Elise and all the bakery staff did a great job making a beautiful cake for my Grandson's 4th Birthday. We enjoy shopping at this store always a smiling face from all employees. This was the 1st time we used the bakery. Thank you all for making his 4th birthday a complete success I'm attaching a picture of the cake.

Hello,I love this lowes ! My favorite but I do have one problem which is why I gave 4 stars. I ordered some pizza today at the hot bar and the white lady with glasses and hat was very rude. Looked like she didn’t want to take my order. I told her I would get a salad and come back for my pizzas and when I get back I didn’t know my pizza was as on the scale. She yells back “it’s on the scale” in a rude tone. I didn’t feel any great customer service or help. Just wanted to note that she should have extra training done on her customer service . Would be nice to hand the customer their food and smile. Just saying. Have a wonderful day !

Absolutely wonderful store and wonderful personalities as well! I was very impressed when I walked in that store for the first time and saw just how clean it is. Everything is so organized and the prices are good as well. It's amazing when you walk in the back to the meat aisle and see just how fresh all of their meats look. I was very impressed with that. Absolutely recommend them very much.

General shopping it's great. Decent deals occasionally, maybe a bit overpriced, but generally good quality milk and other groceries. However the charm in this store lies in it's magical ability to know when I'm looking for something specific on that rare occasion. I'll check to see it's in stock before leaving, yep it should be, go to store, literally every odd item around the niche item I was looking for will be overflowing and the exact thing I'm looking for is totally out.

Never order from the store on DoorDash. They never have chocolate covered strawberries. And most of their sandwiches are out of stock. Half the time when I place an order 95% of my order is refunded. The prices are absolutely outrageous for the quality of their products. I’ve never seen a grocery store that stays out of stock for most products like this store

First time to this grocery store as I am only here for a few weeks for business. Very clean store and friendly cashier that told me about the coupon card and how to use it. If you are familiar with Texas grocery stores I will say it is on par with H-E-B.

We had our 50th anniversary cake prepared and decorated by the Bakery at Lowes. It was beautiful and delicious. The vanilla was fragrant, but not over powering in the actual taste. Everyone asked who made the cake and were surprised this cake was from the grocery store.Elise the decorator, took time with me to find out exactly what we wanted and she didn't let us down. It was GREAT!

This has been my go-to location for years whenever I'm visiting the Mebane area. I typically prefer Whole Foods and Harris Teeter over Lowes Foods, but the presentation and customer service in this particular store was always A+.I can't put my finger on it, but during my last few visits, something has just felt off (the look of the store and the environment) 😔

Jadah was extremely rude today during check out. She was insisting on taking over me while I was trying to explain what was wrong. Shoved her hand up in my face and said whatever and walked off. I have never had to deal with such immaturity and childishness from an adult before. Person like this incapable of controlling their anger issues should not be in customer service

They have the very BEST Muffins, Pure Pleasure. They taste like they are made by a top Bakery Chef. If their groceries are as fresh, tasty and of the same quality as their muffins, I have found a new supermarket!!Sorry about the picture. The moment you walk into this store you get a pronounced homey vibe. The produce selection is easy to navigate and has a reassuring selection of organic and from local farms which is very important to me. A cozy little wine bar next to a good selection of wine. Fresh artisan breads and pastries in the adjoining bakery are always fun to drool over. Then glide over to a comfortingly wide fresh and frozen seafood selection, where I instantly become a gourmand listening to meal prep suggestions from the staff! And, if you enjoy excellent BBQ from a local vendor, here it is with an ever-smiling staff behind the counter. And I haven’t even gotten to the regular grocery section! I drive 30 minutes twice a month to come here and they’re always ready for business!

We had a VERY kind woman for a cashier who was very helpful for our large cart full of items. We watched the manager (Alex? Couldn't see the tag well) be incredibly rude to her in front of all of us because of a customer's unjustified complaint. It put a very bad taste in my mouth. I live a town over in Burlington and I definitely won't be coming back to this location again.Get better management or lose customers and good hardworking employees.

I really love this store. A good selection of baked goods, meats and fresh breads and cakes and pies. The layout is typical but well done. My favorite part is the bar with beer on tap, and you can drink your frosty beverage while you shop. The carts even have cup holders. The staff is very friendly. Cheers!

Foods amazing as always. But I had the worst/rudest employee I’ve ever seen working at a Lowe’s food at the deli. No words spoken after standing for 10 mins, then aggressively setting the sandwich’s on the counter....not sure what was bugging him but it was unprofessional

Lowes Foods is our preferred grocery store. Clean, decent pricing and short checkout lines. Only issue is the displays in the aisles are constantly in the way of customers trying to get by each other and provide ZERO value. Today my autistic son knocked over the chocolate powder display. What value does a chocolate powder display provide other than to be in the way? Does anyone impulse buy chocolate powder?

Good and fresh meats and vegetables selections! Also love the bar, smoke house, bakery and the salad bar. I like the concept, is unique. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I like the little shopping car for kids. Great location as well! Highly recommended!!

Really nice Lowe's. Everything is so well stocked, clean, and fresh. Staff are friendly and helpful. Love the beer and wine selection. Fantastic selection of fresh made sandwiches and pizzas for lunch. Delicious creative breads, especially love the focaccia. Wonderful fresh meat and seafood selection. Nice local products from good old North Carolina. It's my kind of grocery store!

Great selection, meat cutting department is well stocked and friendly workers. We shop at Lowe's a lot just because we have never had a bad experience there and won't. Management is even courteous and friendly offering to take people's groceries to their vehicles. Not just elderly, anyone with a packed cart.

Just moved to Mebane and walked into Lowes. Friendly and helpful staff.They offered me a Lowes card for discounts. I like their new green stampbook. Deli always has fresh produce and their flowers are reasonable. Recommend this grocery store to everyone.

Great clean and organized super market. Offer you help to your car. 90% of staff Says hello. Feels very welcoming. Little pricey but I prefer it than food lion where no one cares to great you or help you only if you asked. Food Lion staff are always unhappy. What ever Lowes is doing for staff keep it up and continue to put staff first before opening store to keep them smiling.

They are still renovating and it's great that they open till midnight. However, I wish their meat shop is as good as Harris Teeter. Hard to find deals on any meat products there and when there is, it's not as fresh. I like my steak thicker, they don't offer many options. Staffing and support is great though, not too long a wait most of the time. Maybe they can add self checkout for when you have just a handful of items.

A very clean and organized store with very nice employee's. Higher prices though so expect to pay more. Has a true market feel to it though so if you are looking for more of a personal localized shopping feel to your shopping experience then this place is for you. Great bakery. I definitely recommend this place to anybody.

My wife ordered the items online and I picked them up without entering the store. The young lady was very fast and orderly when she brought out my bags of groceries. This is a good service for people who can't walk very good or are busy with other things.

Updates are nice, everyday food you can still find at Food Lion at better prices. Lowe's does stocks items like fresh seafood you will not find at Food Lion, I enjoyed samples in Smokehouse area in the back and the sandwich shop up front had great options for lunch or quick bite rather than going to fast food. A few people were enjoying the pub not sure if I saw a TV in that area.
