I had a terrible experience. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PUPPY HERE!!!! I dropped my pup off for his first hair cut and they kept him in a kennel from 11am until closing. They did not start working on him until and hr before closing. They did a rush job and my dog looked liked a HOT MESS. It is NOT WORTH $50. (That you must pay in cash). ALSO they have these 2 loud German shepherds at the front door and it traumatized my pup so much. I will NEVER come back.BEFORE -1st picAFTER -2nd pic

My fur baby was groomed by the owner a week ago and she did an AMAZING job!!!!!! He had only been groomed 3 times by other groomers at a different company and now I have finally found someone that I’m totally satisfied with!!! She has been the only groomer to give my baby the haircut that I had asked for!!!! He has gotten several compliments…..❤️❤️❤️

Brooke is a doodle and Shepard master if I say so myself and I doggie do! She has great compassion and empathy highly recommend. It's hard to find good groomers and my experience thus far has been amazing! She's worth the wait give her a call!

They did a good job with grooming my dog but this place is very disorganized.I dropped my dog off twice at this location. The first time my dog was very matted and they did a great job of removing the Matts. On the second occasion, they could not find Mia’s information. They said they had no record of Mia being dropped off despite giving my last name. They created a new card for Mia and told me I needed to be sure to give them the same last name as if it were my fault they lost her card.I was please the second time as they did a good job with her hair cut. I paid cash and happily went home as they told me the appointment went very well. I told them I would call to schedule her a new appointment as my schedule changed often.A few months after Mia’s second appointment, I called to schedule her another appointment. The lady who answered the phone told me they could not groom my dog unless she had a sedative because she did not like the hair dryer. This was never mentioned after either appointments. And I felt blind sided that this wasn’t mentioned until I called back several months later to make an appointment. This location needs to improve both organization and communication.If they told me immediately after the visits that they had a difficult time I would not be upset. If they apologized when I called and said “I am sorry if you weren’t notified before but we had a difficult time grooming Mia and she would likely need sedation for the blow dryer” I would not be upset. But because they insisted that they told me and did not take ownership for the lapse in communication or organization o am posting this reviewAddendum to owner’s response: I am not upset that you are suggesting my dog needs a sedative. It was the manner and timing of which this news was delivered. After expressing my concern about this news being delivered 2 months later (via phone), there was no apology or empathy such as that written in your response to this review. If you were as empathetic towards me as you were in this response I would have never left this review and would have gladly scheduled a third appointment.

Took my Pitt Bull in for a full grooming. Originally my appointment was with a different groomer right down the road and the experience was so bad within just the first 5 minutes that I took my dog and left. I stopped by Doggie Do's and was able to get an appointment the next day. The experience was beyond wonderful. The Wife and husband team were so kind and gentle. They took Memphis in and automatically calmed him and I left feeling very good about the experience. They called me just a couple of hours later to pick him up and when i got there he was just walking around like he owned the place. He looked amazing and smelt so good. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have a 13 week old miniature poodle that needed to be groomed! She has so much hair she was so hot it was terrible. Poodles also need to be groomed every 6 weeks to keep them happy and healthy. No one would take my baby girl until after she had her Rabies vaccine. That wasn’t for another 4 weeks. When Sherri got back to me she not only said she would take her before her Rabies but asked if I could bring her in within the hour! You bet I did. They are so nice and friendly there. When I went to pick her up she not only looked beautiful but the groomers 13 yo son was cuddling her. He had been holding her and took her outside to let her run around. I made my standing appointment for 6 weeks from today. My puppy was happy when I picked her up! No shaking, no crying, no whining. A cute little perfectly groomed poodle puppy with her tail wagging a million miles an hour. As an extra bonus, their prices are more than reasonable especially for the service they provide!

Went here last minute and they fit me into their schedule with no problem! Dropped off and picked up my large black lab seamlessly. I did the hair treatment and they got rid of all of his shedding hair! His hair and nails were cleaned, and trimmed to perfection. They also did a gland check to make sure that nothing was wrong. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their dog groomed for a reasonable price. Great place!

Been going here since I moved to the area and couldn't be happier. They do great work, are easy to deal with and have reasonable pricing. Consistently do great work and have never had an issue. Always super friendly and easy to talk to and work with. They seem as happy to see my dogs as the dog's are to see them each time we come in. Couldn't ask for more.

Don’t let your car break down in their parking lot. Hope they treat pets better than they treat people. They called the Police Department on a friend because their car broke down and they needed a place to pull over until the tow truck got there, which was as quickly as humanly possible.

