Avoid. Extremely rude manager. Very large trash piles around building with mattresses also behind parking areas and into the woods. Keeping the environment clean is less important than feeding the local mice.

Decided to stay here for the night and was never disappointed. Convenient to enter and exit. Lots of parking space. Inside the store everything is clean and the staff is very friendly. Many different useful goods that you may need while traveling. Clean toilets. There is also a laundry room. I recommend this place!!

The manager that supposed to be professional, turn to be the one that ruining the business. I asked her nicely to fix my coffee and add some caramel to it because it wasn’t tasty. she got mad and gave me an attitude for no reason, and screamed at my face in front of everybody saying if you need extra you have to tell me before so I would charge you extra. But that was not the case I didn’t ask for extra. “Manager at Mac Donald’s” please do better ma’am. Thank you

I give it 1 star because it has one of the worst designed parking lots for trucks I've ever seen. The rows are so narrow that it is almost impossible to park if the lot is mostly full. Som spots can be impossible to get into. I tried to spot for someone backing in next to me for 45 minutes and it just wasn't possible due to lack of space.

This is a good gas station ⛽️. first thing thay have super clean showers 🚿 and second the water pressure of shower is very smooth and they have inbuilt speakers in showers which is awesome man 👨

This Travel Stop is deficient in all of 12 fuel pumps it has 6 that are out of service. The showers out off service and the last one the staff don't even give you a good morning very rude. I do not recommend this site.

Been here since 3pm its now 10:55pm nothing shoveled, plowed nor salted. This place is an accident/law suit waiting to happen. Can we at least get a clear, safe path at the entrance to the store? Sad!😔

I had a horrible experience at this location. I received very poor customer service. The sales clerk lady with the green wig has very poor attitude. She treats pilot customer very badly. She ignored me for at least 3 minutes to continue having a personal conversation with her co-worker even after I’ve greeted her make sure she acknowledged me standing obviously directly in front of her at the cash register. Then after after regrettably ending her conversation to attend to me, she dismissed me all together smirking and rolling her eyes. Then requested her coworker to respond to my inquiries about the drop box shipping process. I felt belittled, this is not the type behavior that should be displayed at a traveling center.

Overcharged on coffee. The store is dirty. The restroom is dirty. The parking lot is dirty. Receipt machine out of paper at the pump. Funny thing is that you offer air to trucks for free but you charge the cars $2.00 for the same air. Do better please and I will change rating.

As of this posting, every single trash can outside is full/overflowing. Parking lot has a lot of litter. Three stars because I like the pilot company and what they provide for services. Personnel are nice but only see one single person working.

We stopped to get fuel at this Pilot on September 11, 2022 around 3 pm (this information is for the store management to figure out, whose shift it was).Total for fuel was $85 - we got the receipt. However, pending on our account was $151. I called the Pilot store. The associate who answered the phone said that it was our bank which charged $150 as pending, instead of right amount, and in 48 hours the issue would be cleared and we would be charged the right amount. It has never happened to us before, even though we drive a lot throughout the US and get fuel at the different gas stations. I asked the associate her name, just in case we see the wrong amount in the next 48 hours, so we have a trace of the conversation but she hang up. I called back, other lady picked up, she said her name was Whitney. I asked to speak to the manager regarding previous associate, who intentionally hang up in the middle of the conversation. She said that she and the associate who hang up were both the managers 🤣. This other associate kept interrupting me, she would not let me finish a sentence, and hang up on me few times. I think they treated me that way because I speak with an accent. I was persistent as I do not tolerate this kind of "customer service" in the country of immigrants. I had to call the store back few times, so that Whitney would finally listen to me, instead of hanging up, to explain her that they need to treat customers with respect, even the ones who speak with an accent. I hope those "managers" with no work ethics, no manners would be properly trained, so they would be able communicate, but not bark at the customers. Very poor, disrespectful, racist customer service at this location. We stop at Pilots, Loves, Sheets and other gas stations a lot to get the fuel, and this is first time we have this issue with the wrong pending charge, cashiers-"managers".

Store is disgusting both inside and outside. Manager actually talking with staff saying the inside looks ok but you have to clean the truck area. Staff after manager walks away says “yeah, like we go outside. Manager is blind and the staff is lazy.

I love the gas prices. That is the main reason I stop on long drives. I don't stop for food or snacks, as I generally have my own. They do have a wide selection of snacks and drinks. There is also a Cinnabon kiosk.Occasionally I get coffee. They have many choices including decaf.This pilot was a bit grubbier tham most.

I’m only giving it a 1 because of the truck parking! The spaces are super super small and our truck was damaged here. So as far as the facility / customer service and cleanliness it’s a 5 star. Just know you have to pay close attention when you’re parking or leaving. My suggestion is to not park here get your fuel and leave…. You’ve been warned!!

Hands-down, this pilot is the best one in the country. from the counter to McDonald’s. When you walk by, every single staff member will greet you with a friendly hello. Coming and going. The showers are spotless. They even fold the towels in a decorative way. It’s the little things like that, that make me feel like they truly care about the drivers here.

Great place to gas up. Coffee is made fresh all day long. Coffee center is always clean. Staff is friendly. The 3 cent gas discount with loyalty card makes me pass other gas stations to fill up here.

Beware there pumps will take $150.00 hold on your cards to pay for the minimal amounts of gas. This hold will stay on your cards for days while they continue business as usual I’m a disabled Veteran I can’t afford to wait for a gas company to return my change after they steal $151.00 from me for a $35.00 gas purchase. You may call it a hold but it’s stealing

Clean and well kept. But staff here is exceptional. I fueled at midnight last night, returned after dropping trailer. Lady, long white hair, noticed I hadn't received reward points, so she adds the points to my acct, that's above and beyond imo. This morning staff also very friendly and helpful. I visit Pilot every other day otr, nationwide 1000gal+/month & this is my 1st Pilot post.

The restrooms @ this location were very clean. Employees were friendly. Even the other customers were helpful! I needed help reaching my drinks which were on the very top shelf of the drink cooler, and a fellow customer saw my difficulty and helped me without me having to ask! (I am under 5 foot so drinks on the top shelf are a very hard for me to reach). Check out was very fast. This location was very busy, yet no one seemed to be rushing.

Nice little truck stop. Typical Pilot, but they keep it clean and well organized. Staff has always been friendly to me, striking up a conversation without me starting it. The restrooms always have paper seats, and are cleaned up often. This is a popular bus stop, so if you see a bus and need to use the facilites, leave, or use your shower pass. But they clean the restrooms right after a bus leaves too.

Easy to find and they're very good about clearing lines fast. The only downside is the place seems a little too casual. I've heard employees cursing out loud (I myself am not exactly offended by it, but it doesn't look good for a business), and one night an employee had to keep their child behind the register (lack of childcare?). Not an altogether unpleasant experience for me but families with young children should be careful about the language.
