Fresh V/GF deliciousness. I had the Mediterranean salad with added local sauerkraut and tempeh and a piece of blueberry cheesecake to go. The view from the cafe isn’t bad at all…🥑🌿❤️

First time in today. Large selection of any and all bulk items you might need! Plus many other locally sourced meat, drinks, handmade items, soaps and other random household items. My husband was happy to find frozen raw liver and I was happy to get new herbs to brew cold beverages for the summer.Everything is self serve. They have small brown paper bags for packaging.•I’d recommend bringing your own containers or bags.I appreciate the esthetic layout and welcoming atmosphere!Highly recommend!

The Wild Violet is absolutely beautiful. Michelle the owner is fabulous and always so sweet. It's nice to get that local feel again. Everything they carry is so good and amazing. We can't wait to try all the local homegrown items they have. The cafe is delicious, we had the Mediterranean salad and by far have the best chickpeas I've ever tasted. The smoothie cafe is also so delicious. If your a fan of iced chai then I recommend this place. There chai is one of my top favorites.

This place is awesome! Bulk spices are fresh and very reasonably priced. Coffee beans are my new favorite. Small local roaster does an excellent job and a pound of coffee is 16 ounces, not 12 like many places. You need to come check this place out!

Great selection of bulk foods and herbs. Lots of organic and local options. You can bring your own jars/containers to refill (zero waste!) Delicious meals, smoothies, and desserts in the cafe upstairs, too. Great, friendly service from a family-owned business! So glad this exists in Mars Hill!

THE most helpful and friendly staff. Amazing assortment of local market collections and organic bulk food. Skip Ingles down the road and treat yourself right by heading here for essentials. Bring your own glass containers is my favorite.The upstairs cafe is DELICIOUS with the most peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. Top choice in Mars Hill to catch up with a friend or when I’m in need of focus.

I love this place! Great selection of bulk items and eco-friendly home goods. We had our first bliss bowls from the cafe upstairs. They were so yummy and healthy! The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

I love this place! great selection of herbs and spices and all pantry needs in bulk (I love that I can bring my own jars), I always find what I need and new things to explore. Staff is so kind and helpful, really good smoothies and healthy foods. I’m so glad they are in Mars Hill.

I grabbed a delicious bliss bowl for lunch upstairs! The perfect grab & go meal. Lots of space for seating upstairs, and I'll be back to try some of their teas.Their market downstairs is super cute. Has great eco-friendly reusable items like reusable paper towels, napkins, sponges, etc.. I'd like to try out the compostable garbage bags next time I need more!There are some food items for sale as well like honey, spices, rice, pasta, pickled veggies, and more! Excited to come back to try some more things out!

What an amazing surprise! They have every spice, herb, bean, nut or grain you can imagine! So many organic and gluten free options as well. Sold by weight so you can buy as little (to experiment) or as much as you want. Reasonably priced too!!!

I LOVE this place! It feels like what food co-ops used to be, and the owner is a herbalist with a great variety of teas, herbs and local foods. Also the restaurant is amazing! The food is healthy and nourishing and their soups are homemade. Cannot recommend this place enough!
