Wow! My family was traveling from out of town and Cox Automotive saved us! We had a flat tire and no place was open to help. They were so kind to change our tire and we were able to continue on our journey without waiting for hours for a tow. This business has excellent customer service and went out of their way to help us. They are trustworthy, professional and kind. I would highly recommend this business. Thank you, Cox Automotive!

The owner, Kelvin, and one of the drivers, Chris, are men of God, and I pray for continued peace, protection, and prosperity over their lives, the company, and the trails and roads that they will travel. Cox Automotive is hands down best place ever. It was my first time going there last week from Fayetteville NC. As I arrived I was welcomed by friendly staff. As to my surprise the staff even had a mechanic pull my parts from the car. I highly recommend this place for your car parts needs. I have to tell you I was very pleased with the price of my transmission and how quick it was shipped. Then after it was in for about 4-5 weeks it went bad. Knowing how long of a process I figured this would be to get a refund I was extremely skeptical and just knew this was not gonna be good. Imagine my surprise when I spoke with the owner I had my refund in 3 days with absolutely no issue. That is unheard of in today’s world. Thank you Cox!!

Just left Cox’s with the parts I needed needed to finish fixing my car. Let me say that this was my first experience with buying auto parts and I’m glad it was here. Great people who work in this shop and who look to please their customers.Their prices are extremely affordable and they don’t look to squeeze you for every penny!!!!For those saying they rushed you off the phone AFTER they told you they don’t have the part...Trust me! These guys are busy!! Answering thousands of phone calls a day. Do you think they have time to chit chat about parts they don’t have?I 100% recommend this place!!!

My family was about half way into our trip to the beach when the drive shaft fell out from under my diesel truck while towing my 26ft camper. The state trooper that came to block traffic suggested Coxs to me after we were quoted a 2 hr wait from my insurance towing company. Luckily enough, they were willing to let Cox's take care of us who was quoting about 25 minutes. I was pretty concerned about finding someone competent and skilled enough to handle my rig but these guys blew me out of the water. We were expecting to need 2 trucks to haul the truck and camper.. not Cox's! They came out and were able to do it in one shot. Almost 20k lbs of equipment was safely transported 100 miles with no problems. What really impressed me was the driver's ability to do a u turn with the rig and made it look easy. The 3 guys that we dealt with were very professional, and polite and you could tell they took pride in their work. They spent almost 45 minutes making sure the rig was hooked up and seated just right to ensure my girl and her trailer got to where we needed to go without any more problems. Once we got to our campground, the driver expertly maneuvered the camper into the spot, then assisted in taking the truck to another spot as requested by the campground management.We make this trip regularly and I know I'll be calling them again if I ever need help. Its too bad they aren't located closer to my house!

This was the only shop that carried the part i needed. Others were hundreds of miles away. I made the hour long trip to go see these guys and was not disappointed. The product I bought was in fantastic shape and the price was unbelievably low compared to other shops. The staff was super friendly and made me feel welcomed instantly and even brought the part to my car for me in a matter of minutes! They have my business for life. Thanks guys!!

Who ever knew that you could still find such a stellar establishment with genuinely kind employees in 2020? From my first phone call, the staff handled me with such care and actually talked with me about my vehicle issues.I didnt get the part right away, but as promised, it was awaiting to be picked up. Believe it or not,they even helped me locate a mechanic,that wouldn't charge an arm and a leg also.The service is spectacular!If they dont have it,they will get it for you. From my experience,the owner has built this business on integrity and it sure does show!THANK YOU!

Cox Automotive has extremely excellent customer service. My husband had a tire blow out and the rim needed to be replace. We live in Florence, SC and I called around to our local salvage yards and got in touch with Turner's Auto Sales. The kind gentleman I spoke with conducted a search to find the rim we needed near our area. He found one located at Cox Automotive and even gave me a number to reach them. He told me to ask to speak with Justin. Justin was extremely helpful and had the rim in stock, so my husband headed to Maxton, NC to pick the rim up. With all this being said, thank you Justin and Cox Automotive for being so kind and helpful. Your time and exceptional customer service was greatly appreciated!

First things first... Anyone who would leave this business unhappy for any reason or leave a bad review forgot to take their meds! Or you’ve just got to be having a horrible day. Anyhow, we were on our way out of Charlotte after purchasing a VW bus and headed back to SC. My nephew had been searching everywhere for a passenger fender for his escalade so he’d decided to search the old inter web and ran across Cox Automotive. He called and asked them if they’d hold it and we would swing in and grab it on our way through. When we arrived there 10 minutes before they close. Without any hesitation, they sent the guys to pull the fender. As we were waiting on the part to be pulled, we were greeted by the owner Mr. Cox and he treated us like we were family. It doesn’t get any better than the way we were treated so if you had a bad experience, Please give them another shot. Everyone has an off day.

Cox Automotive and towing deserves 1000 Stars!!!!! We were broke down on I-95N and they were there for us when we needed help the most! They took excellent care of our motor home when towing it and made sure they did it right not to damage it in any way! They were quick to respond and could have taken advantage. Very reasonably priced parts. My first experience was pleasant and the staff were all very friendly. I've never seen a salvage yard as clean and we'll organized. I seen a review about needing a 4x4 to get on the lot but I can say that while I was on the lot they had an employee on a motor grader leveling the roads between the cars. I've never heard of anything like that and most places I would be scared to drive a decent vehicle. That's not the case here. The only thing I would change about this crowd is they need to be converted to ford lovers lol.

Fate landed us literally across the street from his business with a car full of kids and everything you need at the beach. Our tire was going flat and it blew out right there! He was so kind! He and his wife were dressed up getting ready to leave but he took the time to help us replace the tire because the spare was locked up under the car and we couldn't get it out. He truly went out of his way and they were both the best folks you could meet! We could not thank them enough!

I've used it place several times. There were times when the part I needed was not a big deal and Kevin gave it to me. The last part I needed was a starter and because of my inconvenience he gave it to me. So I have nothing bad to say about them. The staff has always been friendly and courteous to me and others while I was there.

Great experience!! These guys had a hard to find part for my pontiac solstice. I showed up and 3 guys were happy to help and point me in the direction of the car. Then when I was done, the owner said I could have the part. Didn't charge me a dime. I'm from indiana and I WISH yards like this were in my neighborhood! I would do business with these guys any day.
