This place has everything you could want- beer, alcohol, a fresh sub making location, a buffet, and a Starbucks. In addition to all the normal amenities of a standard grocery store.And it’s huge.Unfortunately I had a bad experience and will be choosing not to return.

I have shopped here for years. Until recently, the customer service was an asset. For the last few months, no matter what time of the day or which day, there are no baggers at any line. Today, I was asked, "Paper or plastic?" A bit amusing since I bagged my own groceries. There are employees walking around and nobody calling for bagging assistance. This communication/management issue needs to be resolved.

Holy hell these stores are THE worst! The, prices are insanely high! Makes me wonder if they even sell anything or if it all goes into the dumpster when it's out of date!? Check out they're SALE price on a danish! Ridiculous!It's time for a #boycott!#timesupingles

Good selection of food items and sections devoted to gourmet items. Only negative is that some of the produce has been frozen before setting out... ex. strawberries only lasted a day. However it's still a great store with friendly staff.

Great staff. Clean place. Bonus points for having actual usable toilet paper in the bathroom, unlike other places, giving you thin sandpaper. Pharmacy staff is amazing as well

Local staff work well together. Have been going there for awhile. Have never had a problem. Deli is good. Recomend the fried chicken. Beer selection is quite large too.

This grocery store is soooo good. It rivals Whole Foods. They use Boars Head for their deli. A huge, clean grocery store serving hot food as well as about anything you can think of, sans alcohol.

The employees at this Ingles are amazing. We had 2 employees ask if we needed help finding anything. We live in Burnsville and are more than happy to drive to this establishment to shop.

My only complaint is that I wish the cold items were all in one section at one end of the store versus all along the perimeter. My cold/perishables are getting warm while I shop for bread. Otherwise this store is convenient and well-stocked. I can almost always find a rotisserie chicken, the produce is good and I can browse new or different products throughout the store. It is a little difficult to find health and beauty products (i.e. aspirin and Pantene shampoo) because they're located at the end of aisles I don't usually need like paper products. Oh, Cheetos were on an end-cap instead of with the rest of the snacks--that was a little annoying. Checking out is usually a breeze and people are helpful when you stop to ask.

Good grocery store could have better selection and better prices gas is cheap but burns fast and by working in a garage around the area iv noticed that the vehicles that use there gas since Thay started selling gas years ago such as police and other county vehicles have had problems with fuel pumps going out and other small but costly problems

Ingles stores are beautiful. Wide aisles, clean floors, great selection of items and all the cashiers are friendly and efficient.
