We used to go here a lot before or after the gym since it's next door.We ALWAYS bought our waters here.We stopped coming when they started following us around like we were about to steal something.I understand theft is BAD in that area but you can tell the sketchy customers from the decent ones.. following around decent customers like that was borderline harassment.I love Big Lots, they have a lot of pretty things when you find stuff that's not overpriced but I won't step foot back in this one.

Be careful. Many of their products cost more than other locations. Amazon beats many of their prices by 10s of percentage points.This is not a discount store, and the furniture is of extremely poor design, quality and construction.

We found everything we needed and at great prices! The cashier went above and beyond saving my daughter's night and prom by recommending the best place to get nails done when the place we were supposed to go to could no longer take us at 5:30 p.m. the night before prom! I will forever be thankful for her suggestion, and I called her from the nail place to thank her.

Thier inventory does not seem to have the same variety of goods. This probably because of the increased number of retail outlets bidding for merchandise of bankruptcy, over run and discontinued goods.

Absolutely the worst experience from the furniture dpt. The lady was everything but customer friendly. Wasn’t concern to rectify a problem and I have a case with corporate and waiting on a phone call. The level of rudeness was beyond what I could ever imagine especially that I had driven over an hour and called before I went. I’ll stick to my local big lots from now on if I go back. Maybe the $2000 I’ve spent the past few months would be appreciated elsewhere. I should have known as I stood there waiting for assistance and they were pillow fighting how seriously they take their job and the lack of concern she definitely doesn’t have.

I love this store. The staff is friendly and the product selection is great. They have great deals on some things and others are a little pricey. They have a great selection of international foods and different things than you can find in a regular grocery store. My only complaint is the bathroom. It never appears clean and I never use it.

Great n friendly staff. I found everything I needed n plus some extra things I didn't lol!! The price was great that I couldn't pass out on it. Got a lot 4 the money so that's my kind of shopping!! Will keep coming back just 2 see the friendly people that work there. They always got a friendly attitude n smile 2 make u feel welcome!!

DAWN… Absolutely horrible customer service! This “Manager” couldn’t even take the time to look into my rewards to assist me with finding my $1500 receipt for furniture. She simply told me without a pickup slip I wouldn’t be able to get my furniture.Dawn was short with me and very unprofessional. Upon returning to the store after an unsuccessful attempt to find the pickup slip that was printed from the computer that she refused to look into, Mrs. Ebony took my receipt and completed my order. Thanks Ebony!But the utter lack of willingness to help me is blatant disrespect on so many levels. I’m a General Contractor that walked into the store after work, dirty and cold. The appearance of someone fitting this description led DAWN to even remind me that people “come up here and try to get things that don’t belong to them, which is what we are trying to prevent.” How dare you disrespect me and insinuate that I am attempting to do such!Alarming and shameful on so many levels.

I absolutely LOVE this store. Tbey have sooo much stuff & at great prices. Its not usually crowded & its very neat & clean. Wonderful customer service and product placement is excellent I can always find exactly what I need where its supposed to be. Definitely recommend shopping here i know I go at least once a week.

Had the items I needed, they had a power outage and the manager or worker, just went into panic mode and told us we had to leave without an opportunity to arrange for paying later, no come back, no we'll hold the items...just rushed us out. I waited in the parking lot for abt 40 minutes before driving to Walmart and getting what I needed.

This store is rather small so stock is limited and a little unorganized. One big pet peeve is their stock of gallon water is on a upper shelf and after the first row is gone the remaining bottles are impossible to reach unless you are 7 feet tall. That and the weight makes it almost impossible to buy. At least put the heavy items on the floor or bottom shelf. This is not unique to this store as the others seem to have the same problem.

Ordered furniture from them and could never get a delivery date. Finally got tired of waiting after 3 weeks and had to go get our money back. The staff when ordering was great...no so much when asking for a refund.

They have beautiful furniture and they try to help you and seem genuine. I love their Holiday decorations because they have a larger variety than most of the "dollar stores" in the area. I get tired of looking for discount prices and never fi ding what I want. I usually find it here when I have no money.

Love to shop at big lots . Their prices are always good even the merchandice is new for the season. But now we are in the middle of July and all the summer outdoor furniture as well as cushions and Lighting are on sale And most are now at 50% off. Real good Deals all the time period

Had an ok shopping experience, the store was closing due to relocation. Prices marked down & most stuff gone. Was very disappointed though, surely thought there would've been better deals for a store closing 😏

If you stop in to this Big Lots now and again you can sometimes find a good deal. It takes some work and research but it can be done. This little shopping center has changed tenants a number of times over the decade.

This was my first visit to Big Lots new location and I was impressed with the how great the layout of the store was as well as how tidy everything was. I was a little surprised that there wasn't nearly as much merchandise as there was in the old store especially the cheaper marked down items, there was quite a bit of very nice furniture most of which was well out of my price range.

I went in to buy a recliner and was thinking about a couch purchase as well. They just opened and I told them that I wanted a recliner. The sales associate informed me they were out and that they would not sell the display. I bought other furniture from here and it took me 2 months to get it! If you want your furniture the same day do not buy from here! Sales associate is not very informed and kept talking into a radio instead of trying to get a solution. I was going to pay cash but now I will never buy furniture from them again!
