Great vet. Friendly staff. Best vet in the area. I have brought several pets here over last 10 years. Other members of my family do as well including my grandparents who have used them for a long time. Good location and easy to get in and out of parking lot. They do small and large animal. Prices are better than other vets in the area and service is much better. I highly recommend you taking your pets and animals here.

The whole staff really gives you a good feeling unbelievably nice.They will be seeing me again for my dogs needs. Thanks to all of you 100% satisfaction. Also they are running a May special $10 rabies vaccine that price is hard to beat and they also send a reminder for when it's due the next year that's great for someone like me that's very unorganized when it comes to paperwork

I never leave bad reviews, literally ever, especially for small businesses. But this vet office failed our dog miserably. We brought her in last week for a cough and her not acting normal along with having two seizures. The vet said to try childrens cough syrup and that it was concerning that whenever she was picked up/touched on her stomach that it made her cough worse but still did NO further tests besides blood work and sent her home. One week later, she died during the night. If I could go back I would absolutely NEVER send any of our dogs here and will be switching them immediately to a vet office that actually cares about getting to the root problem not just putting a bandaid over it. I would never recommend this vet office to anyone and will be telling anyone and everyone who will listen how they failed our dog. We trusted them with a family member and they let us down in an unimaginable way.

If you're looking for an animal hospital that treats you like they care about your pets, this is the place. The doctor and staff are extremely friendly and don't push unnecessary needs. They show lots of care for your pet and suggest the best. Pricing is about the same as others, but it's worth every penny for your pet.

I take my cat here even though it's about 30 minutes from where I live because they are so kind. They are really good with my cat. She struggles and sometimes growls during the exam, and the staff are nothing but sweet and patient with her. They provide excellent care, recommended cost saving options, and seem happy to answer questions. They also have never ordered unnecessary tests, so I trust them when they say my cat needs something. I'm happy my friends recommend them to me.

My rescue St Bernard needed to be spayed...so after being told by 7 other places that they couldn't get us in til December...Kim got us scheduled in within two weeks! The staff is amazing...the vet called me and explained Lilly's issues very clearly and empathetically. I will definitely be using these folks for all my veterinary needs from now on! 💖

Can't thank her enough!Dr Mitchell is my hero for numerous reasons but she’s also a wonderful person who truly cares about your animal. Have taken all my dogs to her and even drug a few friends to her for animal advice. Highly recommend!

My kitty had a stroke and we didn't think she would make it. She couldn't walk without falling over. Thay gave her steroids and vitamin shots to build her up. She still has a long way to go but she actually ran a little today. Also with the vitamin shots she started back eating. God Bless them for saving our little girl. 😻🙏

Have called them 3 times to take a look at my Chihuahua but they say the are not staffed to take in a dog which would possibly take 10 minutes to look at so I’ll drive her to Cornelius to see a vet that will look at her . Will never rely on this place .

I took my newly rescued 3 yr old saint bernard there for check up and shots. Super nice and friendly. The dog being a rescue was skittish around people. Staff and Doc got on the floor with her to make her feel ok.

Looking for a great place to take your animals, this is it. The staff here is awesome, they show your pets the same attention you do. Easy in and out of location off 321 BUS located between Lincolnton and Maiden, NC. Very clean inside, outside has a country vibe to it. They do have limited parking I would suggest making an appointment but they do except walk ins as well.
