Was forced to take my 34 hour reset here. (For non-CDL holders that means I had to stay in my truck at this location until my 34 hour break was completed so I can get back on the road) This place doesn’t care about cleanliness whatsoever. There was poop on the bathroom floor, the lobby needed to be swept and mopped, bugs flying around, and it smelled very unpleasant. This had no change the entire time I was there, (Yes they left human waste on the bathroom floor for over 34 hours) If a heath inspector came by he/she would instantly shut this place down. All the staff I encountered seemed like they hated their lives, one was even behind the counter in his PJs. Truck lot was fine but would definitely recommend using extra security when sleeping at night. This place has potential to be a good location but definitely needs some work, especially cleaning, food was ok but I hope I never get stuck here again.

The people were friendly there are no complaints there. But my major complaint is the food and its quality. My burger looked as if it was half dead and had been prepared by someone that didn’t really care about the quality of the food or is presentation. My lettuce looked old. Something that really bothers me is a cold burger and this burger was cold. When you get a burger you expect melted cheese and hot meat. I really wish this Hardee’s would step its game up. I work down the road from it and it would be a blessing if they offered quality food. (Milkshake machine wasn’t working either). The interior is in dire need of an upgrade.

So it’s been a month and the milkshake machine is still down, really? I go to Hardee’s for the full experience. 2nd, I ordered a BLT with American cheese. I got Swiss cheese on my burger, the chicken patty was in all actuality 2 inches in diameter. Pl ease I amBegging whoever owns this franchise to seriously look into getting their employees to have some integrity or motivation to care about what they’re making. It’s unacceptable and I can’t keep going.

If you’re a truck driver, don’t park here unless you want to be woken up at 1am to people banging on the doors and sleeper only to ask you for money.

The folks that work at this Hardee's location are always very welcoming. My favorite meal to go eat is always breakfast. The biscuits are really good. Jelly and the new honey busquits are the best to me. I also love breakfast the best because that's when the coffee is fresh. I think they should have fresh coffee all the time. Keep up the good work.

Found this Hardee’s on our way home from a family trip and we were all starving so we stopped in. Service was great and the food was delicious, especially the fries. Not a lot of customers were there but it was after the usual dinner time for most people. The dining area could have used a good clean, but I’ve definitely seen worse. Women’s restroom needed some major help. One door didn’t even have a latch on it and the other door barely latched. What got me was I had my kid with me and on the back of the toilet was a baggie with what appeared to be a substance in it, almost positive it was drugs. Before I could alert someone a woman came in to “use the restroom” and undoubtedly took the bag with her because it was gone when she came out of the stall. I know that Hardee’s isn’t to blame for that but just a heads up for anyone stopping in. Definitely check before your child uses the stalls.

The girls working there were pretty cute & friendly. I would've applied if I didn't live 3 hours away. The burger was good. The fries were warm, salted, and cooked well.The men's restroom left a lot to be desired though..

I order a cheeseburger to takeaway .. when i have arrived home . I seen a bacon on it ..That no problem at all because To err is humanThe problem when i called the restaurant to complain that woman at the customer service she hanged up the phone two time while am taking and in the last call she was laughing for my accent and that so disrespectfullllllllllll

The place is dirty, the ladies restroom is filthy, the soap container is empty, and the paper towel roll is sitting precariously on top of the dispenser. There are so many flies inside. Yuck.

Recently just stopped by for breakfast on a road trip. I was pretty friendly, but was met by a very bitter staff. When I received my order, part of it was missing because the manager for the morning Friday shift forced it onto another confused customer. This wasn’t the only incident, because when I checked my food, they forgot 2 tenders in my 10 chicken tenders meal. The food itself wasn’t horrible, but the staff could learn some basic customer service.

Husband ate here while traveling for work. Ordered a combo and they didnt give him his cup then gave him the smallest cup they have. Would be nice not filling it up 16 times just to eat.
