I am absolutely glad I brought my dog to this clinic. She is older now with cardiac issues. Dr. Stark has been so wonderful to deal with and takes her time assessing and also explaining treatment. They call and follow up also to see how treatments are going wow. Cudos to Stephen and front desk staff you all are very professional and personable!

While I have always liked going to Mebane Pet Clinic, so much so, that I continued to go there after moving to Sanford, I will not be returning at this point. My cat recently had surgery, on Friday they removed her stitches and said all was well, I got home and her wound opened up all the way so I took her back for them to fix it and I was still charged even though they checked it over and said it was good to go. Secondly, due to this issue on Friday, I was told that her recheck appointment would be no charge because they would just make sure that it was good and wasn't infected or anything, I go to the appointment and I'm told that I HAVE to pay and they offered me $15 off for any confusion. I think Mebane Pet Clinic has just become a money hungry clinic and they charge you for every small thing that they can because they care about the money not the pets. And this "confusion" still should have been honored because that what I was told so this is just poor customer service due to lack of communication within their clinic.

I have a nervous dog that had a sensitive toenail that needed trimming. Staff was careful and slow with my pet, not adding to her fears, and were able to trim the nail without causing my baby stress. Shoutout to the talented Vet Assistants that worked with my baby today!

We've been taking our dog here for several years. She requires injections for a condition she has. We're required to buy a vial of medicine for this condition. When we took our dog in today we were told the last vial we purchased had expired and we needed to purchase a new vial. In my opinion it's inexcusable that a veterinarian would allow a paid for medication to expire or not give you notice that the medication was nearing its expiration date. I'd like an explanation as to how this could occur.

I took both of my dogs there to get introductory visits with one of the veterinarians so that we could establish my dogs as a patient. Well, not long after that the veterinarian left and now they want me to pay another $300 to a different vet for yet another introductory visit for both dogs. That seems very shady and unethical.

Mebane Pet Clinic provides excellent pet care and astounding customer service! Their staff is super knowledgeable and never fail to answer my questions and provide me with information to help me care for my pets. Bringing my pets to a clinic that is Fear Free certified is very important to me and it helps my babies to be less stressed during their visits, my little Claire gets so excited to see her veterinary friends! The follow up calls their staff provides after sick visits are so considerate and prove that they really care for the animals they service. Mebane Pet Clinic really is the best in town!Bonus Points: They have a nice coffee station in the lobby that is well stocked!

I had to go here for my dog last month as he went into heart failure. This was the only vet open that day. To my family and I they did not seem to care about my dog but instead the money. My boyfriend paid over $400 just for the one day to get the ending of his life shot as it was sadly time to go. At our normal vet it would have been way less. We were not happy with the service we had to experience.

Ever since i started coming here for baby Louie, the entire staff have always been super nice. His Doctor, Dr.Pickett is amazing. Listens and assists to my concerns every time. The assistants are always soo good and take good care of him. Every time we come in, everyone is always excited to see him! Professional & amazing customer service. Pricing as well is super convenient. This will be his forever Pet Clinic!

15 year old cat w/ an abscess tooth. I called on Tuesday had an appointment on Wednesday at 3:45. They treated Emmy and myself with great respect , love and care. Will be going back for surgery. The entire staff at Mebane Pet Clinic goes above and beyond. We are there weekly for laser treatment and we've never had a bad experience. They treat my dogs like their own. Logan is almost 16 and they are amazing with him!

I had a great 1st visit with these folks. Very personable, from the front desk to Dr. Beagle. I'm very glad I picked this vet to care for our new pup.Update: My pup has been seeing the folks here for nearly 5 years now. I've had pets most of my adult life and there have been many vets... only one, Doc O'Brian in Oneida, NY was as good or better than Mebane Pet Clinic has been!!

I have been a customer with Mebane Pet Clinic for over 25 years. Recently, my dog was diagnosed with cancer. I was told to contact them if he had any change in symptoms. When he took a turn for the worse I called and was told no appointments were available but that I should have him checked. I called Mebane Veterinary Hospital and told them my dog symptoms and they told me to bring him in that afternoon. I have never stepped foot in their clinic. They told me it was time to let him go. That was over 3 weeks ago and I still have not heard a word from Mebane Pet Clinic. Thank you Mebane Veterinary Hospital for your help in a very hard time and shame on Mebane Pet Clinic.

Fantastic veterinarian's. Dr Kipp is the best. Always willing to spend whatever time is needed for example or emergency. Love the all girl squad. Diamond has gotten used to seeing Dr Neagleshe takes great care ofDiamond. Didn’t look right walking in and seeing a gentleman working at the front desk.

This is the BEST vet!!! My cat was attacked and I thought was dying called my normal vet they were too “busy” called 3 other emergency hospitals that could not see her and was going to Greensboro but realized I didn’t think she would make it that far. So I called Mebane Pet Clinic feeling hopeless they were so caring allowed me to bring my baby straight in and took the best care of her and I was able to bring her home the same day. The Dr and all staff were so friendly.. needless to say I transferred my other 4 fur babies to Mebane pet clinic as well.. Very thankful for them being there in my time of need and look forward to using them for all future appointments. 10/10 best vet around!!

They called me after they scanned a cat that was brought in for respiratory infection. Our cat went missing two days after we moved to NC from Massachusetts. He was gone a year and a half! What a miracle to get him back after all this time!

When I first started going here the quality and service was great. but over the year the service has went down slightly. This last situation pushed me to the edge. I took my dog in on a Monday with a concern with her breathing and thinking that she was congested. I first was placed with a doctor that I was not familiar with and I'm not sure that she stated upon entering the room. After the service she told me that my dog had inflammation around her lungs that was determined from a X-ray and that she was sending blood test out. I asked her that day about the nasal spray that I was using and could I continue and she never answered the question. I called back on Tuesday to follow up about the nasal spray and the test result and was told that I would get a call back by the end of the day or the next day which was today. when I didn't receive a call back today I called at 5:00 to follow up and was told that I would again give my number and be put in for a call back. at this point I had texted ( which it gives you the option on the app and they never respond), emailed them 4 hours prior to calling and still didn't get a response and called and still didn't get a answer to my simple question to try and give my dog some relief since she was given medicine for congestion instead of the inflammation that was around her lungs. I love Dr. Cooper and for some reason continue to be placed with other vets upon requesting to be seen by Dr. Cooper. I would love to stay under the service of Dr. Cooper but if things don't turn around with this place I will be relocating my services elsewhere.

We recently moved to Hillsborough and were concerned about find a vet for our cats. Everyone at the Mebane Pet Clinic have been outstanding with cats and we are exceedingly grateful we found them.
