Lowering your prices would be a great help. He charged way too much to reload a green dot card. Dollar tree charges $2 and Walmart charges $3 and you charge $4.95. That's just way too much and no good reason for it either. Just greed. Everything in the store is overpriced. Unless something I need is on sale I cannot afford to buy there.

Just before Christmas, a family member had early flu symptoms. The pharmacist was very helpful by recommending some OTC medicines and explaining some other prescription drugs and tests that might be needed. I felt he really cared when he volunteered this: " . . . If you need anything more, we will be open Christmas Day." and he gave me the hours. That was reassuring. I am grateful. The symptoms cleared and we had a good Christmas.

This place is a joke. Every time I go to get a prescription filled they do not have it ready. I have purposely waited for an hour and a half after my doctor called in the prescription and they still don't have it ready. I have been on hold for 45 minutes now waiting on the pharmacy to answer the phone. There is no reason for this. I am calling because I don't want to waste my time and money to get my mother's prescription filled that just had surgery. I could go on the street to find drugs faster than this. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE . If I could rate them a 0, I would. Can we get a Walgreens, Rite Aid,or a Drug Mart in town. This place has lost my business I would rather give Walmart my business and that is very sad.

UNACCEPTABLE. Have tried 4 times to speak to someone in the pharmacy today about a prescription I have been waiting for three weeks. Their system tries to force you to use the app. But I need to speak to a live person. Just about ready to move my prescriptions somewhere else.

You can’t EVER get them on the phone to see if a medication is coming in, or if it will ever show up!They say it will come in one day and it doesn’t! Then they say it will be there the next and it isn’t! Ridiculous! And if this is where you have to get your medication you’re in trouble!

They can take pills from a big bottle and put them in a little bottle. Thats about it. They're too lazy to answer the phone. Hopefully they go bankrupt

The pharmacy team was incredible to work with. I don't often need prescriptions, but after such a long hassel with a horrible doctor they really lifted my spirits by being so kind, concerned, and determined to help. I'm glad to know if I ever need another prescription, I'll have a wonderful team to fill it.

Nobody ever answered the phone after holding for 30 mins 🤬 I live 25 mins away & was trying to see if the doc had faxed in a prescription. Gas is too high to drive down there just to be possibly told that the prescription hasn't been filled. Then on top of holding 30 mins whoever came to the phone finally pretended to not be able to hear me & hung up. I WOULDN'T recommended this pharmacy to anyone.

They are very slow and it takes them a very long time (15 minutes) to answer their phone. I went today to get medicine and they had two people in line inside of the store and one person in the drive thru. I waited in line inside for more than 30 minutes. I had to leave to go to work. Why would it take over 30 minutes with three people in line. That is unacceptable. Walmart pharmacy lines can be down the isle and I'd never have to wait more than 30 minutes standing there.

They fill prescriptions when not.asked to and close for lunch. Ok lunch i get but at least have someone to man the drive thru...some people can only get by at that time.

Terrible service. One employee was going to lunch. The other employee was ringing something up at the self service register. Saw me standing there and walked off to talk to another employee. I took my purchase to the pharmacy. I felt as if I were invisible for several minutes. I should have left my purchase on the counter and left.

Pharmacy staff are either very slow or way understaffed. I have waited twenty minutes in line just to pick up a prescription. Staff are generally friendly but I have had a couple of rude encounters. I prefer my local pharmacy.

Literally called them 6 times and got hung up on!!! Just trying to refill a prescription. Last time ever calling or dealing with them again. It's a shame I've been going to them for years. Would think they would actually not HANG UP ON CUSTOMERS.. guess thats how it is these days. Oh well, lost a customer today. 🤷🏼‍♀️😤

My pharmacy that I used was Mayodan Pharmacy and they sold out to CVS and they don’t have what it takes for all of this business that they are trying to do....They have to search through racks and racks for your prescriptions.... they even had bags of filled prescriptions on the floor looking for our prescriptions... and I don’t really feel like it’s the employees fault because they are overworked and don’t have the space for it all to run smoother!!! Which makes them cranky and short with you when you get upset because your not getting the customer service that your used to getting at a smaller pharmacy....

Always have car with engine off camped out at the drive thru.No service whatsoever! Have never gotten a script filled in less than an hour that other privately owned pharmacy filled in less than 10 minutes! SAD

You can not get anyone to answer the phone and when you go there you usually have to wait 20 minutes to get helped. I believe they are either understaffed or have too many customers for them to handle.

I have always been treated well by all pharmacy staff. Tammy was so helpful recently.
