I come here time to time. Only place I can seem to find dog treats my dog can eat because of his food allergies but going home and finding animal hair in my bag is just nasty. Yall need to do better.

We take our two kittens to Petsense every month to get their claws clipped. The groomers there are wonderful and take good care of the cats. It only takes a few minutes, and their prices are very reasonable. The pet food and supplies are very well stocked. I am very happy that Petsense has such a great store in our area.

It was great. Getting dog pedicure is never a preplaned event. Petsense has always accommodated me and makes things pretty and better for all. She's an aggressive rescue Malinois, yet has never acted on a lot of instances that could have been over-loving for a 1 1/2 grand daughter. AND thanks, Petsense, for those (like myself) who has always lived life in the sun... without sunscreen, thus super frail skin.

I bought a treat for my chihuahua. She didn't care for it. PetSense refunded my money immediately and they were very understanding and nice about it.I highly recommend doing business with them. 👍

Just moved to the area and needed a new cat tree/ scratcher for my kitty. Went to the big box animal place I'm familiar with and NO luck. Found this Gem of a store and they had exactly what I wanted. Stores stock was good, staff wasnt overly friendly but that's OK as I knew my needs. The cashier was friendly and chatted more when ringing me up which was nice. I would definitely return and this might become my GO to pet store👍🐱⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If I could leave no stars I would since I didn’t even experience what a groom there is like. Drove from out of town with a dog and a baby only to get a call 20 minutes before my appt that they would have to cancel because their groomer wasn’t coming in. Didn’t offer me anything other than an appt 4 days away. I’m a single mom, I work two jobs and I planned this appt for over a week. I received 4 emails and 7 text messages to confirm my appt. So disappointed.

Took my daughter’s dog Penny for grooming and wasn’t sure if they will meet my expectations. I found the place to be clean and the staff were very friendly. Makayla followed my instructions and did a good job grooming Penny. The appointment was at 12:30 p.m. and they took her in within 10 minutes and was done by 3:30 p.m. I sent a picture of Penny’s new look to my daughter and she liked it, especially the cute little bows on her. They also charge reasonably and accept tips only in cash. Will take Penny again when she needs to be groomed.

Helpful employee! Stopped in when I needed something to calm my crated cat as I traveled through the Durham area. Purchased a calming collar for her that did help with constant meowing! They were out of the chewable treat type however.

Every time I've gone there the workers are always lovely. I enjoy going there to get my dogs special treats and browse the dog toys. I have not tried their grooming services so I can't speak to that but overall I love the store itself.

I was out of cat food and this was the closest store. My first time in here and all was fine until I walked to check out and saw the terrible conditions they has for reptiles. I could not believe a store like this could even sell them. Bearded dragons were housed together and had nothing but paper towel and a hammock. No true basking spot, no water!! No hides! Same goes for the leopard gecko! Nothing for this poor guy! They also had a tortoise in an even smaller tank! So upsetting, I really hope management sees this and can do some research on proper care for animals.

The employees are really nice. The problem is that the store usually does not have what people are looking for. Every time I go I have to buy a different kind of dog food because they don’t have the one my dogs were eating. This is the only pet store in Mebane. I think I am going to plan in advance and start going to a another store in a different area.

I went there one night and was planning on just looking at tanks but ended up finding one and getting it. Pam was kind enough to help me get the tank down and was nice enough to help me get it in my car. I appreciate her kind effort and happiness to help.

This was my first time taking our dog to get groomed. Sammy did an awesome job grooming our dog. This is the best grooming that he has ever had.The staff was so friendly and helpful. I forgot to bring back his leash and they allowed me to borrow theirs as well as assisted me with putting it on him. Definitely will be booking grooming services in the future.

Angie who apparently is the store manager was a super rude to her cashier who made a mistake and told me "to mind my business" when I told her that that's not how you should talk to an employee and be respected. I will not be returning to this store.

Agree with a previous review that the customer service in grooming sucks. Also they my dogs nails didn’t appear to have been clipped and neither dog dew claws were clipped. My dogs didn’t even smell fresh as if they had a bath. There’s a very negative energy in the grooming department and I wouldn’t recommend this establishment for grooming.I didn’t feel that my dogs were even safe and I am so sorry I left them in the mist of these grumpy groomers for an hour. Definitely would never recommend for grooming!

We take our dog here for grooming, and both the groomers that we've worked with have done an awesome job. While our dog isn't aggressive, He is prone to holding with his teeth when having his nails done. The staff here we're very accommodating of that and he's no longer nervous when they take him behind the counter for his grooming. The staff even worked well when they realized that he became nervous with the loud noises of the blow dryer and switched over to hand towel drying him instead. Super happy, and plan on using them as long as they're open.

Absolutely horrible customer service. We stopped by for the first time to get our Dog groomed. The two ladies kept rolling their eyes, and complaining about how they couldn’t provide any services. The worst part was their lack of enthusiasm to gain new customers. We want people who are happy and excited to see our pet. It was so unpleasant to be in this store today. It felt as if we inconvenienced you by coming in as a paying customer.

My husband & I took our dog to be groomed and nails clipped. While they did an outstanding job cutting his nails, I saw no indication that by they had bathed him at all. Our dog suffers from dry eye so his eyes get a lot of mucus. When we picked him up, I was under the impression that they hadn't gotten around to bathing him cause his eyes were very noticeably crusty. Dry eye boogers were heavily dangling from both eyes. We had told them to clean under his tail because it grows inwards dirt accumulates under there. I bathed him when we got home and there was dirt. My husband complained but still paid for their services anyway.

I made an appointment to get my dog groomed a few weeks ago on Thursday. I called to see what the latest I could bring my dog in because I was getting off a little later then I originally thought. I showed them a picture of what I wanted but she stated he couldn't be cut like that due to him being matted... I picked him up afterwards and he is cut way too short! He is not even cut even. I also noticed that the ends of his ears were hard and I wasn’t sure if this was normal, I ended up finding blood on his ears which isn’t normal. I'm not sure if the lady was in a rush because my appointment was at 4:30 and they closed at 7pm and she was just trying to rush and that's why she didn't want to do the cut I originally showed her. It's sad because I like to bring him here when I can't find other groomers due to them being booked up. But I Won't be bringing him back here again.

They really need more than one person working the register. She was doing the best she could but the register was slow and she's only one person. Overall a nice store to visit, my son loves to see the kittens in the front cages and watch the dogs being groomed in the back.

Everything I go in the staff is always nice and always answer any questions I have about anything including the pets waiting to be adopted! I love seeing the kitties and the reptiles!! They also do grooming and have a lot of different varieties of food, toys, etc. They even do collections for places!
