Carriers that deliver mulch, garden soil, etc. rely on a reasonably quick unload and along with multiple loads in a day to be profitable. Long waits will make transportation of these loads go up in cost and that will be passed to customers. We need the cooperation of the stores to ensure a reasonably quick unload.I had one truck in front of me today. I was told I would have to wait until it was unloaded. I unstrapped my truck and rolled my straps up before the other driver even finished. After he finished an employee came out to check the material off and then they started unloading it. At this time they are almost halfway through unloading the truck and I have been here for 45 minutes. At this rate I will be here for at least an hour and a half. 30-45 minutes is a more than reasonable amount of time to get unloaded.Update: 1 truck, 1 hour. That's pitiful. Let's see how long it takes before they start unloading me.

This is a pretty good Lowe’s, we usually spend a lot of time in the garden center, today I was disappointed on the lack of handicap scooters available for a patrons such as myself. I got about halfway through the plants, we have been having some issues as of late with the pickup orders but overall this is a pretty good Lowe’s.

Found almost everything I needed. Large selection of items to choose from and fair prices. Only complaint is when you go to checkout only option I saw was self checkout. There were 2 employees there to watch you scan your items and check yourself out. Absolutely ridiculous 🙄!!I like Lowe's but I don't WORK at Lowe's. Do better or I'll be taking. My business elsewhere

This will be the last time I will ever shop at Lowe's I had a huge order with lots of material that needed to be loaded. Nowhere was anyone to be found to help what a joke you would think when you spend this kind of money. Somebody would help load the truck. So it took me more than an hour to load myself. And not 1 person came out to help. And I've asked several times to have somebody help.Come Monday morning, I will cancel my Lowe's account and will have no problem. Driving the extra few miles to shop at home. Depot, at least I would get better service.My suggestion is do not shop here shop elsewhere...

Went in to our local Lowe’s for flooring only to find out that it’s been discontinued but the lumberton location had several boxes. I called to verify that it was indeed in stock, JOSH assured me that it was and even went as far as to place a sticker on the boxes stating the items were sold so that no one else could purchase them being that my husband and I were coming from an hour away. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!

I purchased a new set of Kobalt auto mechanic tool set 2 weeks ago. I wanted to return them unopened for a larger set of tools but I didn't have the cash receipt. I asked the cashier to please search for the receipt in her database. She said that she didn't have time. Lowe's, you just let a customer. I'm so sick of awful customer service. Home Depot here I come.

I visited the garden center. Everything was neat and plants looked well taken care of. I do like perennials and annuals seperated like Home Depot but most plants had labels which informed the buyer of differences.

This was the worst visit I have ever had at my favorite store. Waited on a pick-up order that was over 3000 dollars and had to wait over an hour. I'm not sure why my order could not be delivered, but I hope my next visit is better. Perhaps some more training is needed in customer service.

I feel if you don't want to do your job just leave, I just tried to check out and the cashier's didn't want to check me out instead they pointed me to the self checkout, I don't mind checking myself out but at least pay me and keep the attitude to yourself.

I just had a bad experience at this Lowe's location. First I had to wait about 10 minutes before the guy at the paint department acknowledged my presence. Then when I gave him a sample to mix colors for the paint he said that it would just come out black instead of trying. I insisted that he try and it come out a perfect match. After that I went to use the restroom and all of the toilets except for one had either urine toilet paper or poop in them. There was a Lowe's associate in the restroom at the time and I asked him about it and he said they clean it once every morning. After that I loaded up a buggy and went to check out in the garden department. The buggy I was pushing when I checked out was blocked right at the exit door a little bit by a safety cone. I asked the cashier which was two feet away from it could she slide it over a couple inches for me to get out and she said we cannot move safety cones. It literally only needed to be moved over about 2 inches for the front of the buggy to get by and I asked her Are you seriously not going to move that over a couple inches for me to get this Buggy Out because I could not turn around where I was at with the people there then she decided to go ahead and move it a little bit. I am not one to get on a review board and complain but with experience I had at this Lowe's location today I felt the need to do so.

Once again bought a sub panel. All 3 on shelve had been taped. Bad sign and i didnt check it. Got to job mounted box and started wirning in and found line lug on one of the buss bars had been taken out. Could see it had been there. So someone had opened box took it and returned it. Just Great....

I started having to use Lumberton Lowe's when I moved here a year ago. I'm just so disgusted with the service, availability of items, and management. I'm nearly 60 yrs old. I buy a bunch of lumber and it's brought to me and dumped. No help offered to load. Items that show as being in stock on their site are not there after I've spent my time and gas to go. They pick the busiest morning of the week to tear out the cash registers, leaving ONE for everyone to use. Who the heck is managing this place? You won't have to worry about me darkening your door with my money ever again.

Placed and paid for my $2,000 washer and dryer set on July 4th, I’m guessing it shouldn’t say Lumberton because their warehouse is LeLand. Delivery was set for July 17th. Received a call July 14th and was told that because they have over 100 trailers of deliveries to sort through, delivery would need to be rescheduled till July 24th. She stated it was most likely there but they had to find it and that takes time and that even when they do find it, the earliest they have is the 24th. Then I find out today that the issue with the last scheduled delivery is that my washer wasn’t even there yet. Anyways, today, July 24th, I took off work (no pay), had to have someone cover my shift and receive an EMAIL at 7:21am that my delivery has now been rescheduled to Friday July 28th because now every order is behind. It’s not like I can go back and tell work never mind when someone else is now covering my shift. Now I, again, have to take Friday off in HOPES that that is the day my order shows up.I call the “help line” after holding for over 30 minutes, for the guy to tell me that there was a truck delay at the warehouse, no more detail than a truck or driver issue so the earliest they have is Friday. I asked if I could just go pick it up myself because I’m not paying for delivery but I did pay for this washer and dryer but was told that’s not allowed so I am quite literally at the mercy of this company.I’ve never had an issue with the Lowe’s location itself but the delivery isn’t worth it. If it shows up Friday, great, but this process still needs to be addressed because I’m not the only one that has had this same exact issue with not being able to rely on delivery dates and times.Update on this: 7/25/2023 LOWES cancelled my order. No email, no notifications, they cancelled it without my permission and didn’t notify me about anything.NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH LOWES.The sad part is cancelling my order was LITERALLY the easiest part of this whole thing. I would rather deal with Rent A Center than give Lowe’s my business. They do not care about their customers or trying to fix situations that they caused. Had my order been delivered Monday like it was supposed to be, we wouldn’t have had any issue at all.Good luck Lowe’s.

July 4th. You pay for and wait for delivery and the morning of delivery that you have rearranged your whole schedule for to receive your merchandise and even have a technician to install appliances on hand and you get a call at 10:05am saying your delivery has to be rescheduled due to one person not showing up. Look Lowe's and people I'm tired of my money and time being played with. Lowe's seems to think we are not valuable. 17 deliveries on one route cancelled on July 4th due to one person not showing up. Sounds like the manager or corporate needs to reach out to those 17 paying customers to be satisfied. Let's see. I'll review again on July 5. Those 17 people I would assume generated over 50 thousand in profits for Lowe's. What a thank you...

I give this place 2 stars because there are some good folks that actually don’t mind helping. You can go there and ask for help and wait over 30 minutes for someone to come and help you. I have just walked out and found what I needed elsewhere. The cashiers are non-friendly!!! Not all of them but 90% of them are just mean spirited people. The store location is great and they have awesome products!!! However, customer service needs a complete over-haul!!!! If you decide to patron this store, be prepared to spend over 45 minutes or more standing waiting on service.
