I love Stephanie and her crew! A few of them can be lazy but they all have been extremely nice to me when I’m in there. They are like my own family. As much as Stephanie stays in their dollar general should really look into appreciating her! Seems like the support stops at a store level upper management fails these employees all the time! Great job Stephanie and team!

So here goes my opinion, first of all the manager Stephanie what can I say.. I absolutely love her, she is an amazing person. the store used to be so bad to the point you could not get through any aisle from junk, trash etc.when she came in she cleaned that store up. I really enjoy conversating with her when I'm there I enjoy all the other workers too they are sweet and really kind.but Stephanie really improved that store! but there's only so much one person can do as for the outside, I have already defended her on this to customers that have complained about the trash outside and this comes from customers that have a lack of respect for anything or anyone I have literally watched a man change the oil in his car and throw the oil containers in the parking lot, they're throwing tires dirty diapers drink cans you name it it's out there because of customers and they have tried to clean it up but there's so much one person can do while working inside the store usually there's only one or two people working at a shift people were just throwing their house trash in the dumpsters people really lack self-respect anymore but as for this store it is my favorite store because of the people. Trust me when I say if you go here you will feel welcomed very much, Stephanie you rock girl!!

Absolutely ridiculous. Parking lot looks like a landfill, no exaggeration. Stood in line over 10 minutes waiting on someone to ring me up. Several people walked out that were in line when I walked in. Lady came out of the restroom and came to ring up the long line of waiting customers, and immediately got on Facebook with her phone. I told her that she could ring us up faster if she got off Facebook, and she started cussing me. I promise I will never go back.

Everyone was pleasant which was very nice, but I couldn’t help but notice how nasty the parking lot is. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned at all for months. Among other trash there was even a hypodermic needle on the ground! I fear for what could happen of a child picked that up. I hope they decide to clean soon!

It’s this AWESOME EMPLOYEE (male) that’s currently working here and he is so nice! Every time I come in here, I see him going the extra mile to help a customer. For example, I have seen him help customers struggling to carry their stuff in the store, he’ll walk with them out to their car and put there items in their car (of course after they have paid for everything)!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HE DESERVES A PAY RAISE, RECOGNITION, OR SOMETHING!!!!

Store was clean and well stocked. Better than other Dollar Generals in the area. Snack food prices are so much lower than the same items at the grocery stores! Only compliant was the long line with just one cashier. Eventually another register opened but not before I passed the point of frustration.

Easy store to get in and out of. Well stocked and clean. For a new store it is a little tight and crowded. I have found what I needed ever time I have stopped in. I think Dollar General as a company would do better if the clerks could clerk and stockers stocked, too many dual roles.

I walked in and the manager was talking to someone. He told me to go to line 1. I thought he was going to ring me up but instead he called an associate who was stocking shelves on the other end of the building. Like, Hello Dick! She's not a robot. Her magic port must have been broken that day. She had to run to the register to take care of me. It felt like I was waiting 5 minutes. Poor management on his part. He wasn't doing anything. She had a great attitude. She was lovely.

It's a place I stop by to grab a couple of needed items and is close to home. Usually the help is pleasant but on this day the young girl checking people out was too busy talking on the phone and didn't respond to our talking with her. All she would do is have her hands at all of us trying to message; hurry up, give me the money, leave, etc. I will think twice before dealing with her again.Don't want to give one start because of one person.

Love this store and their staff. The manager at this location is absolutely wonderful. She is always so friendly and helpful. They always great you with a smile and hello. Always stocked up and very clean.

The stores always closed and I'm talking 3:00 in the afternoon 8:00 at night it is never well stopped it is a mess parking lot is a wreck I ever heard the manager taking care of a customer as she was walking away stated go ahead call home office on me what are they going to do fire me and call her a dumb ..... I've also witnessed the manager portable vehicle to the side door and load merchandise into her Explorer never no product on the floor or on the shelves always out of milk need to bring Paris back and get rid of dirty Sally manager

Store was clean. This is a newer store and the aisles are wider than the older stores. The store is not as cluttered making it easier to maneuver around the store with a cart. The clerks were very pleasant.

Dollar General is my go to store. Very convenient from where I live. I love their clearance items. We have 2 stores in my home town. One of them have a 1 dollar aisle with slot of name brand items.

This Dollar General in Mebane on Hwy 70 does not care at all about reducing the spread of COVID-19. Even though they have a sign stating ‘mandatory mask to enter store’ they are doing nothing to enforce this. I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.

The store signs clearly say Monday-Friday open at 8:00 am.. it's 8:15 and the store STILL isn't open with 3 people waiting outside.

Only 1 person working on memorial day weekend. I waited in line at the only register open behind 10 other customers only to find out they were out of ice.
