Do not get your prescriptions here they take way to long it is ridiculous!!! You will spend no less than 20 minutes in the store waiting and no less than 30 minutes out in the Drive-Thru.

Hard to get a person in pharmacy on the phone. Regularly says call them about a prescription I've put in for a refill. Can't get my prescription until I talk to them. Have called 5 times in the last hour and I get hung up on every time!!

This pharmacy is the worst by far the customer service is terrible. They make it very difficult to get needed medication. My provider sent in a prescription and the pharmacist would not fill it until she spoke to my doctor….who sent in the prescription. I suffer from insomnia and I need my medication…the pharmacist Melinda did not care nor did she show empathy. My need for medication was not important to her.

Customer service, particularly in the pharmacy, is terrible. Wait times are almost always long. The drive-thru pharmacy is especially poorly operated, with no organization to make what should be a convenience at all user friendly. It would make sense, for example, to make one lane for drop off and wait only, and have the other lane for drop off/pick up only. Instead, customers are dealt with randomly. I was stuck behind two cars recently, and had to wait 30 minutes to pick up one prescription, while other cars went right through. Management really needs to rethink the entire pharmacy to create efficiency!

This pharmacy is lacking very much in there costumer service department, we’re out of town and have had to use this pharmacy. I tried calling the pharmacy last week and stayed on hold for over an hour with the recording saying there were two callers ahead of me and today I’ve been on hold for over 30 minutes starting off with two callers ahead of me and now the recording is saying the staff is answering other calls. Sounds to me they need to hire people that want to work and get rid of the ones NOT doing there JOB!

The pharmacy is unprepared for the work they've signed up for. Their system sends texts saying your prescription is ready only to arrive and it's not. I've called twice within a 3 month period stayed on hold 2 hours each time with "1caller ahead of me" only to be disconnected at around the 2 hour mark. My mother was put off 2 weeks from getting her medicine that none of us knew the repercussions of not taking it at the time and was in the emergency room twice in the same week and ended up staying the night there one of those times...withrawal from not having that medicine almost killed her. I'd think the pharmacy would know you can't keep putting this 75 year old woman off, we need to find her this refill or try to help her get it elsewhere. They should be aware of the serious withdrawa symptoms it can cause.

Checked on a prescription several days ago found that my auto refill had been turned off. Changed back to auto refill.. Checked later and the prescription was in progress. That was on the 12/23/22. Waited until today 12/27/22. Checked to see if my prescription had been completed. The system was no longer showing my prescription status. Tried to call the pharmacy. Held the phone for over one hour and no one answered my call. That is totally unacceptable. The pharmacy is located in Lumberton NC. I can't afford to drive to Lumberton NC from Bladenboro NC. Just to find that my prescription refill was lost by the system and and no one will answer the phone, and I need to make another trip later get pick up my medicine. Get your system fixed and hire some people. Your greed will not get your company where it needs to be.

The absolute pure worst pharmacy ever!! Their customer service is pure horrible. Different associates will give you different information whenever you call. The wait times for the drive thru can sometimes be up to almost an hour at times. Each time I have to have a certain prescription filled, it's never in stock and they can never guarantee when it will come or if it will come. Multiple times I've waited weeks on a prescription to be ordered. I finally got tired of going through the mess with them and switched to a new pharmacy which will have the same prescription ordered and filled within a day or two at the most. This place is a pure waste of space in Lumberton.

Every single month, there is a different problem with this pharmacy. Most of the time it is them not having my son's medicine and having to wait weeks for it. I do not understand how they stay business. I will be changing pharmacies. There is no sense in the mess that I deal with when dealing with them. Any other pharmacy doesn't give me trouble like this one.

Avoid this pharmacy. They are understaffed and the staff that is there can't manage to keep up. Every trip here costs an hour waiting in line for a something that is ready to be picked up. The last blow for me was dropping off a paper prescription 3 days ago and staff has no idea what they did with it. I'm done and moving all my prescriptions elsewhere.

Be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait, and wait, and wait for anyone to answer the phone or help. Called twice to refill meds (which can't be done online), after 35 minutes of waiting on hold, was hung up on. Twice! And don't bother calling the store either. Just find a different pharmacy and save yourself the headache.

They have the worst customer service ever, very rude every time I go get get my medication. I have issues with a prescription every time. I have even talked to corporate trying to fix the issue. They act like they don't want to be there. I know it is not just me because every time I go there is someone there dealing with same issues. I kept hoping things would get better but they're not, so I am switching pharmacies.

There is NOTHING positive that can be said about this Walgreens. First do not waste your time scheduling anything online with the pharmacy - no appointments done online are used in-store. You must “sign in” when you get to the pharmacy and wait your turn. The blond lady that works in the pharmacy has an attitude problem. She should find a less stressful job. We waited over 2 hours to get a Seasonal flu shot, even though we were the 6th and 7th people in line. I intend to retain the Walgreen prescriptions I receive by mail, but I will NEVER do business at the Lumberton Walgreens in the future.

Worst experience always. Been here multiple times hoping it would be better but still always in the drive through pharmacy line for 1+ hours each time. I will never be back, I’m finally done. Not to mention when your hour of waiting is finally over, the staff treats you so poorly and has extremely bad attitudes. Save your time and don’t go here.

