This is the coolest hardware store. I love the old shelving that goes to the ceiling in this tall ceiling old building and then it has a ladder on a slide rail to access them. There are also many antiques on the walls on display throughout the store. The employees are very helpful. I really didn't need much today but I did buy some electric tape and flew medicine for the dogs. This shop is worth a stop just to look around but you may find something you need anyways.

The employees at Piedmont Hardware are very knowledgeable when it comes to materials needed for individual projects and they are always very nice and helpful. Their products are a little on the pricey side but they usually have whatever it is you may need. I would recommend them to others.

Well I thought this would be the place I would be coming to since we moved to Maiden. I visited last week with my grandson. He asked to use the bathroom and was told no. YOU GUYS REFUSED TO LET AN 8 YEAR OLD CHILD USE YOUR RESTROOM?? I'd drive half an hour so that I could go to a hardware store that treats customers right.

This hardware store has been around for a very long time. It still has that old hardware store feel and smell. They also have speciality items you won't find it anywhere else. Be sure to visit this store anytime you're in Maiden N.C. The owner and the staff are great.

Good prices. Great Service 👍! we have actually moved to Hickory but I had to make a stop in Lincolnton and I came back through Maiden to get some keys made just to see Sam and the guys!

Piedmont hardware and maiden.North Carolina is an old old country store only one we got in maiden I like the people that works there I don't have to deal with the people in the traffic and I can get things quicker and faster there because they take time to wait on you help you friendly atmosphere. Very old original store dates way back. My grandmother was born in 1929 and it was there then. Family owned and operated. Everyone there is very helpful.
