I revisited Drugs America they have improved on customerservice since my last visit I walked through the store they have stocked up on medical supplies hard to find else where they have far surpassed supplies hard to find that can't be found even in Walmart looking for that rare soap for allergies or much needed brace or gift check them out

This pharmacy has went downhill since Management and Pharmacist have changed! If staff don't want to answer a question or you catch them basically telling you a lie, they simply hang up the phone. There's been multiple times I've stood at the front desk, waiting to speak to pharmacy staff and had to wait until they finished their personal conversation (customer service)??? Do not recommend at all!!

I hate that i ever had my medicines switched to this pharmacy because they are not organized. They tell you one thing over phone then when i got there one of my medicines was missing then they tried to blame it on doctors office whe i never had problems at my pharmacy that i was using. Since I switched i have had problems like their system is not correct i dont know but if things dont get better then i will be finding another pharmacy. It is not all the workers the problem seems to be filling the meds plus the lady i spoke with when i got rhere seemed to get fustrated because she couldnt find it in the system when it was in there the whole time.

This is the worst place that I've ever had to deal with. Their customer service skills does not exist, had to wait in line at drive through for 40 minutes for a pick-up. So please people don't go there if you value your time

Very hard to get someone to answer the phone when you call. They are nice, but for a pharmacy to not have an option to leave a voicemail, or any sort of extension when I call them is completely outdated. I've never had the experience of calling a pharmacy and they actually hang-up the call, because they are too busy to answer. This has happened many times.

Everything has been fine until now. I have a prescription up there right now that I really need and they were open a couple hours ago. Now I'm calling up there to find out the price for half my medicine and apparently a little bit of ice and rain has caused them to close and now there is no telling when they'll be back open for me to get my meds. And I'm 7 months pregnant!!!

Drugs America Pharmacy is very good with making sure that when they tell you that your perception is ready you can count on it that it's ready!! Keep it up employees you guys and ladies make this happen!!!

Been with drugs America long time ..I love their attention to details my son has allergies to penicillin and the doctor had prescribe something with penicillin in it they called to let me know and even called and had medication changed ... they also have calls to remind me when refills are due I love this drug store ... has hometown fill to it

Been waiting on a RX for 2 hrs. Called and they said 30 min now been 2 hrs and still ain't ready. They do have what I need but the service is SOOOOO SLOWWWW they always wasting time talking and talking on the phone. Poor customer service and knowledge.

Lighting fast, prices that no one in town come close to, and customer service that can't be touched. This company has been around for years and has been the industry leader in customer service since the 70s. Others aren't bad but they are just trying to copy and incorporate Mast Drugs strategy.

What a really nice place, not only for scripts but, also for other things that you would never have know they carried!!! Think I'm gonna ditch the big box pharmacy for these small hometown pharmacies always!!!

Staff is friendly. Store remodeled recently (2019) Large selection merchandise, competively priced. Give them a call...a real person answers! That alone gives me a reason to recommend them! 😀

I've used various pharmacies over the years and this is the worst pharmacy in Lumberton! I've had my prescriptions here 4 months and everytime there's some hold up, they don't have the medicine or the wait is ridiculously long. Do they ever apologize for anything, no! I will be switching pharmacies.

Just about all of the pharmist & techs are suberb.However, there is one pharmist named Carolyn who was very mean & nasty towards me at the drive through.Not to mention she walked away while i was talking to her & just let me sat at the window for a few minutes without any help.Very bad service.I will be reporting her.Other than that everthing else was fair.

Sorry people work there if they don't have my medicine they will not call and let you know just drive 50 miles round trip for them to say we out of that med. They say my insurance will not pay for a med.but I take it to another store and no problem.

All the staff seem to be barely legal with little, if any prior experience. Was told the prescription would be ready in 15 minutes, took over an hour to get it. Poor customer service

Good but slow