Coming back again and letting you know service still sucks. Stayed on hold 30 min then they hung up on me.Update : In drive thru 45 min 1-21-22 1 car ahead of me and they close the window. This is poor customer service. I will take my business somewhere else. Slowest store in the world. Make no sense to stay at drive thru window 20 min just to pick up.

I can't speak for the rest of the pharmaceutical tech-savvy. But Cecelia @store #1056, her customers service skills are beyond up to par...She is polite, patient and she doesn't just hang up the phone on anyone when she is done...They need to cline her🤩🤩😛

Ive always used walgreens for me and my son, but when I switched to the lumberton location I have had nothing but issues. I really think something illegal is going on because I can put in for a refill and its one price then the next time its another price with no other excuse then check with your insurance. Which ends up not being the issue. I am switching and I am in contact with corporate with all of my receipts. Its really sad, on top of that they are always rude and never helpful. In fayetteville I have never had an issue and even when I did they went over and beyond to try to fix it, called my doctor or even getting in touch with my insurance. Always a great experience I hate I had to switch.

The pharmacist was sooooo hateful and rude to me I wanted to drag her from behind the counter. I had been at the hospital for 6 hours and was in excruciating pain and I get to Walgreens the girls in the front were very nice and I asked if they were busy and could fill my prescription. They said it should be no problem so I went to the back to get the prescription filled and I am told no. We are closing in 30 minutes and you will have to come back tomorrow!!! WTH? I am in pain, I have just left the hospital and I explained yI do not live in Lumberton and I would not be able to come back the next day and I pleaded with her to fill my prescription and she was INCREDIBLY rude to me and said no and that the girls in the front didn't work back there and they shouldn't have told me nothing. Are you freaking kidding me? I left there and will NEVER go back. I took my prescription to CVS the next day and told them of my experience at Walgreens the night before and the pharmacist there told me that your pharmacist was out of line and from now on to bring my prescriptions there and they would ALWAYS help me if they could. So although I used to love coming to this Walgreens after work, as I worked in Lumberton for 20+ years and had been shopping at this particular store a thousand times or so since it was built there, I will never shop there again and I would NOT recommend that anyone hurting, sick, or in pain and in need of help go there. So CVS it is for me and mine!!! What has happened to customer service?

Something is wrong with their system to do shots at the pharmacy. Lady in front of me has been waiting for an hour for her shingle shot. I’m behind her and ten minutes late already. Clerk told the lady that “she has other things to do” referring to whomever administers the shots. Sad display of customer service.

My prescriptions were ready and correct. I received my Shingles vaccine with no wait. I love this store. All isles are marked as to products. Staff are excellent, particularly Pharmacist.

If I could give it less than one star i would. They made me wait over an hr told me they would send a text alert when my prescription was ready. Never received an alert. Got to the counter and the "gentleman" waiting at the counter said that my antibiotic that has never cost me more than 30 dollars would be 70 dollars and when I asked him why he said "the price varys due to the rewards cards" I don't have a rewards card and now thanks to them I never ever will. I told him that was well more than a varience and it was ridiculous and I walked away when I turned around again he was talking about me to the person in line behind me and laughing about it.Appologies that you're not gonna get the money for your fancy car from me.

This is the worst place ever. They will not update you on your prescriptions. They will fill partial orders and not tell you they are out of your particular medication needed. They aren’t worth the air you breathe. The absolute worst customer service ever on the face of the planet. Wouldn’t even be worth the one star given, but I had to put one I guess.

My review is actually a < minus 1 star>I've had nothing but issues since I moved & started using this location.Had my scripts all transferred & they couldn't even give the right info - "we only have 2 active scripts on file for her," WOW I have 6 on file.

We are rarely able to get someone on the phone in the pharmacy (have let it ring upwards of 8-10 minutes and still no answer) Same situation at drive through window.You don't always know when you're gonna be busy,but we get tired of waiting,on phone ,at window and inside.They need MORE pharmacy staff.A lot of the time its easier to go in ,place order and sit and wait,even then they may make you wait for simple things while they actually tend to the window customer.Prescription's are filled accurately,however.Hard to rate by star system.I must say the Lady on night shift is very courteous and goes the extra mile to make sure thing's are correct and any and all question's are covered!Not so for the guy who's usually on when the Lady is not.He is curt and unfriendly,wrong attitude toward the people who PAY your salary.

The pharmacy there is THE ABSOLUTE WORST! They screw up medicine orders, have the worst customer service, and they make what would be simple tasks difficult for no reason. The pharmacy alone makes the entire store experience the worst.

So I caught part of my husbands altercation with the manager at Walgreens at Kearney and Galloway in mesquite, tx. As we walked in the manager and another employee told us to get the dog out. Ben is my husbands service dog prescribed to him by the va. Cris told them it was a service dog and went on about his business only to be confronted in the store again. The manager asked for identification and he said bens silver service dog cross wasn't enough. Even after he sees how mad he gets my husband who suffers from chronic PTSD and depression he still smiles. Then he tells my husband he has the right to refuse service to whoever he wants. Please reshare this because this has got to stop. Ben is highly trained as you can see in the video. A professional employee would've approached my husband discretely to make sure his dog was a service dog, instead my husband was told across the store to leave with the dog upon entry of the store.ARY YOU SHITTING ME ??????????
