This place was hard to find on gps but well worth the stop. They was very friendly and they was very honest. Great prices and large selection of pet products for a small store. All the animals looked healthy and we got 5mice! They had the cutest hairless rats and we will be back soon!

This is the best pist shop I've ever been too. They are super nice and easy to talk too. Very knowledgable about the pets.They have some of their own pets at the store, so it feels like your a guest not a customer.

I love this place! Really cool animals on display, great prices, the staff is awesome and very knowledgeable about all animals! They can also get speciality pets if you want them which is awesome and hand raise their babies. Cages are clean and animals are well cared for. Stop in and look around!

Matt and Deb are friendly, honest and down to earth people. They make me and my family feel right at home. We enjoy shopping there, we even just stop in to say hello and see what neat pets they have gotten sense the last time we were in.

My daughters hampster died so we went to get a new one. The girl we talked to was very helpful with picking out one that would be good for my 6 year old. Every time we have been in there they are very friendly and helpful but not pushy. You can tell they truly care about the pets and are not trying to just make a dollar.

I’ve been going to this pet store since they opened basically and every time I go I am welcomed and treated very nice. The animals are very well cared for and the employees know their stuff. I DEFINITELY recommend this place!!

Wonderful place where pets are truly loved! Family owned! I will go here for all my pet needs from here on! Super helpful service and very experienced with all sorts of critters! Everything from birds to hermit crabs! My daughter and I loved this place!

Tri- cities pets is a great place to buy any pet supplies or pets such as fish and so on there prices are just as low as wal mart and pet smart and what makes it better than either one of those places is they take the time with each customer to explain things to them very good place to do business u are more than a customer there

This is a poor place to go u go in and almost everything in the store is not forsale......don't wast your time on this place...
