OK GROOMING DEPARTMENT!! KUDOS TO ALL! Sierra and staff are AWESOME to say the lease. Both my babies love their trip to PetSense.. going in smelling like last weeks trash, smelling like roses coming out! They are well watch out for and always getting praise of being behaved while there. Jessie and Millie thank you... my back thanks you! Y'all are amazing!!

Very high priced, like outrageous. I understand it's a smaller store , looks privately owned, but not worth it for their prices. I bought 2 dozen crickets for my tarantula at-home, they were all dead in a week.

I took my 10 week old mini poodle there for his first grooming appointment and when I came to pick him back up, they pretty much told me to find another groomer because he bites. He’s still a baby and I’m working with him. The customer service just sucked. For some reason, they treat the elderly employee (I think her name is Sandra) horrible. One girl was yelling at her very unprofessionally right in front of me and my children. Made us feel uncomfortable. I definitely won’t be going back for grooming but I doubt I’ll be going back for pet supplies either.

The young ladies in the pet grooming section are some of the most wonderful people I've ever had contact with. They take exceptional care of any animals that walk through their doors. The make cashier was also extremely helpful and kind. I will absolutely keep going back to this store.

We adopted 2 sweet precious cats from here. Every thing was smooth, the cats were happy , their living space was clean. The staff were very friendly. We love our sweet babies, they've been awesome from day 1. The store was well maintained and carried everything we needed.

Such an Awsome pet store to provide all you're Pets needs. I took my little girl penny to get her nails trimmed sweetest Awsome young ladies were a huge help support with keeping my furbaby calm. Looking forward to going back to do some like wow shopping for my furbabies needs and their fun toy's yaeeeeeee.

Petsense has a good variety of items. The store is typically clean, staff is typically friendly and overall it's a good place to shop. My only concern is it seems like the pricing is significantly higher than many other stores for similar items.

I'm not sure why this store cannot keep feeder insects alive, but at this point I give up. Maybe they're killing off the employees too 'cause you rarely see the same one twice

I feed my dogs Hills Bio Active fit and radiant which is hard to find. It's the closest to what Dr. Marty says are good and bad ingredients for your dog. I have a 13yr old pom that has had pancreatitis so he has to eat very low fat. Since being on this he is super active. We travel all over for work so when I can find a Petsense it's great we have one at home so every 10 bags the next is free

Tried my hardest to help a pet by adopting a dog but never even heard anything back about adopting Fillie after several attempts she would’ve been perfect here in the country with our family but instead no reply. I think it’s a sham my kids were so disappointed but if it wasn’t for no reply we never would’ve adopted our beautiful boy Cole we rescued from the pound that was a stray. He’s been a wonderful blessing. I understand why you do applications cause you wanna be sure about the family they go to is a right fit but you don’t even meet them after the application. Seems like the people who did adopt were families very wealthy from the oaks or highland. We aren’t broke nor rich but we treat our animals like they’re our kids treats walks going to the dog park rides play fetch and just enjoy them all around. But no reply really doesn’t seem like you’ve got these animals best at heart just ignoring families trying to help. Not only was I ignored my mom and brother who is Both paramedics and is risking their life’s for others. I think that’s pretty messed up

Have been there twice. Once for food the second time for grooming. Pleased both times. Jade groomed our dog and did a great job.
