Very nice store. It was very clean and maintained. A very nice wine selection. They have free cookies for kids, nice touch. There is a Starbucks in the store so you can have a coffee drink coming or going.

Great store and wonderful produce! Everyone is really friendly here also. I love it compared to the smaller Harris Teeter in Wesley Chapel, more variety.

I called in because I’m running late to host an open house and needed to know if they had red balloons- Carole from the Floral department answered and not only said yes they had them but went as far to offer to blow up the best ones for the occasion so they’d be ready when I arrived! Loved it the employees are very outgoing an polite an willing to help you!!! I think its one of the best grocery store I've ever been too. I wish we had a store like this in Pa. They have quality food meats an employees!!!! HR knows the right people to hire!!! I will be back next time we visit!

This is a good Harris teeter with lots of options for food and beverages. They also have very good fresh produce!

I ve never met such a disgusting service as in this location. Cashiers are complete zombies, not greeting you, not answering the questions, zero communication skills. The Starbuck girl (Kristina-the name on the tag) talking to people without any etiquette. I ve been there several times, last time, ( April 01/23 @ 5:39p.m) and it was complete disadvantage, not even employees behind the counters.

This store is really good! I love how Megan and Aaron helped me with checking out my items and also had the most welcoming attitudes ever! They were so patient and understanding with the amount of stuff that I had gotten! Shout out to these amazing people keep up the good work!

This store was very clean. I had several employees offer to help me. All the shelves were well stocked. They have a nice deli with many meats and cheeses. Great sushi. Highly recommend this store.

Harris Teeter, mother of all grocery stores in the area. We like them because they usually have what we need, but convenience comes at a price. Teeter is a bit more expensive that other stores in the area. Selection is generally very good. Butcher departments are very good at the bigger stores. Pharmacy needs can also be met here...

My grocery store of choice since the late 90s!! I remember going to the grand opening in Matthews as a teen and ended up working there in high school and college. The best quality in produce and meats.

This is a great "neighborhood-sized" Harris Teeter, which is perfect if you're not a fan of a huge supermarket. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they always have a nice selection of grocery items. Employees who remember who you are and go out of their way to say hello is its very best feature!

On the multiple occasions I have stopped here, I was unable to find what I was looking for because they didn't stock the item at this location. Very frustrating. Just today I went to use an e-VIC special I received in my e-mail overnight, showed up when the store opened and before work knowing these go quick, and lo and behold they don't even stock that item at this location ><3 stars because the things they do stock are usually of acceptable quality so I can't get too upset.

Nice, expensive. My kids love Harry at the front. We come new literally for them to ride him every once in a while. It costs 1 cent. The song is burned in my brain... "Harris Teeter is the next there is far and wide..." the staff are always super helpful and nice.

Melissa in the bakery was great! She made some donuts earlier than usual to help me bring to my son for his bday this morning before he wakes up. I had a horrible experience yesterday at FedEx and wonderful one here at HT today! Thanks, Melissa. Give her a raise!

Usually The team is nice and friendly. But each time I deal with Mike at Deli he always have an attitude. I had issues with him in the past but I let it slide probably bad day. But turns out he’s just an A-hole.

Worst produce I've ever bought in a grocery store. Everything seems hours away from rotting. I bought 3 peaches. The 2 I cut to eat the day after buying them were gross and mushy inside. The 3rd one was moldy 2 days after buying it. The woman in line next to me ended up handing her cucumbers back to the cashier because they were so gross. She said she tried to pick the good ones but they were all pretty bad and she changed her mind about even buying "the good ones" I did self checkout and every 4th or 5th item it would call for help for no reason. There was only one cashier working and she was also the one in charge of self checkout so it took me about 20 minutes to check out since she was busy helping other people and couldn't just jump off the register to help me 100 times. It was ridiculous. They need more workers, they need to fix the self checkout so it doesnt keep freezing up and calling for help and they need to monitor their produce section better. I just moved here and definitely wont be shopping this store again, might not even shop harris teeter again. Will need to check out the other ones near me. The ones I used in Charleston were great but this one was terrible! Might have to start using food lion...

This store is one of the biggest Harris Teeter stores around. They often have a wider selection of flavors within a brand because they have more shelf space.The associates are friendly and helpful.

There was only 1 associate in the deli. My daughter and I waited for him to finishes with his customer so we could order a sub. As soon as he was fished he just turned around and started cleaning not even looking to see if there was anyone else standing there. Never once we're we greeted. My daughter was even like maybe of we make noise he will turn around she's only 6 and knew this wasn't good service. She ordered her sub, but want I wanted wasn't available because they were out.. of the sub of the day..

There's a Harris Teeter on almost every corner in Charlotte - this one's on mine! It's a bit smaller store than some, but I like that. Makes is easy and manageable to find what I need. And remember - always make friends with your Butcher!

Got a prime rib roast. It was probably the best piece of meat that I've ever had! AMAZING!!The people that work there are so helpful and genuinely nice. Love the place!
