CVS in Mebane is always a great place to get my prescription(s). The staff are courteous, helpful and the store is always clean and well stocked. Thank you for this wonderful store and the people who work there. No improvements needed.

I was extremely satisfied with my visit today at my local CVS pharmacy. I love this store/ location. Every time I’ve been to this particular pharmacy location, I’ve always been greeted with a smile, received help when needed, and have always received the best customer service! Today was no different. I needed a medication right away because I was out and it helps me to function with living my daily life with a chronic, incurable, genetic condition. I called as soon as the store opened. I was offered help to pay for my medication at a discounted rate because my insurance company was requiring yet another prior authorization. The staff member was very polite and said to go ahead and come to the store that they would work on it immediately! How is that for customers service?when I arrived my medications were ready and the lady at the drive through window was exceptionally sweet! This made my day, and I made hers! 4.75⭐️I’ve been going to this CVS for about six months now. It’s very busy and seems to be serving a large part of or community. I give them credit for friendly/helpful staff, discount help on prescriptions, and online/phone options for refills. The only reason I can’t give them 5 full stars is understaffing. Sometimes it will take up to 20 mins to pick up a prescription that is ready. They just need some extra cashiers in the pharmacy.Overall though I would recommend this CVS to family and friends.

This pharmacy is terrible. Go to pick up prescription and they say they don't have it and can't provide any answer on why or when they will. Two weeks of regular calls and not being able to get them on the phone to check back and battling customer service to get prescriptions shown on web account with no success. Finally go back and they say it's on hold and I need to talk to my doctor, not sure why it took two weeks and me chasing them down to find that out. Moving my business elsewhere.
