My favorite dollar general always open unless running short staffed and that is because management is expected to work free hours just to please the higher up ppl. I know because I use to work in management and until things change it will continue to be this way. I absolutely don’t blame any of the employees for not wanting to kill themselves for a corporation! Keep it up Stephanie and team. Y’all are all extremely lovely to deal with!

This DG needs new management... this store is always a mess and never open. Just walked there and a note was on the door stating they were closed due to work truck? There was no truck in site.. Do better DG!!!

There's a huge hole in the parking spot in front of the doors. When it rains it fills up so it's not visible. Lawsuit waiting to happen when someone twists or breaks their ankle...or worse. I only saw one person with no store clothing on in the back. No one tending the cash registers. They don't allow cash. The place is a complete mess.

The gentleman running the register was very rude and obnoxious. He didn't care what was on sale and just kept ringing my stuff up when I had some questions because nothing had prices on it. I showed him where the process were and he swore it was in the wrong spot but everything matched except the price was off by a dollar. He kept saying with me until I asked for the manager. Very uncool this is my regular store and I never want to go back!!!

Came in 6/19/2021 at 540pm, cashier stated "I am closing in 20 minutes!" I replied "Hello, Welcome to Dollar General." The look she gave me, if I was a different person, she'd be having a problem on her hands. If I didn't have to pick up a last minute Birthday card, I would have turned around and walked out. What Dollar General closes at 6pm???The whole store was Tore Up From the Floor Up, dirty, very messy, picture to prove... Totally not acceptable for anyone with disabilities, let alone someone in a wheelchair. The only good thing I've encountered was when she handed me correct change.I do not recommend this Dollar General I will not return!

The worst Dollar General in the history of Dollar General. They let people walk in and cut in line in front of you, they don't have anything you need, they are rude, and they are so bad they can't keep employees and close at like 6pm. Drive a little more and go to another store.

May 2019I like the store but it's in a bad / unsafe location. The cashier could not have been any nicer! She had a wonderful personally. My biggie is that when they are restocking they don't think about the customer. Their stocking carts are everywhere and you can't get down the isles or around the carts. Store feels rather dirty and outdated. It needs a face lift...so do I. 🙂

It's always a mess and the last time I went to this particular store that said they were out to lunch. Be back at 3 pm. What? I've never experienced this but it's becoming the normal at DG.

They are like part of my family..i go in this store everyday..sometimes 2-3 times a day. Always super nice and helpful. Love Kim..one of the managers!!

Although it was late, the young lady at the register was kind and sincere. Clean store in the inside, but the outside needs a trash can to encourage people to stop using the carts and ground for their garbage.

As hard as it is for me to believe, I've grown to really like this Dollar General store! Their prices are very competitive on many items, I can get in and out quickly, and it's much closer to my home than the big box store. Worth checking out if you haven't tried it and you're driving all the way out to the box stores or further. If they carry what you need, it's usually cheaper than CVS or Walgreens. No pharmacy, of course, but a pretty good selection of OTC items.

It's a good place to shop I go there a lot even though it's a little messy but the customer service is really good they really greet you and they actually go look for the items that you're searching for so if you don't see what you want do ask they will help you and give you awesome respect

Horrible. It's messy and the employees are RUDE. there's one elderly woman that is extremely slow and keeps an attitude every time I visit you can't find anything. And I personally do not like going nore would I ever work here. It needs new management or a change of EMPLOYEES!!

Most disorganized Dollar General I've ever seen. Now don't get me wrong, most dollar stores seem to just toss their merchandise around, but this Dollar General seems to have had no direction whatsoever. Some stuff wasn't even in the right section, and half their food items were out of expiration date. Gave it an extra star though because they do have some stuff that's harder to find than other dollar stores locally.

They need help in Mebane and efland and the shelf's aren't full out of stuff have to drive to further down 54 hwy not the one close the Honda plant

Convenient place too shop for something quick. I'm not really sure that their prices are great. Smaller price here usually means less quantity than normal. Buyer beware.

Great everytime the employees know my wyr old and i when we walk in its the only place i can go without having to worry how my daughter's gonna act they just understand it all im thankful to have a store down the street that cares that i can stop at daily

I don't hate Dollar General it's just most of the time it's a long line BUT then again it's all new people and it's possible that they are still learning.

Very very short staff an long line to check out due to staff shortage. Store does have alot of products as well.
