I am new to the area. I was looking for a pet store when I googled this store popped up after I had already dialed the phone. I realized it was a pet store. The girl that answered the phone I’m not for sure about her name, but she was the sweetest kindest person, she took time to tell this old person there was a Petsmart or something similar in Morganton. I should have gotten her name she gave me her name but I just when you get old you forget point then she was so polite to me and so kind if I could give this girl a raise , I would do it right now it might help to know it was Saturday, 3 February at 2:48 PM that hoping someone can figure out who she was and Par her on the back again wonderful outstanding service

A go-to for so many useful items. This trip was for a belt for a riding mower. The first belt did not work, and the exchange was smooth. Clerks were extremely helpful and friendly. When in the store, I always do a "walk through" and, of course purchase additional needed supplies.

Very rude customer service. Ask the sales associate for a little help. And she had said the destructions is supposed to be on it real nasty like. Didn't want to help me at all.

Tractor Supply is a great store to get anything for a normal home owner to a seasoned farmer. I enjoy doing all my shopping there when at all possible.

This place is nice, clean, well stocked. I rated low because the prices have jumped a great deal in the past few weeks. I think some is corporate greed. Corn and Chicken feed prices sent us to Walmart & I don't prefer to support Wally-world, but man's on a budget.

Went to buy feed at tractor supply yesterday. Always get price matching but today the girl said I had to have the exact same brand in order for them to price match it. I been buying the same feed and brand for over a year without any questions but she said they have quit that for over a month now, but that’s not so because I bought same feed there last week and they price matched it. And I buy a lot of feed each week. Won’t be buying it anymore there. That’s my last trip to tractor supply.

Marion nc tractor supply is awesome, Lauren is the best manager, whatever they are paying her isn't enough, she wakes up in the mornings and pisses excellence! The crew she has is very helpful as well. Price matching is great and keeps me buying feed there regularly!

Can’t get anyone to help with even the most simple of tasks. Went in today to get propane. Ask clerk for help, sends me out to side lot, wait 10 minutes, go back in and ask a second time for help. The response? “Oh they’re out there. They’ll help you.” Go back out and they are attending to people who arrived 5 minutes after I did. Guy literally points at me and goes back to not helping. If you need anything that requires an employee I would head elsewhere.I went to Dove’s Fresh Market. Propane was a little more expensive but I was in and out in 2 minutes with two tanks.

Friendly staff; we were cheerfully greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Store is well-stocked and is organized well so items are easy to find. Easy-to-read signs indicate what is where. If you need help with anything, finding someone to help isn't an issue.

This place has some stuff but is over priced on just about everything they have ....and the neighbors club is a joke ...basicly you spend $1000 and you can get a free hat or maybe a dog treat....smh I wouldn't waste my time, unless you make them price match everything and then you have to make sure they actually match the price and not just put something in there just so they don't have to look it up. And what ever you do don't buy chickens from here as these people mix them up and can't tell you anything about what your buying....has happened to me 4 different times....so no longer buy chicken's from this location.

Thank you for young generation staff because your older cashier has no work ethic, unfriendly and rude. It wasn’t like we were spending $20 we were spending over $225. So thank you Kayla for helping us find the other sale items at another store that had the merchandise, I’m sorry your coworker that is 40+ puts all the work on you.

I went in to the store on September 28th and ordered and paid for two 40lbs bags of nut coal... When my coal came in they sold it along with a whole pallet to someone else... They never called me to let me know it was there... When I went in to find out if they had it... They let me know that they had sold my coal!!!! Since then no one has called me to let me know when I will be getting my coal!!! I am beyond mad at this point!!! I just want my coal that I paid for!!!! After this I will never do business with them again!!!

Purchased three or four bags of supplies on Thursday April 9,2020,during all the hurry in and out I left one bag,so I live about 25 miles away,I called the store the next day, the manager said they had already restocked it,so he pulled what I had left and held it for me to pick up, guy's name was Jason ,very helpful,thanks

Store out of a lot of stuff - most likely not their fault but they need to price items like large bags of dog food - would kinda like to have an idea of the cost before making the decision.

I have been greated with a "Hello", each time Ive entered this store. Somedays are better than others in my ability to walk around so convience of order and pay online then pu in store is wonderful.

My latches on my toolbox broke and they helped me by ordering a set no charge and the latches took about 6months and there was still problems so they gave me a new truck toolbox beyond happy with the support I hated to wait but it was worth it in the long run.

Great store for my pets! I buy all of my indoor and outdoor animal supplies here. Also a great place to grab tools and repair items and low prices but good quality.
