to your store and having to wait does not make a happy customer!! I understand opening at 11:00 but if all the employees are at work ON TIME but one, don’t not open if the staff are there but that 1 and you have customers standing at the door waiting to come in to purchase your product. While I was standing waiting there were others standing with me, they made the comment that they were going to go somewhere else that was open and they MIGHT come back here. That’s lost revenue for your store.A valued customerHigh Point NC

Stopped there three consecutive days straight July 25,26 and 27 only to find the store temporarily closed each time even though they had a sign in the door each day saying that they would be open for business on the following day. Love Tommy Hilfiger clothes but this store management seriously sucks and surprised they haven't closed this location. Came to buy clothes specifically from them but kinda hard to do when they are never open. Had no problem spending money at other businesses that would have been intended for them

This outlet location of Tommy Hilfiger has a decent selection for both men and women, however, the prices are not that significantly lower than a normal retail store. They do have a friendly staff, clean showroom, and plenty of fitting rooms for all.

If you are a male with a male amount of muscle structure, shop here! Everything fits real men, though they do have "slim fit" for the not so male built fella's.

Worst experience ever in any outlet. Brought back an item to return. Was asked to provide ID phone and signature just because I had paid by cash. Rude service at cash counter - anything you ask the answer is “It’s our policy”.Never would visit again!!! ☹️
