People work there are friendly store clean. The only issue i have is masks when Assistant Manager or whomever in charge when they come from behind that counter and walk around have on a Mask she didn't. The worst customer service! I understand that there is a receipt policy, but when you purchase something you don’t expect to have return and the receipt gets thrown away then those rules should not apply. I purchased a relaxer from there and the relaxer had a very milky consistency. I called the store to see if I could still return it, as I did not have my receipt, but I had the milky relaxer and just wanted to do an exchange. The manager refused to let me do an exchange and suggested I purchase a new one. I will now be taking my business to Dollar General!

I love family dollar, with everything that is going on with the virus, there's not much stock, like bathroom tissue, and some other things, but that's to be understood . Family dollar is my store. It's far better than dollar general and in my opinion better prices for nane brand items such as cleaning supplies are better than Walmart.

A good selection of anything from automotive maintenance needs, baby items, fresh and frozen foods, a good selection of all size clothing and shoes, home accessories, laundry items, and storage containers. Plus health & beauty aids, party supplies and miscellaneous decorations for the seasons.

Terrible wait time with only one cashier. Went to Dollar General and got the same product for the same price and didn’t even have to worry about a wait time. Very sad.

This is the worst store ever in maxton. Mangement is horrible, very unprofessional and rude. Their customer service skills have walked out the door, please send some staff quickly that exemplifies excellent customer service, honesty, and a friendly atmosphere. Please send help!!!!
