This store has an employee by the name of "Judy" who treated me with so much disrespect and disregard today...I'm furious!I went in to make a return for a $15.99 product I'd purchased for my newborn pups 6 days prior.Judy opened the tub of Nutri Cal and immediately refused to return it because the foil tab had been removed.Although, I realized I had purchased the wrong item and yes, I did remove the tab to see the color of the product (then knowing it was the wrong product based on color of the gel) I asked to speak to a manager.Open product is usually returned but labeled "defective" falling under the annual allowance of SHRINK/LOSS! The "team lead" checked my receipt which was valid and promptly advised Judy to process the return...all hell broke loose!Judy commenced to harassing me verbally for making such a return and even picked the product up while shaking it in my face yelling "would you buy this, would you buy this...answer me"!At this point, things escalated pretty quickly and a verbal exchange ensued with Judy being the aggressor. Noone ever came to help de-escalate the situation as customers looked on.Judy was not gonna lose and she was determined to have the final say, she was so furious...violent even, as she slammed receipts, the product and ink pen for my signature about the counter!I again asked for management and at that time Judy stated to me "I am the manager", leaving me with no option but to address my grievances with her only. She continued on with her verbal harassment.This was by far the most degrading and humiliating customer experience I have ever endured.This lady was rude, confrontational and down right nasty to me (I could only imagine why). After leaving the store (still never speaking with a manager), I called back and was told that NO store manager was ON DUTY today and she (Tess) would be back in about 2 days.I then called corporate office for TSC and filed a complaint with Chris! Judy needs to be fired immediately for such behavior. I'll wait the 48 hrs to hear from management.As for my business (a frequent shopper/breeder) Judy has made sure this company will never see another dollar from me as long as she's employed by TSC.Horrific experience...Judy is a nut case and needs to be terminated immediately! This encounter could have turned out so very different for Judy had I been "the wrong one."

My friend bought a Carb. for his weed eater yesterday, it was the wrong carb, they would not give him his money back today!!! They claimed that it had electronic parts, IN IT, and they could not take it back. That's just wrong!!!

Had a great experience TSC got help from an great worker he was about to get off work and he took his time and replaced my battery for me,and we know it's been very hot all week, I forgot his name but you was definitely a blessing thxs !!!!!!!

I think her name was Kerri, utterly amazing employee. Great greeting, personable, and willing to help. Also, best eyes and smile I've seen in a long time. Cant wait to go back and get more tools and grease fittings.

I will not patronize this store again due to simple fact I do not like to be targeted due to my race,receipt in hand just exchange.You have check and tell me it ok.But if someone else comes in oh just get your replacement.There was missing piece so how did it work for you?There's to many stores to be treated like this.I'm 55 plus black female this is total nonsense,cause I liked shopping there not just in Lumberton NC but all over.Check your people...

Easy shopping usually a small crowd. Prices a little high but not bad. Nice friendly staff. Clean store. Parking lot needs more light looks deserted at night.

Worse phone customer service ive ever seen!!!!! Call and ask for information and they know absolutely NOTHING about it... So u work there and instead of asking someone else that may know, you say whatever it says on the website!!!! Such an attitude!!!!They need training in Customer Service or find another Job!!!

While traveling on I-95 N on Feb. 8, a tire blew on my utility trailer I was pulling. I changed the tire and cautiously drove on to the Lumberton Tractor Supply to buy 2 new tires which I was going to change myself. The nicest young man who works there put the new tires on for me!! Way faster than I could! We LOVE Tractor Supply and now we love them even more!!

I took back lawn mower blades I'd bought & they graciously gave me my money back on a gift card. Both sales clerks were so nice and were also very helpful. Great experience.

I have been looking for a pair of boots. Bought s pair that was too big, the store does not carry 1/2 sizes over 11. When I returned them the associate was extremely helpful and polite.

Was headed fishing and needed insulated overalls and a coat to match to keep me warm and tractor supply was the only place in Lumberton to have them. Plus we got 2 of each and didn't spend over 200.00. Love it.

The store use to be the go to place, for the last longest the shelves have been empty for anything poultry related except for layers feed. Came again this morning for heat lamp bulbs and starter feed and I dont even know why I thought it be different, oh they still dont have the chick waterer in either. May as well shut the damn doors

Larger poultry selections and this location had items in store that other Tractor Supply stores had for online purchase only, like the water tank with separate chemical mix on exit (MOE). Great location, easy in and out.

I've gone to this store since it opened and have purchased everything from feed to pickaxes to trailers to mowers. It seems like they've had some trouble stocking items lately and I've found myself going elsewhere.
