I feel the prices were a little high compared to other stores but man oh man was the cashier and bag gentleman were uber friendly and helpful even in a situation where most people get aggravated or snappy. This is why I'm giving the store a 5 instead of 4! Very thankful for their kindness and these two employees are exactly what businesses NEED to keep on staff, and therefore NEED to pay a wage reflecting that. It's true "good help" is hard to find since covid, but even more so it's true that "good help" is hard to keep if you're not paying "good help" wages. Hope they get paid what they are worth.

Stopped in to pick some pork chops for dinner. I was greeted by every employee. The store manager asked me if there was anything he could do for me and helped me pick out my pork chops. Great Job Fresh Foods. Yall bring the best to Lumberton.

Cashier was rude and she act like they had a shortage on bags she put 5 packs of meat in one bag. Not to mention she had a problem because I had 2 separate transactions.

There was only bagged greens mixed with other veggies but no heads of lettuce or romaine. They do not carry bandaids. Whazzup with that??? Personnel very friendly and helpful. Also, there is a gentleman that tried to hit me up for money in the parking lot. A friend had some guy hit on him for money about a month ago. Nice store to shop at on the way home from work hough.
