I would like to say that Ms. Cheyenne is the best. She was so helpful with me at the self checkout. She didn't mind helping and I didn't even have to get her attention. With employees like her makes my trip to Walmart super easy. Thank you Cheyenne for helping me.

Last week I went to buy a grill and the lady in gardening told me it would be put together by today Tuesday to call if they didn’t call me. Today at 5 pm I call and ask about my grill. After waiting 15 minutes she gets back on the phone and tells me theirs no grill. I explained I had the receipt what to do. She said to come back for the refund. I know the grill is there cause it has my name on it.

The woman at the door who checks the tickets was not very friendly. More self-checkouts going than cashiers ringing folks out. It wasn't super busy. They had everything we needed in stock & plenty on the shelves.

The employee's take all the up front parking - literally all of it. These photo's are taken at 5:55 a.m., cold and rainy. Myself and another customer are there to shop (so two cars accounted for with us). Every other car, in the prime close to the door spots, are employees.

I dislike the self-checkouts. The produce is average at best, rotten at worst. This photo is from a "perfect" looking pineapple but inside it was rotten and not edible at all! This isn't the first time.I like the convenience of the delivery option with membership but they have limited deliveries to us from the NEIGHBORHOOD MARKET ONLY. I was able to deliveries from the Lumberton Superstore and Pembroke locations when I first signed up but not anymore. Pembroke is actually closer to me than the NM so I don't know why they are geotagging that location. Rethinking my membership because the NM often does not have the items I want.

Online shopping just because you reserved a time does not determine when you will get your order what your tip will be does 2 days in a row while sick I made orders early for later in the day by 9am for 6pm order showed up after 10pm the next order was a day later made early never showed up by midnight I canceled and went to store next day I got an email from my credit card I hadn't used because working on lowering it had gone up Walmart had charged canceled order 2 days afterward but way they did it makes it almost impossible to prove others have had simalar problems Doordash their delivery service now requires a tip to deliver or they ignore your order and you get billed even if you cancel or you don't receive your order but no one at Walmart is willing to talk about this so they got 59 dollars for nothing from me but this review

I love this place. It actually has a huge selection of items compared to other Walmart stores located near where I live. I highly recommend it. Just not sure of the store hours.

Nothing like 45,000 square feet of shopping space, a 300-500 people at any given time and only 5 toilets for men to use at any given time. Did anyone ever thing that more than 5 people need to poop at the same time?

This Wal mart is my favorite. The food is organized so that you can find things easy. If you have questions, someone is always around to get the answers. Better yet to point you to the item you need. Best time to go is early morning before 10:00am.

Even though I didn't find what I was looking for, you will always find something in your local Walmart. The associates are always nice here. There are specials every week. The store is always neat and very clean.

I love being a member of Walmart plus due to the scsn and pay option. I scan my items on my phone and just go to register and get my receipt or just use the one on my phone after I pay. It's always clean and have great customer service and great security in place for those with sticky fingers 😀 👍 which gives paying customers better prices on merchandise. I love Walmart supercenter for all my needs and wants

They need to cook the rotisserie chicken longer, it's not the first time the same thing has happened to me. And if I buy food already cooked, it is because I want to be able to eat it, not finish cooking it.

Sometimes it's too crowded in the day time. Better to go in the evenings if you can. Found a great deal on a nice cardigan. Was $17.98 for ir for $9.00.

Terrible place to get your car service. If they could get off their phones and actually do some work things could get done in a timely manner. I will NEVER come back for an oil change. NEVER!!!!

It's smaller than what I'm used to, but what a pleasant surprise, Checkouts!I absolutely hate these self checkout bullpen that pop everywhere. I've never been trained on a register, and it's not my job. It also takes forever, I buy more and more elsewhere, where customer service hasn't taken a nose dive.

I needed a fold-up wagon for my granddaughter and I was able to find it at the super Walmart in Lumberton and I looked online and they had it in Jacksonville North Carolina so I sent my daughter the money through the services in Lumberton NC Walmart to Jacksonville North Carolina Wal-Martand she was able to get the wagon down in Jacksonville North Carolina for the same price I seen it for in Lumberton North Carolina and their services was great because everybody tried to help me with that special gift for my granddaughter

Shout out to the tire department! I had a flat tire on my way down to South Carolina and pulled in. They had me back on the road in a hour. Thank you Ray and Dee. These employees need a raise! I will shop at Wal Mart for life because of this interaction.
