LEARN TO PRIORITIZE YOUR CUSTOMERS?- Need more in store help (Lines Long)- Pickup is more important than in store- Not the nicest employees in the world, a smile wouldn’t kill em.Never should someone in store be waiting for anything when there’s employees working on pickup orders for later.Is it that hard to provide good customer service? Stopped by to just pick up a few things & just needed some cash back. The chick at the register couldn’t get it to work for whatever reason (she didn’t know what she was doing) & this is after waiting in line for 3-4 people) so she refers me to customer service.I go over to customer service to stand for another 15 mins while two employees work on one pickup order behind me. Standing there staring at me like I’m not in need of help and the manager lollygagging around with buggies in the front of the store. So I’m just glad to know that you prioritize your customers that don’t come into the store over your in store customers.Keep in mind I stop at this store at least 4 times out of the week on the way home from work. They need to hire more help or something because the lines are ridiculous as well.

Mvp price was 5for$5 sm.lemon pies.At the checkout ea.pie was $1.29 So that made the price be for $6.45for 5 pies.when purchasing the same item on mvp only one item will get the Mvp discount

My go to place. Love the home town store. Great deals every week especially on sodas. Friendly manager and staff.The store manager, Chris, cares about his customers and always goes the extra mile.Quality is in this store.

I love Food Lion Marshville, Nc. They always have good deals. It is a nice environment, and have good season's decorations. Their mum's plants are very pretty.

It's twice as Nice friendly the employees are friendly I loved the environment it was nice and clean and everyone helped as much as they could if you needed it it was wonderful and I love the lady Miss Griffin and his at the deli and bakery she did a great job on our platters that we had ordered

Poor customer service. My mother cut her arm IN THIS STORE and asked deli, customer service, and cashiers for a bandaid and they didn’t have one and wouldn’t go get her one. My mother has lupus and cut her arm on a box in the egg section with bacteria and nobody wanted to stop their conversations to help her. First aid is required in deli, but nobody had any. First aid is required in the office, but nobody had any. First aid is required in the store, but nobody had any and refused to go on an aisle and get a bandaid, they gave my 54 year old mother paper towels. Don’t treat somebody like they're a Karen when you forget to use compassion and common decency as a person. Bloods probably still on the eggs because nobody bothered to check the place that cut her. I give strangers bandaids from my purse any time someone needs it. How dare you see someone bleeding and not feel compelled to give a bandage - any of them customers and employees. Do better people. Have compassion and kindness in your heart.

It's an okay place to stop. If you aren't from the area you may miss it because it sits off the road a little. It's organized slightly different than the food lions I've been too. I only go to this one when I don't feel like going to my regular one. The shopping center it's located in seems to be slightly in need of a little pick me up. The area doesn't seem to be the best.

I love Foodlion!! I’ve shopped there almost every day for two years and they have the most helpful staff!! The weekly specials and sales are always on point every week and there is always something I want and need on sale!!

I would have to say that 95% of the time employees at the store are busy and pleasant and generous of spirit... The quality of the items in their store are not always at the top of the list because we have some young teenagers who do not know what fifo is... To the degree that I asked the person why they were not using the "first in first out" rule??? He said that their company doesn't require... This is a bold-faced lie. He needs RETRAINING.... DO I HAVE TO CHECK THE DATES ON EVERYTHING I PICK UP IN YOUR STORE??? YES!!! Sadly, these teenagers are getting paid to NOT check dates...OMG .... Prices are not always correct to the ad paper in their computer.... Two employees that can be called out in a good way are... Miss Erika, Miss Heather... Oops I forgot Miss Laura in the deli !!! I would love to see these individuals promoted & TRAINING others. My simple observation.Carry ON😊😎👍 😇💕🐸

Awesome experience! The store was humming with shoppers and fully stocked. My produce selections were fresh and competitively priced. Employees were sanitizing all areas. Any everybody was adhering to safety recommendations. And outstanding customer service to top it off. #FoodLionConsistent and courteous staff and great shopping experience!

Always a pleasure shopping here! The staff is always friendly and the store is very clean. If I'm unable to find what I'm looking for, there's always a suitable substitute. I especially appreciate the flowers that are sold in the Spring. They're always healthy and reasonably priced. That's such a nice convenience.

Always out of everything never seems to be fully stocked. Some of the staff is extremely rude. I'd rather go 10 more minutes down the road to Wingate and have a much better experience where the shelves are stocked and the employees are extremely nice and courteous.

The staff is friendly. But like most Food Lions now it is hit or miss to having what you want. It is a clean and well kept.The bathroom are also clean and you do not have to ask for a key to get in.What bugs me is I go to 3 different stores in this chain and each are arranged differently. So if you are used to one do not expect this one to be the same.

Nicest staff of any grocery store I have ever frequented. I am new to Marshville, and these folks are awesome. I called to ask about ordering a specific item, and the manager called me back within five minutes to let me kno they had it in stock! Thank you to this sweet team of people for always being so friendly and thoughtful!

My family and I quit going to this Food Lion. I mean, we can put up with the rude staff (last time I went the cashier didn't even speak or look at me!) But what we couldn't put up with was unknowingly buying rotten meat & other items that expired MONTHS ago. This is unacceptable, we shouldn't have to check every item on the shelf to see if it's expired. We wasted so much money going to this store.

Shelves were stocked a little better in Marshville than Oakboro today. Stouffers Dinners were on sale for $6.99. The regular price now is $8.99. The sales price was the same as the regular price used to be... Imagine that!!?! Still the help is very 👍 nice and I found most off what I went for.

Always good to go to Marshville Food Lion. Got what I needed, cashier was very courteous and smiling. It was raining so hard, I forgot my MVP card and just took in cash. She knew me and allowed me to use the house card so I did not have to go back out in the pouring rain. What a wonderful lady.

The store has been renovated and has better specialty selections for each food category than before. Added a handful of craft brews too. I think the selection is more than reasonable.

Ah, the Marshville Food Lion... there is no other like it!Actually there are a LOT of Food Lions around here, and this one is very much like all the others. This is a good thing, because their service is pretty good, prices are reasonable, and staff is friendly. It does make my job harder, because I end up writing the same review on a hundred Food Lions (I work on a renovation crew). So, if you need groceries in Marshville, it's a good choice.
