Employees in my opinion work too hard. Ever time I come in they are loading merchandise on the shelves in between checking customers out. If I cant find something they always stop what they are doing and take me there. Always greet me with a smile. I hope you appreciate them.

I truly love Dollar General but they need to hire someone that just cleans up messes customers make everything on one particular two or three aisles is out of place on laying on the floor yes a dig through bins. They need to hire more help and they are getting ready to build a newer one up the street from where they are now and I asked him when they told me this are you hiring more people and she said no simple you need to very very nice employees and that's why I go there

Store was very crowded .. only one cashier on a Saturday is not acceptable ... Cash register kept crashing... Didn't get a receipt. The good thing is the store was well stocked and no boxes were sitting in the isles, like most of your stores.

I went to the store and that cashier person was so rude! He was rude to 4 diffrent girls to. I asked for help on a shelf and He told me "she's on break 🙄" about the girl I asked. RUDE.

I found some penny items. $8.00 slide shoes for .01 each. So 7 cents seven pair of sandals. It was my best shopping experience in a long time.

In process of new POG's, stock everywhere, unable to go where wanted due to blocked aisle ways and several aisles the gondola's are so close together taking a cart between them was very closed in and uncomfortable. No room for cart and 2nd person at all. Several boxes full of misc. Non stocked items jumbled together and labeled last chance clearance items but none of them were marked down at all. By far one of the worst DG's I have been in. With a baby at that....zero room. Maiden, NC 2 stars, other local branches a 5 compared....except Lincolnton beside Dollar tree, it's always a mess too. Staff always polite however. This is the product of Labor Matrix programs. Too few hours or too few employees.

This store is listed as a Fedex dropoff location with daily pickups Mon-Fri each week, a few times each day. I paid a lot of money for the Fedex shipment and brought it to this store on Thursday noon. Fedex should have been given the package on Friday at the latest, for a Sunday residential delivery of critical items to my disabled brother. He never got the delivery. I called Dollar General today (Sunday) and they said the box was still there, no one ever gave it to Fedex. Now it will take the rest of this week to get the shipment to my brother, and he needed the items by today. I am so angry. What's the point of being advertised as a Fedex Dropoff Point if you aren't going to give the packages to the driver? I paid a lot of money for that shipment. Dollar General better get it together if they are going to partner with Fedex. Somebody owes me a refund of my shipping charges. The moral of the story is, don't leave your packages there for pickup.

Crowded like most dg stores, small isles, 1 or 2 employees that Don't want to help you, nothing for a dollar. I usually don't go to Dollar stores because of the quality of the merchandise and the poor service

It was the most horrible visit I've ever made to that store !!!!! That cashier was the most rude , inconsiderate , hateful cashier we've ever encountered !!!! She should NEVER be around people for ANY reason EVER !!!! We will NEVER go back there !!!!! The only reason I tapped a star is because it would not let me post otherwise !!!!!

Store is filthy and unorganized items all over the floor and it smells pretty bad as well and the cashier was on the phone a personal call and there was only one person in front of me and it took 15 minutes for me to check out and I only had three items in the person in front of me only have two
