Foodlion is always clean. We get in and out most days.. Some cashiers could be friendlier and speak up.. Get some that barely say hi, or thank you.. But we will find a good one and wait for that one even if it does take longer.. & No, self checkouts for us if we can avoid it.. Foodlion is our shop..

Typically this location is amazing but here recently I’ve noticed several customers with pet dogs. These dogs do not have service vests on and most definitely do not act as service dogs would. This is a grocery store not a pet store and I’m sure there is a store policy prohibiting animals being in the store so I wish a manager would put a stop to this. It’s very nasty having someone’s dog around groceries they aren’t purchasing. The dog owners don’t look the cleanest so I know the dogs aren’t. Please put a stop to animals in the store that are not service animals!

I love Food Lion. For the most part the front end staff is very professional. My favorite people are the guys who work in the meat department. Especially the manager. He will go above and beyond to get you what you ask for and if he can't provide it to you he will honestly let you know that. He's a true gem.

Would not recommend working here at least at the Deli department. They let certain coworkers get away with things such as harassment and the manager does nothing about it. I see nothing getting better if they don’t get rid of the people that cause these issues/or continues to fuel the fire. It’s the most toxic work environment I’ve ever had the chance to work in. It was the reason I even left because of the things they let people get away with and I was sick of it. Hopefully this is seen by people higher up working for Food Lion. Things deserve to change.

very friendly staff. management offered to go the extra mile to get some softdrinks I have a hard time finding. Will update to see if they follow through. very clean store, always offering a fresh checkout if lines get long. I wish Walmart could follow this stores lead on customer satisfaction and service. this is my goto store for the fastest service and easy to find items. for a small town business you offer above the level shopping experience.

I regularly shop at this food lion and every time it’s the same poor experience that makes me feel uncomfortable!! I shop in bulk every 15th of the month and every time I get certain products from the meat department in bulk chicken or pork on sale the cashier makes a big deal and tells the world I CAN’T purchase more than 2 items. I feel embarrassed when they start going through my cart to take out the items I’m not allowed to purchase as if I’m stealing!! Poor customer service! even at the self check out they stand behind you on next to you to see if you’ll steal something. I’m an honest paying customer and I HATE shopping here but unfortunately it’s the closest grocery store I have that is convenient for me and my family. Stop profiling people of color thinking they’ll steal a piece of meat!!!

Somebody needs to come in and investigate this store. You all have rude employees and they are very rude when there coming down the aisle about to hit you with their carts. Also I’m tired of walking in your store and seeing employees eating grapes out the produce section that the public is buying. That is nasty!!!. Lastly I wish you would stop allowing animals in your store I don’t want people that is touching their animals touching and placing food back that other people want to buy again Nasty !!!

Always clean and neat. At least you can move around in there. Things are getting higher every where now so shop wisely look for good deals dont forget you MVP card and check for coupons. Good place to shop there brands are very good.

I absolutely love that store! The people there are so nice & they don't mind one bit, helping you with whatever you need. And that store is ALWAYS clean & the products are always stocked, neatly, I may add & they make sure that no one has to stand in long lines for God knows how long! The employees are always busy making sure of everything I mentioned. I would recommend that store to anyone.

It’s one employee that I just don’t know how he gets any work done. He’s always smoking way too many cigarettes they smell disgusting. Nobody wants to walk into a huge cloud of cigarette smoke.

Have always liked shopping there because the employees are always willing to help you find anything. And I like how they will bag your groceries even if it is not their register area. Always have enough registers open so there are no long lines

I love Food Lion! The employees are so helpful and kind! They have lots of natural stuff, more than Walmart in my opinion. The whole store is kept in good condition. Their brand of food is great, in fact we get it about every time we go to the store!

This past Sunday, may 22 2022, I went into the bakery bc I had completely forgot to bake and decorate a cake for my sil baby shower. I was completely distraught and clearly upset. The two ladies working there around 330, immediately assisted me. They were kind and understood my frustration. They took the matter upon themselves, insisted that I take a deep breather, and said " we've got you. " 15 minutes later they immersed with a BEAUTIFUL cake! And a dozen cupcakes! They kindly took on a task I failed to do and did so wonderfully. They saved the day and I'm truly grayling. Thank you ladies for going above and beyond!!
