As a new home owner with many surprises, I can say I've made a lot of trips to this particular location. Who doesn't love a good home improvement store? Store is organized and the staff is friendly. Always a pleasant experience.

I just picked up a Bosch 400 foot laser tape measure with the online pick up. I had to do curbside after waiting inside for a while and didn’t really look at it till I got home that’s a pretty long trip over 30 minutes. The item is clearly used has scratches or fingerprints all over it and the batteries just rolling around in the bottom of the box. I purchased a brand new item not a open box return. Very unhappy

I have always shopped here for business and for personal projects, the last 35 years. Today, I was informed I could not return an item, for store credit or exchange. I paid cash, no longer have the receipt. Now, I am stuck with a $55 box of screws, I do not need. I had planned to purchase a few hundred dollars in materials tonight for my project. I will never shop here again. I feel at this moment, I should pull the 40+ receipts and any unused materials that I currently have to return. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Working with the appliances team at this location has been nothing short of amazing. Not only were they patient with me, they went above and beyond to answer my questions and concerns. Geoff, John, and Jason were the epitome of excellent customer service from start to finish!

We purchased a Kitchenaid dishwasher.Sslesman Charles was helpful.The delivery guys were helpful.That is where the good ends.Installation by our plumber saw the new dishwasher was leaking within housing.Called Lowe's and they did send another Kitchenaid . Pickup was fine and they had another to replace it.Now that was paying the plumber for his service charge of $350.00. So in comes the plumber again to set up the other new one. Now the plastic plugs are missing from the bags.Call to Lowe's. Got associate. Asked fore our salesman Charles. Said wasn't there. Talked to Appliance rep. He said we would have to talk to Kitchenaid.We asked for the manager. Held on phone for 30min. Then got cut off. Recalled. Asked to speak to manager. Held on for another 27min. Recalled. Held on for 3min. Got cut off. Recalled. Held on for 49min. Got cut off. Recalled , and apparently the lady said, yes I see where you were holding for 30min. She said both managers were in the garden center helping them at the cash registers. She would hand them the phone number and they should call us in an hour. Yep, you guessed it. Recalled, put back on Hold.Asked for the appliance department. Charles was now there. He put me on hold for the managers. 37min later. No one called.I hung up. Disappointed in their idea of customer service. Maybe they don't care. It showed us.Now again we had to pay the plumber for ANOTHER service charge. And all we want Is two plugs to keep the water from running out of door. Couldn't someone steal out of a display to make us happy.Really sad that companies treat customers this way.So now we are headed to Lowe's. Wish us luck. After 4hrs of no return phone calls from a manager. If there was a zero on the scale, it would be below that.

The staff is the star of the show hereI'm a first time, new home owner so I have a lotta business with Lowe's, but the place is like 700 miles big (jk) so I constantly need to ask where the random weird things I need are. I wish I could remember the man's name that helped me buy my stove and freezer but I can't remember, he's awesome though.Everyone EVERYONE here is so freakin nice. I've probably interacted with 20+ store employees in the last 3 weeks, and everyone was lovely and helpful.. oh, and we've had SEVERAL deliveries from them and the delivery people are all great folks too.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Lowe's in Mebane went out of business.The only thing you hear is crickets if you need assistance with anything in ANY department. It once was a great store . It has steadily declined in ALL areas and aspects .There is a sharp contrast in difference between the Lowe's in Mebane and Burlington.Home Depot used to be upside down and totally disorganized.I now shop at Home Depot . They have really turned their company around .Lowe's, your company is in trouble, especially the store in Mebane.Yes , I have addressed a specific complaint by phone to Lowe's headquarters by phone . I was told I would NOT get a return phone call.So before you tell me in a rebuttal reply when you see this poor Google review, maybe you should think about addressing how you return persons complaints.

The best, by far, customer service I have received in a very long time came from DJ at Lowes in Mebane. He was absolutely AMAZING! I called with a time consuming situation, and he was more than willing to work out all the details for me. And all the while being very patient and kind. I believe he’s the assistant manager and if he is, I’m sure that store is absolutely phenomenal with upper management being that helpful. Wish I could give you more stars. You sure deserve it DJ. Keep up the good work the world definitely needs more people like you.

The DeWalt batteries are getting out of hand now. The battery section is more confusing than the paper towel aisle at Dollar General. I couldn't figure it all out to be honest with you. That's when I pressed the help button at the end of the aisle, and a certified DeWalt battery technician came to assist me. He handed me a drink and told me to relax as he unlocked the 17 locks that would lead him to the steel safe which held the DeWalt batteries.Unfortunately my DeWalt speaker and 200 dollar battery got left on the hood of my truck right before I drove a mile in reverse at high speed on a gravel road. I went back on my recon bike to surveil the area but I couldn't find the speaker. I used my drone to canvas the entire map but I suspect a certain man on a tractor may have found my loot and pawned it.Anyway, back to Lowe's. This guy who helped me ended up knowing so much about DeWalt that the guy standing near us started asking him if he wanted a job. It turns out that the owner of DeWalt was browsing through Kobalt tools and overheard us talking. He hired that man on the spot for his knowledge and dedication. All I got was 2 "power stack" batteries and speaker for $330 bucks.

