They were out of the small light bulbs I needed, and their Christmas stuff was kind of in places that I wouldn't think to look. Some of it was in the middle of the toy aisle. But the employees were really nice and all of them were busy working. No one was standing around doing nothing.

The attendant at this location this evening at 701pm was the most gracious, professional, and pleasant young man I have ever encountered in Maiden NC. I feel like his personality will take him toward a great future. He greated everyone that entered the store the entire time I shopped. Kudos to that young man.AC Cansler

Our hometown Family Dollar is just a great little place to run in, get what you need without walking a 5k. The staff are super friendly and helpful and if you're having trouble finding something, they are ready to help. Love the Family Dollar!

Usually the Family Dollar is a great place to shop but during the coronavirus I tried to return a just for men's beard dye and they would not give me a refund because one of the I returned it because one of the valves that holds the chemicals was missing they would not get me a return it said that during the epidemic that they would not refund my money even though the product was defective I thought this was very I'm just because the product was not a food product and there's no way that no one could be affected by me getting getting just a refund for my money or a switch off with the same product but neither one was acceptable these are ripoff policies

I love the employees at Family Dollar. I do have a beef with their clothing they are starting to get better looking clothing but you look at the tag and it'll have these red dots orange. And immediately you think there's a percentage off you ask and they say no that's just for something which I know that can't be true cuz you'll go in there a month later and it'll be on the 20% off 25 by the color of the dot or Square yes I do not like and I needed some underwear about a month ago and for five pairs it's more expensive 4 name brand underwear at Ross or TJ Maxx they need to go back and lower their prices also they used to be very good on their prices and they are just there not going slowly out there shooting up. And another thing I do not like at all if you want to get cash back you have to pay a fee I'm not going to do that I'll drive 10 miles to my bank just for the principle of the thing

Approximately around 3:50 p.m.I visited this location on 1-12-19 ,As a customer of FAMILY DOLLARS on 220 Island Ford road in Maiden ,N.C. l was not treated fairly as a customer. I guess the employees ,I came in contact with was very RUDE & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Don't know therenames didn't have a name tag on as usually! Or the assistant manager l was attacked or said something wrong about & ad that was in the sale paper! To make the story.... store manager tells me that she don't have time to argue with me and the (DEVIL IT SELF WAS A LIE) !!!! So getting to the assistant manager she play along with her Boss after the fact I still ended getting what the ad called for .She put the item in the bag and through it on the other counter like was even standing there/ and she through my money on the counter .l did not go to family dollar to cause no trouble. Store manager yell from a distance tell me that I was BAN from the store every time I goes in family dollar and she is in there ,she is always Rude to her employees like she the owner of the store!! Will be going further

I recently went to get a few items, THE STORE IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFULLY REDONE, VERY,VERY CLEAN! AND VERY EASY TO FIND EVERY THING. I USED TO JUST SHOP DOLLAR GENERAL HERE IN MAIDEN NC 28650 I WILL NOT GO BACK IN THAT STORE IT IS VERY UNKEMPT AND UNORGANIZED.