Was recommended through Mebane Facebook group so I took a chance. Our dog Minnie got a superb haircut, exactly as I described since I didn't have a picture to show how I wanted it. Definitely going back, excellent grooming! Owner was super friendly, you can tell she loves her job!

I got an earlier appt for my puppy which happened to be yesterday. I drove 20 mins away just for the salon to be closed. Never got an appointment reminder or anything but figured the salon didn’t. A relative who brings her dog here as well said she always gets them. The unprofessionalism speaks for itself.

My chihuahuas have needed nail trims since mid March. (Perhaps not essential for humans, but vital when you walk on all fours!) I haven’t found anyone in Durham or Hillsborough providing nail trims (without additional services) these days, but Sherri said, sure come on in! Very friendly & professional; provided excellent, efficient (& surprisingly affordable) service! So happy to find them! I’ll be back...I have one more at home!

The owner/ groomer was very polite! They made me comfortable with leaving my little Lennox with them. Not to mention, when I picked him up, he looked amazing! We are very pleased with how they were with our Ellie girl! She's a husky malamute so LOTS OF HAIR, and they did a fabulous job. She looks and smells great! They also get a feel for the dog, they don't just shove the dog right into the grooming experience, they take their time and do it right.

An amazing, family oriented organization!! They were so flexible with me and really took their time to explain to me what my dog needed. Sherry (Sherri?) went above and beyond for me between answering a late call and coming in a half hour earlier THE NEXT DAY on short notice due to my schedule change. I will definitely be coming back. Charlie looks wonderful, and I love seeing their family work so well together. They really made it personal and showed how much they cared not only about my dog, but me too ❤️

The owner was so sweet and professional, if I could give this establishment more than 5 stars I would have. She is the epitome of great customer service and I’m so glad I chose to take my sweet girl lily to her. My poor poodle was in dire need to be groomed. Recently moved to the area and didn’t know any where to get him taken care of.Someone told me about Doggie Doo and so I gave them a call. Sherry was wonderful, she was booked for the day but worked my poodle into her busy schedule. She did a fantastic job and I know it was a lot that needed to be done.He might not look like a show dog, but he is a lot cooler now that warm weather has arrived.Thank you for your great service and we will be coming back..

Awesome! Although it was only our 2 groom for our sweet Finnley his first didn't go good with the first place....He came home distraught ,nervous and wasn't back to normal till next day. Today we took him to Doggie Dos for the first time and I can't say enough good things !! He looked so good and was his normal self when we picked him up ..They did an awesome job and were so nice and obviously treated him well ....They will definitely be our Groomer from here out !!

My Maltese was in dire need of a grooming due to severe matting. I called Doggy Do’s and was able to get an appointment within a week!!! Due to the extent of the matting I figured she would have to be cut extremely close. Sherri called me and told me that she would have to be shaved and asked if I would be ok with that. I agreed and expected the worse as how she would look. But to my surprise, she actually looks cute.....even with hardly any hair!!!! Sherri did an AWESOME job and the entire staff were professional and very friendly!!! They definitely have our business going forward!!! I highly recommend Doggy Do’s!!! Thank you so much, Sherri!!!

This is the 2nd time we have been here. And we love them! Milo is a 7 month old small terrier and spoiled! They are so good with him, he’s a wild sweet dog but they are able to tame him and get his hair trimmed! They groom wonderfully! This is not a dog spa. Have reasonable expectations. The value and closeness is amazing! They are the best!

Sherri and family is amazing with dogs. My shepherd looks and smells great after his grooming. We took our German Shepherd there to get groomed,Sherri was there for the last 5-6visits but sold her business to Brooke a few months ago. So I checked if she could handle my dog. She said sure. When we got her home we noticed her limping so I called her the next day no answer,so the next day she was opened I got a hold of her and asked did Bella get hurt and she said she slipped a few times on the wet floir,floor, said you should invest in some rubber mats so the dogs won't slip. Now we have a 4 thousand dollar bill for surgery she will be having on the 21st of April. She never told me Bella slipped a few times so keep a check on her. Don't you think she should help me with the bill? I won't be back

Update: I've been going to Doggy Do's for months now, I absolutely love them. I have 2 dogs who are about as different as they can get, and they do such a great job with both of them. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.Doggie Do's was amazing! They let me bring my dog by early before work. They did a fantastic job on his haircut and nails! Everyone I spoke with was friendly and accommodating.
