Express?!? Are you kidding me?! I called at 5pm to find out if they sell paint. He says, "yeah, no problem." I get there a half hour later, 3 employees are standing there and i ask about getting a paint matched. The woman shrugs her shoulders and says, "no ones here who can do that." No apology. No "sorry bout that", no explanation for why I wasnt warned on the phone... just rude uninterested employees annoyed with a customer on a Thursday evening.What a hole!

Mars Hill Hardware has a little bit of everything. Don't waste your time going all the way to Lowe's to get any small tool or item, odds are they have it here for the same or less expensive.

Excellent customer service here! Went in for some plumbing fixtures for a DIY fix, Ronnie (owner?) was super helpful, led me to exactly what I needed, explained how to install the item, saved me from having to call a plumber. Go here and get that one on one service you don’t always get at the big box store

We had our kitchen cabinets ordered and installed through Terry Clouse, who was very helpful throughout the entire process. The folks who installed the cabinets went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right; from cabinet and hardware installation, to moving electrical components where they needed to go, and working out the plumbing (including an unexpected issue that arised), they handled it all. Couldn't be happier with the results!

Always prompt, helpful,and friendly service and usually have what I want. If not they can usually have it in a few days. Grill cylinder fills are reasonably priced compared to exchange.
