This review is regarding Anna Perez's comment. I was the customer in line at JL Elite Feed & Seed while your call came through. I could hear you yelling through the phone and being rude to owner of the store all over poultry feed. I can't believe how disgusting your attitude is and then you want to leave a bad review. I don't know what business you own but I would not want to do business with someone that acts like you did.

Was looking to support a local business to start purchasing our feed so Kalmbach had also given us their information as a distributor. We called and specifically asked for Kalmbach chickhouse reserve and the individual that answered didn’t listen to what we asked since she kept speaking about henhouse reserve. TWO TOTALLY DIFFERENT FEEDS. She wasn’t listening to the questions we were asking, gave us the runaround regarding how terrible Kalmbach is with their independent distributors and couldn’t just tell us wether or not they have the feed. She proceeded to then ask us if we’re feeding layers which again, we implied that we are looking for just chickhouse reserve but because she wasn’t listening to the same question we asked 4 times prior, she got nasty and never answered our question. Despite asking several times nicely, it’s just flat frustrating to have to ask an adult much less the “owner” the same question four times. Answering the most simplistic question of whether or not you carry a specific feed proved difficult. I’m glad I didn’t make the drive since a simple phone call was sufficient enough to deter us from shopping here. As a business owner myself, I could not imagine not knowing if I carried a specific product and it wouldn’t be difficult to relay that to any customer versus discussing something they did not ask for. Maybe she felt that complaining about the manufacturer was more important than confirming whether or not they had the specific product we asked for more than four times on one call. I felt more like a therapist than a consumer. After reading about their recent hardship and lack of business, I really wanted to purchase local but I won’t do it here.
