This store was stocked and clean. I was traveling and stopped for some snacks. They had a great assortment with low prices. The clerk with her mask on (like me) politely unlocked the restroom door for me. It was clean and when I left I checked out. I complimented her on the store's excellent condition. She said, "Oh we've still got stock to put out!" I then told her how BAD my Dollar General was and I hated to go in it because it was so messy and unstocked. I praised her again and left thinking how sad it is that Jamison Rd & 13th Street, Dollar General in Roanoke, VA has to be such a mess!!! I saw proof it can be better!!

Would buy more but store so confusing canned items scattered all over store . Things that go together no in same place. I want to go in and out quick . Not going to hunt whole store for canned pull pork when it should be with cannon chicken breast and beef stews . Put your stores in order please

Parking lot has trash everywhere!!!! Never seems to get cleaned up. Organization could be better, too much stuff just sitting out in isles and walkways. Please clean up the parking lot!!!!

I mistakingly purchased a PS gift card for a child with an Xbox as birthday gift. Knowing that it could not be returned, I went back to the store and purchased an Xbox gift card. I received a call from the child's mom thanking us for the gift and asking if we had the redemption code. Umm. What code????Having never purchased one before, I had NO idea that the code prints out onto the receipt. I felt like such an idiot. I now, had purchased 2 cards that could not be used by this child! Ugh! I called this store and told the manager, Danny, what I had done. The lady who sold me the cards verified my purchases and I also showed him the transactions on my banking app. After several calls to other managers at other locations, he told me that there was no way to recover the code. He felt so bad for me and the child who received the "dud" gift card from me, that he issued me an in-store credit so that I could replace the card for the child. Danny went above and beyond for me when he didn't have to. The woman who sold me the card said this incident taught her to always ask if customers knew the codes printed out on receipts. For this, I thank them very much. I absolutey love this store.

Love this place because of the short distance from my house !!! So convenient, and there is never a long wait to check out !!!! Everytime I go in for one particular thing , I all ways come out with more because of the deals they have and their low prices! !! Love it !!! The workers seem eager to help you as well !!!

There milk freezer was out and there sign said ask for it so I go to the register to ask and the cashier sent me into there stocking section where I had to move multiple huge items just to get to the milk freezers then her mask was half off when I got back to the register

Asked a staff member who was putting returns away where cranberry was after I looked all over the store and she just looked straight at me finished putting item on shelf and walked away! I thought she was looking for me but I was wrong!
