The management needs to work on getting a security guard. Homeless people hang out at the doors asking for money. They don't have enough cashier's and the lines are long. I love this Food Lion but the service has went down since Melissa left.

Place is clean just dated bread was all stale or outdated small deli section 4 people behind counter talking even with a line up of customers had to wait for them to finish talking. Cashiers spoke low needs more confidence.

Me and my husband stopped through here to get gender reveal cupcakes! I wish I remembered the lady’s name that helped us but she was amazing! She made us a fresh dozen with cute baby cupcake toppers. And because we still didn’t know the news she was very careful to make sure it stayed secret! Very nice experience

NOW HAVE 2 MORE WHERE I GOT NO CREDIT TOWARDS $20 REWARD... MOST UNHAPPY.... SITUATION.. Finally resolved.. 2nd issue.... UHC OTC CARD & EBT CARD ISSUES... Not resolved after trip 24 miles to w. 5th st. Store... Will send receipt to Senator britt, fs & united health care..  No longer shopping at fl.. Cheating 100% disabled veteran & senior bad business No resolution... $11.77 .. Mine.. Not yours... Will send copy of receipt to Senator britt, fs & united health care... No longer shopping at FL...Went to w. 5th st. Store.. Treated like i was lieing. By customer service clerk wud cud not understand i was charged 18.00 in fs & 99.00 otc for a $107 bill... Everytime I go to the deli counter after work shopping.... the lady literally avoids taking whatever order I have... 1st time I waited 20 minutes as she washed equipment. 2nd time she was wiping down counters for 15 min. 3rd time she was stamping bread prices n i sat there waited and then she disappeared in thin air... I knew from experience I wasnt getting served anytime soon. Yall lost my money.

My mother was in a bad wreck a month ago and broke her hip/back. After the staff learned of this, they assisted my mother in every way possible, they even took my mother's groceries to the car and loaded them for her.Their assistance was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this location for other shoppers.

Disgusting. Not only do the homeless hound you walking into the store, but their food selection definitely isn't 'fresh'. Turned ground meat, moldy fruit and veggies, and expired canned foods. I just bought my LAST rancid food from THIS food lion. 🤮