Don't know what happened to Lowes , changed there contractor parking , changed there billing , I was charged $45 for being late - bill Payed was 10 cents short , I'll be going to home Depot from now on

With the receipt number and item code they could refund and saved me a trip back to the store👍🙏🏻 absolute lovely woman help and saved me time and money!!!! I am tickled pink and amazed how awesome this experience was. I’m sure they reviewed their end and knew the transaction was legit. Kudos tho for being so helpful and saving me time.Original post:Classic Lowe's they have their stores almost exactly the same nationwide. Their Garden section has tons of beautiful options and friendly staff. Their stores are well lit. They did have a registrar issue the trip I made and made for longer lines then normal. I appreciate the self ✔️ out.

Needed to buy appliances for my new home, and was helped by Chuck, John and Charles on a few different visits. Everyone was helpful and present without being pushy. I shopped around at a few other places and never received any help or even friendliness so I am very happy that Lowe's made me feel valued as a customer! Seeing as I'm a new home owner, I will be shopping at this Lowe's specifically for all my needs. Thank you!

Our experience with Lowes has been 5 star all the way! Geoff, DQ and DJ are amazing. My husband and myself came in late on a Wednesday night in need of a refrigerator as ours went out while on vacation. Right away Geoff greeted us with a professional yet quirky demeanor. He did a good job teaming up with my husband and better helping me understand that larger is always better! Also, he's the price match all-star! DQ is and has always been so nice and helpful everytime we visit the store. DJ went above and beyond helping us get through the payment and delivery of our fridge. Within 36 hours, it's home! Fernando and Andy, they out did themselves! Carrying out our old and in our new fridge up/down 8 steps. Not a single scratch. Overall, this has been our BEST experience buying an appliance. Looking forward to doing buisness with Lowes again. Thank you all!

I went to Lowe's twice this week. Both times I was fortunate to have Dante help me. One time he was on one of the ladder things stocking. He not only told me where to find my item, but he got down and walked me to it. That's what I call good customer service.I have been in the store multiple times, walking around looking for a particular item, walked by several employees and no one offered to help me.Next time I have to go back, I'm going to look for Dante, he knows what he's doing, is more than willing to help and very pleasant. They need to give him a raise and get rid of some of the employees just standing around.

Love my local Lowe's! ...that was years ago.Now, 2024... Customer service seems to be a "whenever TF I feel like it" amongst a few of the employees. One floor employee and one returns/customer service desk. In particular the customer service/returns desk being so disrespectful to my wife that I doubt I'll go to our Lowe's again for a long time. I'll gladly spend the extra time and gas to go to Burlington or a Home Depot if my wife can't even ask a question because the employee assumed she knew why my wife was there, told her she needed the whole product (she wasn't even there for an exchange, just had a question about whether they had sold us something that was sold as brand-new in box but was clearly used, or at least one part was obviously used and swapped what was in our box for another at some point, something along those lines. But she never even got the chance to ask, just brushed off and not even allowed to get a sentence in). I adore the one woman always out in Garden, she's great. As for some of her co-workers..... We're taking our business elsewhere now.One star, all from the lady in Garden.

Was there at 8:30pm. Garden Center gates were locked. Went in thru front. Employees in Garden Center said they lock gates at 9:00. OK, so why were they locked at 8:30?? DUH!! Asked if I could get a ticket to check out up front then drive to Garden Center to have bags of rocks loaded. Three of them had to "discuss" how to do this.....WHAT???. I just said forget it and loaded them myself. Then when I checked out, I had to use self checkout because the lady stocking items said they don't have cashiers after 8:30 or 9:00!!! Really great customer service.....lol....Next time I'll go to Home Depot.

I shopped at this location today because they were the only one that had a particular carpet I wanted in bulk. Once I got there and located the carpet I wanted cut, I pressed the call button and Amber arrived to help me. She had no problem finding the carpet or running the machines needed to unroll and cut the amount I needed. She was solely focused on me and my needs the entire time even though the store was super busy. I didn't feel rushed or hurried at all and she was incredibly friendly throughout. She walked me to the cash register to make sure the sale was correct and even offered to help me load the carpet in my vehicle! Thank you Amber!!!

Curbside pickup seems broken. Curbside won’t pickup the phone to bring out the order. Customer service also won’t pickup. Tried for 15 min. Finally got through by calling another department. 15 more minutes sitting here and they still won’t bring the order out. There is nobody else here for curbside pickup this entire time. Also nobody is wearing masks. What’s going on, Lowe’s?
